<text>Credit is a high-risk business activity in which uncollectible credit occurs for various reasons. Many debtors who pay credit must pay attention to the provisions of interest rates, time periods, and several provisions that make debtors object to paying their credit. The purpose of this study is to determine three factors from debtors that cause problem loans to become bad loans. Three debtor factors that cause bad credit are debtor character, business conditions (most BKK debtors are MSME entrepreneurs from small to large scale), and managerial ability (in managing their own business). This type of research is explanatory research with a total sample of 51 respondents to customers of PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, located in Semarang, has experienced bad credit from 2018-2022. The results showed that only Business Conditions were accepted, and had a positive effect of 10.354 and a sig value > 0.05. <text>Customer satisfaction is essential and determines the company's success, including customer loyalty, profitability, sales, and business performance. Therefore, this research focuses on efforts to reveal the effect of ticket price policies and customer relationship management (CRM) on passenger satisfaction by mediating service quality. The research used a survey method with a sample of 100 passengers of the Pioneer Ship of KM Belt Nusantara 76. The research instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, and the results were analyzed using path analysis processed with Smart-PLS 4 software. The results show that ticket price policies, CRM, and service quality directly affect passenger satisfaction, ticket price policies and CRM directly affect service quality, and service quality significantly mediates the indirect effect of ticket price policies and CRM on passenger satisfaction. This evidence produces an empirical model about the effect of ticket price policies and CRM on ship passenger satisfaction through service quality. It not only provides a theoretical contribution to the development of transportation management science, particularly marketing management related to ticket pricing policies, CRM, service quality, and customer satisfaction, but also provides practical implications for shipping companies that manage pioneer ships, especially KM Sabuk Nusantara 76. Therefore, this empirical model can be used for discussion among academics, researchers, and practitioners before being adapted or adopted to increase passenger satisfaction in the future.</text>

<text>The measure of profitability in the banking industry that is used in general is Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). In this case, the profit proxy used is Return on Assets (ROA) because ROA focuses on the company's ability to earn profits in its operations, while ROE only measures the return from the investment sector of the company owner in the business. In this study, we will see how the effect of capital adequacy will be proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Problem Financing which will be proxied by the Non Performing Financing (NPF), Liquidity which will be proxied by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operational Efficiency which will be proxied by the ratio of Operational Expenses to Operational Income (BOPO). The results of the study show that there is a influence of variable independent (CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO) simultaneously on variables dependent it (ROA). Partially only the CAR variable which shows a significant positive positive effect and BOPO which shows a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). While the other two variables, namely NPF and FDR, have no significant effect on profitability (ROA).</text>

The objective of this research is to conduct empirical test over the effect of gender diversity in commissioner and director boards on dividend policy with institutional ownership as moderation variable. Research sample is the companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2018-2022 and paying cash dividend. Data analysis is done using SEM-PLS with computer application of WarpPLS 8.0. The result of research shows that the positive effect of diversity gender in commissioner board on dividend policy is determined by institutional ownership. Gender diversity in director board has positive effect on dividend policy without moderation of institutional ownership. In general, these results are consistent to the agency theory that states that dividend payout can reduce agency problem.</text>

<text>Jimpitan is a traditional practice in Java where a pinch of rice is collected from a crowd and distributed to those in need. It is a form of social capital that can be used as an economic distribution system in society. This study tries to analyze the Jimpitan culture as a social capital that can be used as a system of economic distribution in society. It also aims to examine whether the Jimpitan system can be applied as an instrument for the distribution of Islamic economics. This analysis suggests that the distribution system does not have to depend solely on the government, but can be initiated by the community themselves. The Jimpitan culture reinforces the culture of gotong-royong, which is a social activity characteristic of Indonesians, especially in Java. It fosters a sense of togetherness and can be a valuable source in the distribution of economic resources. It can also be applied as an instrument for the distribution of Islamic economics, such as Zakat, Infaq, Waqf, and Sadaqah. These instruments are based on the Islamic principle of social justice and aim to alleviate socio-economic problems. The Jimpitan culture promoting the values of togetherness and mutual cooperation, which are inherent in both Javanese philosophy and Islamic teachings</text>

<text>This study aims to assess the concurrent and partial effects of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Student Commitment on Word of Mouth (WOM) behavior within the context of Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang. Data was collected through a survey employing questionnaires distributed to a sample of 100 respondents. Utilizing multiple regression analysis and correlation techniques, the research findings indicate that Service Quality, Brand Image, and Student Commitment collectively contribute to the prediction of Word of Mouth behavior. Individually, each factor also demonstrates significant influence on WOM behavior, as demonstrated by the computed t-values exceeding the critical t-values at a significance level (α) of less than 0.05. The outcomes of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F-test) further underscore that the combined influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Student Commitment significantly affects WOM behavior. This is evident from the calculated F-value surpassing the critical F-value, with a significance level of less than 0.05. In conclusion, the research substantiates the substantive influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Student Commitment on Word of Mouth behavior within the milieu of Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang. Furthermore, these factors collectively account for a considerable proportion of the observed WOM behavior, as illuminated by the coefficient of determination</text>
