<text>Traditional drinks are drinks that are formulated with ingredients that can nourish the body. This method is to analyze the effect of Product Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions. The population in this study using accidental sampling is a number that is not known for certain. The sample used was Stie Semarang Student Customers, so the sample size was 50 Stie Semarang Student Customers. Analyzing this research data the methods used include classical assumptions, F and t tests, coefficients of determination and all using SPSS. The results of the classical assumption test show normal data, no heteroscedasticity and no multicollinearity. Then the results of multiple regression analysis showed that regression models can be used to predict buyback decisions based on t-tests. It can be concluded that product quality data and customer satisfaction have significant value because < 0.05 so the hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence of data, product quality, and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. <text>The analysis of production factors in PT X's industrial processing is crucial for increasing inter-sector value addition and making a substantial contribution to the regional GDP in economic development. Collaborations between regions can lead to the concentration of processing industries or industrial agglomerations in Central Java. Regions with potential access to natural resources as raw materials and skilled human resources can benefit from economies of scale, economic location, and nearby labor to boost regional economic growth. Optimizing the substitution of production factors is considered in input usage, with a substitution elasticity of 1. Production efficiency is measured through technical, price, and economic efficiency, along with returns to scale. This research aims to analyze input usage and include exogenous factors like industrial agglomeration. The analysis method uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with Frontier 4.1 software estimation. The study's findings reveal significant positive influences of capital (X1), raw materials (X3), labor (X3), wages per labor (X4), and agglomeration (AG). The conclusion underscores the proportional addition of production factors to achieve optimal production scale results. Updating production machinery faces challenges from modern technological developments that enhance production outcomes. Improving human resource quality through training and formal education, making it labor-intensive, helps absorb a substantial workforce.</text>

Baitul Mal wat Tanwil (BMT) Al-Akbar is a sharia microfinance institution that provides micro business financing through murabahah financing. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the realization of murabahah financing through customer characteristics. The sampling method was carried out using convenience sampling and the number of samples used was 40 people. The collected data was processed using multiple regression. The research results show that the significant factors are length of education, length of business, net business income for one month and collateral.</text>

This management isn’t free of a risk and the possibility of a risk that’s influenced by the quality said management has. This research aims to identifying the operational risk source, analyzing the level of risk, also strategies that can be applied for operational agrotourism risk control. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique with 64 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, likert scale, Godfrey method, and Flanagan & Norman theory. The result shows that there are 13 operational risks that agrotourism faces with 4 risk categories. The final results of the risk level assessment found that 2 risks were at a low level, 5 risks were at a medium level, 3 risks were at high level, and 3 risks were at an extreme level. From the results of the analysis, 4 main strategies were carried out to minimize losses due to operational risks, namely by transferring risks involving third parties, establishing communication and cooperation with various parties, creating alternative actions, and creating new programs.</text>

partnership program. This study examines the leverage of each system archetype
model in UMKM partnerships and also uses an internal matrix (IFE) and an external
matrix (EFE). From the EFAS and IFAS data calculations above, it can be seen that
the company's current position is in quadrant I coordinates (1,946 ; 1,395) namely
the expansion (growth) quadrant, which is expected to be able to maintain and
sustain the strategy and be able to penetrate the market and develop products. Based
on the results of the model simulation process with the Casual Leverage Loop
System, it is hoped that there will be several relationship structures between elements
that influence each other in UMKM and partners, namely partners from large
companies that have industrial scope both in the tofu-tempeh trade chain area and
even the soybean import industry. Meanwhile, looking at the results of the
partnership structure which was built from three sides, namely as follows: Business
information perspective, business competency perspective and business access
perspective.</text>

Disclosure on the Financial Performance of Companies Listed in the ESG Sector
Leader Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. It is hoped that this research
will provide investors with new insights into the factors that can influence financial
performance as measured by Economic Value Added (EVA). In this way, investors
and other financial stakeholders can consider the research findings in their decision
making. The data were processed using ordinary least square (OLS) analysis, which
includes a series of classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests to
examine the results of the influence of independent variables on the dependent
variable. The test results indicate that environmental disclosure, tested using four
sub-variables, showed that operational carbon disclosure did not affect EVA, while
product and service carbon disclosure positively affected EVA, natural resource use
disclosure positively affected EVA, and emissions, effluents, and waste disclosure did
not positively affect EVA. Social disclosure, tested using two sub-variables, shows
that community relations disclosure and occupation health and safety disclosure do
not affect EVA. Governance disclosure, tested using two sub-variables, showed that
governance disclosure did not affect EVA, while business ethics disclosure did not
positively affect EVA.</text>
