<text>Kampung Susu Dinasty (KSD) Agrotourism hasn’t managed their management optimally. This condition has an impact on agrotourism that has a hard time to developing. This management isn’t free of a risk and the possibility of a risk that’s influenced by the quality said management has. This research aims to identifying the operational risk source, analyzing the level of risk, also strategies that can be applied for operational agrotourism risk control. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique with 64 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, likert scale, Godfrey method, and Flanagan & Norman theory. The result shows that there are 13 operational risks that agrotourism faces with 4 risk categories. The final results of the risk level assessment found that 2 risks were at a low level, 5 risks were at a medium level, 3 risks were at high level, and 3 risks were at an extreme level. From the results of the analysis, 4 main strategies were carried out to minimize losses due to operational risks, namely by transferring risks involving third parties, establishing communication and cooperation with various parties, creating alternative actions, and creating new programs.</text>

methods using saturated sampling/all respondents from the population are used as
the research sample. The sample size was 33 people who are employees of EB. Data
was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting several interviews with
the respondents. The methods used to analyze the data were multiple linear
regression, which was processed using SPSS tool. The results of the research are
confirmed by t-test calculations, which show that discipline, motivation and
competence have a significant impact on EB employees’ performance respectively.
Furthermore, the F-test results show that EB employees’ performance
simultaneously impacted by discipline, motivation and competence. Of the three
independent variables studied, motivation has the greatest effect on EB employees'
performance, followed by competence and discipline. Previous findings have shown
that still nothing variables that impacts on employees performance, and this
phenomenon has attracted the interest of researchers to investigate the performance
of EB employees in relation to the impacted by work discipline, motivation and

<text>This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity, products and bank
image on customer decisions at BPRS Amanah Insan Cita. This type of research is
quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive
sampling technique using saturated samples where the total sampling was
determined by customers at BPRS Amanah Insan Cita, totaling 32 customers. The
reason for using the entire population as a sample is because it represents the
entire population because if the population is less than 100, then the entire
research sample is used, therefore the researcher took 32 samples taken from all
customers. The variables in this study are divided into independent variables (X)
and dependent variables (Y). Independent variables include religiosity (X1),
product (X2) and company image (X3), while the dependent variable is the
decision to save (Y). The research results show that there is a partial influence of
religiosity, products and bank image on customer decisions at BPRS Amanah
Insan Cita. This can be seen from the results of the t test on each variable where
the significant value is <0.05, thus the hypothesis states that the effect is positive
and significant.</text>

The study employed a quantitative research approach, with data being gathered using a standardized questionnaire. Totally, 110 questionnaires were distributed by Google Forms to the owners of SMEs operating in Afghanistan. Collected data were then analyzed through regression tests and by SPSS version 23. Results from this study show that SMEs in Afghanistan benefit significantly from word-of-mouth marketing. Furthermore, the study's findings show that word-of-mouth marketing affects companies regardless of their employee numbers. The findings of the research hold significant value for SMEs owners, as they provide insights into how word-of-mouth marketing influences their companies.</text>

<text>Indonesia has been experiencing rapid economic growth over the past few years, driven by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, with the advent of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT), SMEs must adopt and embrace new technologies to remain competitive. The changes directed scholars to study the adaptability and impact of those technologies on the organization’s efficiency; however, none has provided the roadmap for Indonesian SMEs to adopt Industry 4.0. Thus, the current research examines the preparedness of Indonesian SMEs’ adaptability to Industry 4.0 by analyzing the impact of SMEs’ capability and pillar enablers to use the internet as a prerequisite for adoption. The research uses secondary data named Sakernas with 215034 respondents. The structural equation modeling model was built based on SMEs’ capability, pillar enabler, and attitude to use the internet and was tested through computer software. The results show that both the SMEs' Capability (Number of Employees, Employee Education Level, and Revenue) and Pillar Enabler (Use of Digital Technology, Training, and Productivity) positively correlate with Internet use in communication and Promotion with a weight of 0.18 and 0.06 respectively while the P-value is below 0.001. Hence, Indonesian SMEs interested in stepping into the industry 4.0 paradigm must eventually embrace the Internet first and then IoT to build the bridge to implement Industry 4.0.</text>

restructuring murabahah financing during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bank

with a case study approach using data collection techniques through observation
and interviews with related parties from Bank Sumut. The results of the research
show that the practice of restructuring murabahah financing at Bank Sumut is
carried out as an effort to rescue problematic financing. When viewed from
POJK, especially POJK 48, the implementation of restructuring shows several
important points that banks must pay attention to. Bank Sumut has guidelines for
determining debtors affected by COVID-19. Apart from that, the restructuring
implementation takes into account the MUI DSN Fatwa No. 47,48,49, regarding
the resolution of problematic murabahah financing, the absence of additional
costs and contract conversion</text>
