Metodologi yang digunakan adalah model perencanaan strategis Ward and Peppard dengan beberapa tahapan analisis seperti analisis SWOT, value chain, PEST, dan five forces model serta dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Pengukuran yang digunakan untuk membandingkan kinerja teknik data mining yaitu akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f-measure.
