This study employs a quantitative approach, and non-probability sampling is used to gather data from 160 respondents who are Customers of P2P lending applications in East Java. The validation and reliability of the research instrument are tested using SPSS with a sample of 30 P2P lending application Customers in Surabaya. Data processing involves partial least square (PLS) with testing of the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The results indicate that e-service quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications, perceived value has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications, e-trust positively and significantly influences Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications, e-service quality has a positive and significant impact on e-trust, perceived value has a positive and significant impact on e-trust, and e-trust novelty mediates e-service quality and perceived value on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications</text>

<text>This research is based on the phenomenon of increasing gold transactions in the early 2020 pandemic as an alternative investment. This study aims to answer whether gold acts more as an alternative investment tool or as a diversifier, or is it still relevant as a hedging tool or a safe haven. This study will explore a number of main variables, namely: gold prices, investment interest rates, liquid stock prices, exchange rates and consumer price levels. The data analysis is time-series data with a time span of January 2018 to October 2020. The analytical method used is pairwise correlation and cross-correlation. The results showed, through pairwise correlation analysis, it can be concluded that the gold price variable is more worthy of being called a good store of value or safe haven than its role as an alternative investment or diversification. On the other hand, based on a cross-correlation analysis involving time-lag, the gold price expectation variable for next year has a strong complementarity with the expected investment interest rate variable as well as the expected exchange rate variable. Meanwhile, the relationship between the expected gold price variable and the expected liquid stock price variable, which is often used as an investment tool indicator, has a very strong substitution or diversification relationship.</text>

Data Collection Was Conducted Through A Questionnaire Using The Likert Scale To Measure Statement Items Related To The Research Variables. Data Analysis Utilized The Sem-Pls Method, Which Is Divided Into Two Stages: An Outer Model Evaluation To Measure Validity And Reliability, And A Structural Model Evaluation To Test Hypotheses And Explain The Relationships Between Variables. Results Of This Study States That Work-Family Conflict Has A Positive Effect On Turnover Intention, While Organizational Culture And Organizational Commitment Have A Negative And Significant Relationship With Turnover Intention. In Addition, It Was Found That Organizational Commitment Acts As Mediator, Connecting Work-Family Conflict And Organizational Culture With Turnover Intentation. This Research Aims To Provide A Deeper Understanding Of How The Conflict Between Work And Family Influences The Desire To Change Jobs, With Organizational Culture As A Factor That May Alleviate Its Negative Impact. Additionally, The Study Will Elucidate The Role Of Organizational Commitment As A Mediator In This Relationship. It Is Expected That The Findings Of This Research Will Offer Insights To Organizations In Developing More Targeted Strategies To Enhance Employee Well-Being And Reduce Turnover Rates, Aligning With The Long-Term Vision Of Organizational Sustainability.</text>

<text>Profitability is a company's expertise in generating margins or profits as long as
the company operates. Financing at Bank Sumut Syariah can be considered as one
of the driving factors for increasing the profitability of a bank. It's just that the
financing contained in Bank Sumut Syariah does not fully affect profitability, but
other factors that most affect the profitability of the bank. The purpose of this
research is to show whether Operational Costs (X1), Profit Sharing of Third Party
Funds (X2) and also Cash Ratio (X3) have an influence on profits or profit (Y) with
Murabahah Financing (Z) as a moderating variables. For this reason, the
researchers here used the SEM analysis research method and Bootstrapping using
SMARTPLS with secondary data and the nature of the quantitative research used in
testing the data that had been obtained at Bank Sumut Syariah. In this study, the
results obtained were that the variables BOPO (X1), DPK (X2), CR (X3) and also
Murabahah Financing (Z) did not have a relevant impact on Profitability (Y) of PT
Bank Sumut Syariah which had been processed and conclusions drawn from
several tests that have been carried out. Then it was also obtained from the
research that the Murabahah Financing itself weakened the relationship between
DPK and ROA. And also Murabaha financing weakens the relationship between
CR and ROA. However, Murabahah Financing strengthens the relationship
between BOPO and ROA. So it can be said that Murabahah Financing moderates
the effect of BOPO on ROA. However, Murabahah Financing cannot moderate the
effect of TPF on ROA nor can it moderate the effect of CR on ROA.</text>

<text>Toko Besi Lancar Rejeki is a shop that sells materials and equipment for building materials. This store was founded in 2003 and cooperates with several suppliers to supply some building materials. One of the items supplied is a pipe. Pipes are items that are quite often purchased. There is a main supplier that supplies PVC pipe product, namely Supplier A. However, there are some situations that make the store suffer losses, such as shipping errors made by the supplier and damage to the pipe which makes the store must return it to the supplier. Identification and decision-making processes are done using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method which is based on the relationship between the criteria and sub-criteria. There are 6 criteria, 14 sub-criteria, and 10 relationships. The 6 criteria set are variety, price, quality, service, delivery, and flexibility. This assessment resulted in supplier selection priorities that can be carried out by Toko Besi Lancar Rejeki, namely Supplier C with a limiting value of 0.124982, for Supplier B it is 0.106648, and Supplier A it is 0.09128. Supplier selection is based on the priority sub-criteria obtained, namely the price of one pipe, pipe flexibility, and discounts.</text>

The research methodology employed is quantitative, involving a sample size of 120 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The findings indicate that discount vouchers (X1) significantly affect the net profit of Shopeefood merchants, whereas online customer reviews (X2) and promotional costs (X3) have an impact but are not statistically significant regarding the net profit of Shopeefood merchants (Y). However, simultaneously, all three independent variables do influence the dependent variable.</text>

<text>This study aims to examine the influence of democratic leadership style, work motivation, and organization climate on teacher performance at MI Al-Karim Surabaya. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as the data analysis tool. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 41 teachers at MI Al-Karim Surabaya. The results of the analysis show that democratic leadership style has a positive effect on teachers' work motivation and organization climate. However, democratic leadership style does not have a direct effect on teacher performance. Work motivation also does not have a direct effect on teacher performance, but organization climate has a positive effect on teacher performance. Additionally, organization climate mediates the relationship between democratic leadership style and teacher performance.</text>
