<text>The success of a company in achieving its business goals is closely related to its
marketing capabilities as a vital department that interacts directly with consumers.
Before formulating an effective strategy, a thorough analysis of the company is
essential. A widely used company analysis approach is the BCG Growth/Share
Matrix, pioneered by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a private management
consulting firm headquartered in Boston, known for its expertise in market share
development. This study examines the strategic positioning of CV. Tjahaja Baru
Simpang Empat using the BCG Growth/Share Matrix. The company, a Yamaha
motorcycle distributor, demonstrated a 10.7% sales market growth from 2021 to
2022. The relative market share of Yamaha increased from 0.17 to 0.32 within the
same period. Despite this growth, the company's market share remains below one,
suggesting room for improvement. CV. Tjahaja Baru Simpang Empat falls within the
"Question Mark" quadrant, denoting high growth potential with low market share. A
"Build" strategy is recommended, capitalizing on the growth opportunity to increase
market share. This research underscores the significance of strategic planning,
utilizing the BCG matrix to guide marketing strategies and enhance business
success.</text>

<text>Gas Station (SPBU) generally serve the needs of consumers 24 hours a day. The
problem of employee scheduling is a problem that is often faced by companies because
scheduling that is not optimal can cause wasted costs. The rules applied by the gas
station company and the limited number of employees are the determining factors in the
preparation of the employee schedule. This scheduling problem can be applied to the
Integer Linear Programming modeling. Integer Linear Programming is a linear
programming calculation model with a linear objective function, linear constraints
function, and integer variables. This employee scheduling problem is solved using the
Integer Linear Programming method with the aim of minimizing employee salary costs
without reducing the number of employees and not ignoring the rules and or constraints
set by the company. This study discusses the problem formulation of gas station employee
scheduling in the form of Integer Linear Programming in a case study at SPBU 44574.03
Jonggrangan Klaten. Mathematical formulations and models were completed with the
help of the LINGO 8.0 computer application.</text>

<text>The research objective was to determine the effect of occupational health and safety (OHS) capability and facilities on the work safety of unloading workers at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, by mediating risk management implementation (RMI). The study used a survey method with a sample of 101 unloading workers taken at simple random. The research instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, and the results were analyzed using path analysis processed with Smart-PLS 4 software. The results showed that OHS capability and facilities affect safety unloading workers mediated by RMI. These findings not only confirm the results of previous research, which serve as the basis for building theoretical models and hypotheses, but also introduce a new empirical model of the influence of OHS capabilities and facilities on work safety by mediating MRI. These findings provide a theoretical contribution to the development of management science, especially safety and risk techniques, and have practical implications for the management of unloading workers. Therefore, the new empirical model can be used as material for discussion among academics, researchers, and practitioners before being adapted or adopted to improve work safety in the future.</text>

Therefore, this study was made to understand the critical influence of entrepreneurial orientation and business strategy on business performance, especially when facing rapid environmental changes. This study took thirty-nine fashion business owners owned by Ciputra University, Surabaya students as census samples. The data results were then processed using the SEM-PLS method, SmartPLS software. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation can influence business strategy, and business strategy can influence business performance. The results of the mediating influence of business strategy show that it has yet to influence the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance.</text>

<text>This research examines the accountability of local government performance. The objective of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of public attention on the accountability of local government performance in Indonesia. The sample used in this research consists of 1,542 local governments in Indonesia in 2018 and 2020. The variables employed include the dependent variable, which is the accountability of local government performance; the independent variable, public attention proxied by internet search activity; and control variables such as government size, complexity of local government, region type, and geographic location of the local government. This study utilizes secondary data obtained from the Financial Statements of Local Governments (LKPD), the Annual Reports of the Ombudsman, the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN and RB), and data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The research findings indicate that independent variables, namely internet search activity, have a positive influence on the accountability of local government performance. Furthermore, the control variables of government size and geographic location of the local government have an impact on the accountability of local government performance, while the complexity and type of local government do not affect the accountability of local government performance.</text>

<text>The objective of this study is to analyze the different responses of the market when fuel price hikes are announced in Indonesia. Utilizing an event study approach, abnormal returns, trading volume activity, and bid-ask spread differentials were measured during a 9-day period before and after the announcement. The research was conducted during the transition from the pandemic phase to the endemic phase of Covid-19. This study is significant in understanding the impact of fuel price announcement as a disruptive factor in the national economic recovery during the post-pandemic period. The sample consisted of IDX80 companies, and the Wilcoxon statistical test was employed for analysis. According to the results, there is no notable disparity in abnormal returns prior to and following the announcement of fuel price increases. However, the increase in fuel prices had a significant impact on trading volume activity before and after the event, as well as differences in bid-ask spread among IDX80 companies. These results suggest market uncertainty, influencing investor behavior and risk management strategies by companies to prevent losses. This research provides new insights into the relationship between economic events and the capital market, offering valuable information for market participants, investors, and policymakers in making informed investment decisions.</text>
