Penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (DSS) dengan metode AHP memungkinkan Nayda Craft untuk mengambil keputusan pemilihan supplier secara objektif dan komprehensif, bukan hanya berdasarkan intuisi atau pengalaman subjektif. Hal ini membantu Nayda Craft mencapai tujuan strategisnya dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, termasuk menjaga kualitas produk, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan memastikan kelangsungan usaha.
