Sistem inidikembangkan menggunakan frameworkPHP Laravel serta databaseMySQL. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfallyang terdiri dari tahap studi literatur sampai penarikan kesimpulan dan saran. Implementasi sistem akan mengintegrasikan web dengan notifikasi Telegram BOT API. Sistem ini juga telah dilakukan pengujian blackbox serta pengujian usabilitymenggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS).
