<text>The objectives of this study are to: 1) determine the number of developments in
biopharmaceutical production, 2) determine the number of biopharmaceutical plant
exports, and 3) determine the impact of biopharmaceutical plant production and
exports on the agricultural sector's GDP growth rate from 2012 to 2022. This type of
research employs quantitative panel data. Data on biopharmaceutical crop output,
exports, and national income from 2012 to 2022 were obtained from the Central
Statistics Agency (BPS) and other sources. The data analysis technique employs
correlation analysis and the F test. The study's findings demonstrate that: 1)
biopharmaceutical plant production and export have a substantial impact on
agricultural economic growth. 2) There is a positive association between
biopharmaceutical crop production and exports and agricultural GDP growth,
although this trend can be altered by a variety of external and internal factors. 3) This
research, however, demonstrates that various fluctuations and issues must be
addressed in order to secure the agricultural sector's long-term and equitable growth.</text>

<text>At this time, the business world is entering an era of globalization, where all parties
can freely enter any desired market, both domestically and abroad, without any
restrictions. Seeing these conditions, every business sector should be required to
know and follow climate developments or changes in every business activity. The
company must clearly determine the direction in which its business activities are
carried out and which parties are the targets of the movement of its business
activities or in other words, having determined the direction of its business activities,
the company must determine which parties are the targets of the sales of the products
offered by the company. Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) as a newly growing
industry has been encouraged to increase national economic growth in the last year.
In terms of the number of companies operating in the AMDK sector, according to the
Association of Indonesian Bottled Drinking Water Companies (Aspadin), it continues
to increase. The increasingly rapid progress in AMDK has encouraged many
companies in this industry to expand their production and markets, as well as
encouraging the entry of new entrants. The situation that has developed in recent
years is increasing competition. The aim of this research is to find out the business
strategy for bottled drinking water to improve the economy of the Mambaul Ulum
Bata-bata Islamic Boarding School Cooperative. The type of research used in the
research is SWOT analysis. The sample used in this research was 30 respondents,
namely employees at the Aneka Usaha Bata-bata Islamic Boarding School
Cooperative (KOPPONTREN AUBA). Data collection techniques in this research
used interviews and observation. Based on the results of business strategy analysis
research conducted by KOPPONTREN AUBA to improve the economy of its Islamic
boarding schools, KOPPONTREN AUBA implements five business strategies,
namely the first SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy by expanding market share by
carrying out effective and efficient promotions, expanding cooperation with various
parties , the second is the ST (Strength - Threats) strategy by managing product
quality and carrying out product innovation, the third is the WO (Weakness-
Opportunities) strategy by increasing promotions both online and offline and
increasing the effectiveness of promotions, the fourth is the WT (Weakness-Threaths)
strategy by how to increase the promotion of Labini AMDK to the community.</text>

<text>MSMEs development needs to be carried out because it is related to their contribution to the national economy. The development of MSMEs cannot be separated from indicators of increasing income, the addition of various types of businesses, and larger business scales. Of course, it is related to problems, capital, quality of human resources, and the mentality of business actors in running the business. The aim of this research is to analyze the development of MSMEs through capital issues, quality of human resources and the mentality of business actors so that consistency in research results can be found so that they can be used as a basis for developing MSMEs in general. The sampling technique in this research used accidental sampling. The data collection technique uses a survey via questionnaire with 100 respondents divided according to the proportion of the number of MSMEs in each region. Analysis uses Path as data analysis with Smart-PLS as the analysis tool. The findings of this research show that capital and the quality of human resources influence the development of MSMEs, while the mentality of business actors has no influence on the development of MSMEs.</text>

<text>There are many factors that can affect inflation, both internal and external. The
rate of inflation is also influenced by other factors such as increased economic
activity that drives an increase in aggregate demand not matched by an increase
in aggregate supply due to structural economic constraints. This research aims to
determine the influence of money supply, interest rates, and exchange rates on
inflation in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This is a quantitative
study using secondary (time series) data obtained from the Central Statistics
Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Finance over a period of 31
years, from 1993 to 2023. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear
Regression Equation. The results of this study indicate that partially, money
supply and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on inflation in
Indonesia, while the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on inflation
in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it is found that money supply, interest rates, and
exchange rates together influence inflation in Indonesia.</text>

<text>In order to achieve Indonesia Gold 2045, with one of the missions being an advanced
economy country, Indonesia needs to increase its Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
One of the programs is to improve the quality of human resources and science and
technology, which is carried out through increasing research and development
activities. After further review, it turns out that spending on research and
development activities compared to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product is still low,
private participation in research and development is still less than the government.
The government makes a policy of providing super tax deductions to companies that
carry out certain research and development activities in Indonesia. This research
was conducted to determine the critical success factors (CSF) or success factors that
must be considered by policy makers in implementing super tax deduction for
research and development activities, which were carried out with a post positivist
approach and data collection by in-depth interviews. Critical Success Factors (CSF)
analyzed are divided into 3 dimensions, namely relevance, effectiveness, and
efficiency. In the dimension of relevance, the form of super tax deduction incentives
is the right form if the cost factor constraint in hindering research and development
activities carried out by the industry applies ceteris paribus, and it is necessary to
adjust the form of incentives according to industry needs. In addition, it is necessary
to determine clear overall policy targets with the preparation of performance
indicators. The dimension of effectiveness shows that in implementing the policy, it is
necessary to conduct an evaluation to find out the cause of the company's low
enthusiasm in conducting research and development activities and proposing
incentives, and it is necessary to increase the intensity of socialization and adequate
coordination between the ministries/agencies involved. In terms of efficiency, the use
of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in the implementation of incentive
submissions needs to be optimized by developing a synchronized OSS system and
supporting transparency in policy implementation.</text>

<text>In the course of weekly fabric procurement from suppliers, Cahaya Sandang frequently encounters challenges in determining the optimal quantity of fabrics to be ordered. The uncertainty surrounding order quantities has led to a loss of consumer confidence for Cahaya Sandang. To address this issue, a research initiative was undertaken, focusing on the development of an information system for forecasting fabric sales at the Cahaya Sandang Store. The fabric sales forecasting system was designed using Python, incorporating various forecasting methodologies such as moving average, exponential smoothing, linear regression, Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), and Long Short Memory Term (LSTM). These designated forecasting methods are exclusively applied to predict cloth sales for the subsequent week. The determination of forecasting methods was based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values derived from the existing forecasting models. The findings affirm the efficacy of the five employed methods, demonstrating a maximum error value below 10% for the prediction of Cahaya Sandang fabric sales. By implementing this fabric sales forecasting system, the decision-making process regarding fabric orders from suppliers is expected to become more streamlined and targeted.</text>
