Disclosure on the Financial Performance of Companies Listed in the ESG Sector
Leader Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. It is hoped that this research
will provide investors with new insights into the factors that can influence financial
performance as measured by Economic Value Added (EVA). In this way, investors
and other financial stakeholders can consider the research findings in their decision
making. The data were processed using ordinary least square (OLS) analysis, which
includes a series of classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests to
examine the results of the influence of independent variables on the dependent
variable. The test results indicate that environmental disclosure, tested using four
sub-variables, showed that operational carbon disclosure did not affect EVA, while
product and service carbon disclosure positively affected EVA, natural resource use
disclosure positively affected EVA, and emissions, effluents, and waste disclosure did
not positively affect EVA. Social disclosure, tested using two sub-variables, shows
that community relations disclosure and occupation health and safety disclosure do
not affect EVA. Governance disclosure, tested using two sub-variables, showed that
governance disclosure did not affect EVA, while business ethics disclosure did not
positively affect EVA.</text>

<text>Compensation is one of the factors that can enhance work productivity in a company. This is also applicable to the financial company PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Jayapura. This study aims to evaluate how the reward system provided to employees affects their productivity levels in carrying out duties and responsibilities within the company. Additionally, it seeks to understand the extent of the influence of compensation on employee productivity levels. The method used is a quantitative approach by applying Regression Analysis to test the relationship partially. The results indicated that compensation has a partial positive impact on the productivity of PT. BAF employees. This is evidenced by a t-value of 3.511 with a significance level of 0.001, demonstrating that an increase of one unit in compensation will enhance productivity by 35.11%. Furthermore, incentives also have a partial positive effect on the productivity of PT. BAF employees. The regression analysis results showed a t-value of 2.521 with a significance level of 0.014, indicating that an increase of one unit in incentives will boost productivity by 25.21%. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain and improve the incentive system. The combined effect of compensation and incentives on productivity also showed positive results. The regression analysis demonstrated that both factors significantly contribute to productivity, with the regression equation: Y = 1.239 + 0.786(X1) + 0.308(X2).</text>

<text>The analysis of production factors in PT X's industrial processing is crucial for increasing inter-sector value addition and making a substantial contribution to the regional GDP in economic development. Collaborations between regions can lead to the concentration of processing industries or industrial agglomerations in Central Java. Regions with potential access to natural resources as raw materials and skilled human resources can benefit from economies of scale, economic location, and nearby labor to boost regional economic growth. Optimizing the substitution of production factors is considered in input usage, with a substitution elasticity of 1. Production efficiency is measured through technical, price, and economic efficiency, along with returns to scale. This research aims to analyze input usage and include exogenous factors like industrial agglomeration. The analysis method uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with Frontier 4.1 software estimation. The study's findings reveal significant positive influences of capital (X1), raw materials (X3), labor (X3), wages per labor (X4), and agglomeration (AG). The conclusion underscores the proportional addition of production factors to achieve optimal production scale results. Updating production machinery faces challenges from modern technological developments that enhance production outcomes. Improving human resource quality through training and formal education, making it labor-intensive, helps absorb a substantial workforce.</text>

<text>The advancement of a company or business is an exceptional achievement for any company or business. Selecting the right promotion and diversifying products during critical stages in the product cycle are crucial in deciding the future success or closure of a business. There's no escaping the fact that the sales level serves as a pivotal indicator of whether a company can thrive in the business world. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with 100 SME perpetrators and owners in the Sorong district as respondents. The hypothesis posits that there is a correlation between promotion strategies, distribution channels, and sales volume. The test results support the alternative hypothesis (Ha) over the null hypothesis (Ho), indicating a significant influence of promotion and distribution channels on sales volume. Based on the regression equation Y = 17.049 + 0.511X1 + 0.356X2, it can be inferred that each unit increase in promotion and distribution levels leads to a respective increase in sales volume, keeping other factors constant. Hypothesis testing using F statistics revealed a significant Fcount of 70.728 compared to the critical Ftable value. This confirms the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. These findings imply that an increase in sales volume is positively impacted by effective promotion and distribution strategies, contributing to the overall health of SMEs..</text>

<text>This research delves into the online consumptive behaviour of Generation Z in Parangjoro Village, exploring it through the lens of Islamic economics. While Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of adhering to ethical consumption practices, the study reveals that the online shopping habits of Generation Z in Parangjoro are not fully aligned with these principles. The inclination to purchase based on desires rather than needs, coupled with a lack of consideration for product quality, underscores the existing gap between Islamic teachings and consumer practices. Factors such as convenience, affordability, and a wide array of choices in online stores significantly influence their behaviour. The impact of this consumptive behaviour manifests in social envy, financial strain, and a diminishing interest in savings. This conclusion highlights the urgency of addressing this misalignment by promoting Islamic economic education, awareness campaigns on mindful consumption, financial management training, and active involvement of parents and society in guiding Generation Z towards more conscientious and Islamically-aligned consumption practices. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on harmonizing contemporary consumer behaviour with the principles of Islamic economics.</text>

<text>This study explores the association between proactive work behavior (PWB), which is a mediator between employee grit and work effectiveness. Sixty-three employees of the Secretariat General and Directorates within the Directorate General of Transportation of the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation provided data for this research, which was collected through a questionnaire on a Likert scale. Structural equation modeling (SEM) results demonstrated that grit enhanced PWB, which in turn significantly impacted work effectiveness both directly and indirectly. It added to the process by which work effectiveness was impacted by grit. As a result, leaders have to establish the appropriate policies to support employee grit and PWB simultaneously. Therefore, additional research needs to be done in a wider range of sectors and organizations.</text>

Social Responsibility (CSR) in increasing company value, especially in state-owned
banks in Indonesia. The results of the regression analysis show that both GA and
CSR have a significant positive influence on company value. Together, they
provide a stronger impact, confirming that continuous integration practices can
create competitive advantages and strengthen a company's image. These findings
have immediate power for business practitioners and decision makers, providing a
foundation for more sustainable and socially responsible strategies. Although this
research makes a valuable contribution, it is worth noting limitations such as
geographic focus and specific industries, which may provide directions for future
research.</text>

<text>The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has changed the landscape of the world of
manufacturing and technology with the integration of digital technology, automation
and sophisticated data communications. The fashion industry in Indonesia is also not
immune from the major impact of these changes, especially in marketing decision
making. Big data analysis is crucial in optimizing marketing strategies by
understanding consumer preferences, market trends and competition. However, the
use of big data also brings challenges, especially regarding the security and privacy
of consumer data. This research adopts a qualitative method with a literature review
approach to investigate the use of big data in marketing decision making in the
Indonesian fashion industry. The research results show that big data plays an
important role in customer segmentation, consumer behavior analysis, trend
prediction, and product innovation. The benefits companies gain from implementing
big data include deep understanding of consumer behavior, fast decision making,
operational efficiency, better risk management, product and service innovation,
improved customer experience, and dynamic price adjustments. However, the
challenges faced include data security risks, personal identification risks, and
compliance with global privacy regulations. Assessment of the readiness of
Indonesian fashion industry companies to adopt big data involves evaluating
technology infrastructure, data analysis skills, awareness of big data concepts, data
security and privacy, understanding customer behavior, technology adoption, ability
to process real-time data, budget availability, readiness for innovation, and
acceptance of organizational culture. By considering these aspects, companies can
evaluate the extent to which they are ready to integrate big data in marketing
decision making to achieve success in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.</text>
