                <text>Increased mobility has influenced business development in the automotive sector, especially vehicle maintenance services. This development is different from the increase in business revenue in vehicle maintenance. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling approach. The number of samples in this study was 210 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was analysed using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that price, service quality and customer trust significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price have significant impact in customer satisfaction, it can be a reference to determining a price strategy and services quality that are affordable and better than competing companies.</text>

This pandemic had an impact on the growth of Indonesian economy as well as the health of banks. Therefore, Indonesian government have been focused in dealing with economic problems and the banking industries, which is predicted to be affected by the pandemic. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of Sharia banking by using the health ratio variables of Sharia banks, namely: Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This research uses secondary data, namely quarterly financial reports for the two years before (2018-2019) and the two years during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021). The sample used in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks which are included in the second Categories of Commercial Bank Business Activities, namely banks with core capital of at least IDR 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion rupiah) to less than IDR 5,000,000. 000,000 (five trillion rupiah), including Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank BCA Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Aceh Syariah. Data testing methods use descriptive statistics, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. To test normality, use the Shapiro-Wilk test because the sample size is small. Hypothesis testing uses the Paired Sample T-Test for normally distributed data and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for non-normally distributed data using the SPSS 25 program with a significance level of &lt; 0.05, which means there is a significant difference. The results of the research show that there are no significant differences in all the Islamic bank health ratio variables studied, namely Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Costs, Operating Income (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In other words, there is no significant difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.</text>

The performance quality index shows a decrease in employee performance, where performance appraisal in a company shows the profitability and sustainability of the company's operations. This study aims to analyze the effect of commitment, work environment, and compensation on employee performance with mediation of job satisfaction at PT Sai Apparel Industries. This research uses quantitative methods with stratified random sampling techniques by giving questionnaires to the entire population of two hundred employees, and one hundred and thirty- three can be processed. This research uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.2 application. The results found that commitment has no effect on job satisfaction. However, it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, job satisfaction, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between commitment and compensation, but the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. job satisfaction has an impact on the work environment and employee performance.</text>

                <text>UD. SDS is a business that offers a wide range of building material products needed for construction, renovation, and daily needs. The company was founded in 2009 and is located at Jalan Galunggung No 76, Klojen, Malang City. UD. SDS offers various product variants ranging from wall paint, wood paint, cement, iron, concrete, to plywood. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that shape customer loyalty at UD. SDS. In this study, there are 22 variables used as factors that are assumed to form customer loyalty, so that the results can be used by UD. SDS to develop a strategic framework to shape the success of UD. SDS in Malang City. This study has a sample size of 286 respondents who are UD SDS’s customers. The method in this research is quantitative, with the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis method using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). This research shows that the main shaping factors for UD SDS’s customer loyalty is personalized customer service and its elements and the supporting shaping factor is social and environmental responsiveness and its elements. Customers feel that if customer service personalization is provided well, then customers tend to be more interested and encourage customer loyalty. Customers feel that if a store has good social and environmental responsiveness, then customers tend to feel comfort and convenience and have more intention to make purchasing decisions and have loyalty in the future.</text>

This research aims to test and analyze the behavior of BHS sarong consumers in the cities of Malang and Pasuruan. The data in this study were analyzed using SEM SmartPLS 2.0. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used reached 100 people.                 <text>This study aims to reveal the increment of entrepreneurial values in the major of Building Modeling and Information Design Expertise in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta after using the implementation of the “EkRenFaTiHa” learning model. This study adopted a descriptive quantitative research design—the questionnaire data using the Likert scale assessment 4 composed of 17 aspects of entrepreneurial values. The data was analyzed by counting the average values from each aspect of entrepreneurial attitudes; then it will be converted into percentages. From this study, it is shown that there is an increase, proven by the rising average value from 17 aspects 83,33% to 85,39%. The lowest and highest range values from pre-treatment are about 75% to 96%, while the values from post-treatment are shown to be about 77% to 96%. Several aspects experienced a significant increase e.g. independent, disciplined, and communicative approximately 5-8% higher than the previous. Meanwhile, risk-taking, action-oriented, hard work, cooperative, responsible, persistent, committed, and inquisitive showed a slight increase of around 1-4% higher. Nonetheless, several sectors are stable. From this study, it can be concluded that there is an increment from 11 entrepreneurial values after implementing the “EkRenFaTiHa” learning model, while 6 values remaining show stability.</text>

synthesis of technological platforms and innovative business models. Intention to use&#13;
Fintech for business processes largely remains unexplored in the context of Micro&#13;
Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME). Responden of this study are 130 owner of&#13;
MSMEs in Palembang city, one of the provincial capitals in Indonesia. Data was&#13;
collected with questionair using a field survey. The method applied for data analysis&#13;
was partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The result show&#13;
that technology literacy are not associated with and intention to use fintech.&#13;
However, other result confirm that perceived security has a moderating effect on the&#13;
relation between technology literacy and intention to use fintech. This is consistent&#13;
with the argument that small business owner assess the security of fintech firm taking&#13;
into account in adopting fintech services.</text>

                <text>In the course of weekly fabric procurement from suppliers, Cahaya Sandang frequently encounters challenges in determining the optimal quantity of fabrics to be ordered. The uncertainty surrounding order quantities has led to a loss of consumer confidence for Cahaya Sandang. To address this issue, a research initiative was undertaken, focusing on the development of an information system for forecasting fabric sales at the Cahaya Sandang Store. The fabric sales forecasting system was designed using Python, incorporating various forecasting methodologies such as moving average, exponential smoothing, linear regression, Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), and Long Short Memory Term (LSTM). These designated forecasting methods are exclusively applied to predict cloth sales for the subsequent week. The determination of forecasting methods was based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values derived from the existing forecasting models. The findings affirm the efficacy of the five employed methods, demonstrating a maximum error value below 10% for the prediction of Cahaya Sandang fabric sales. By implementing this fabric sales forecasting system, the decision-making process regarding fabric orders from suppliers is expected to become more streamlined and targeted.</text>

This study investigates the elements influencing job satisfaction to enhance employee performance at MTN Rwanda and establishes relationships between the independent variable, mediator variable (job satisfaction), and supportive employee performance. The primary tool for collecting data for this study is questionnaires. We review theoretical and empirical studies to identify the variables that could affect employee performance. Purposive sampling involved 198 selecting from subordinate, lower management, middle management and senior management. The study will employ quantitative methodology to analyze the variables using the SMART PLS software. The findings of this research shown that (1) salary and reward have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Rwanda's telecommunications industry; (2) the development of talent has no significant effect on employee performance; (3) the impact of managers has no significant effect on employee performance; (4) organizational structure has a positive and important influence on employee performance; (5) job satisfaction does mediate the relationship between (the development of talent, salary and reward, the effect of managers and organization structure) and employee performance.</text>
