<text>The economy is one of the fields affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the world, including
Indonesia. One of the drivers of the economy in Indonesia is Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises (MSMEs). Among the three types of businesses, micro-enterprises contribute the
most to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product. Therefore, an analysis of the decision support
system for financing micro-enterprises in Indonesia is carried out. This study aims to
determine the application of decision support methods in selecting micro-enterprises that are
entitled to receive grants and appreciation for developing their business. The choice of
Sambas Regency as the case study location was due to the good development of microenterprises
and one of the front lines in exporting products to other countries. The method
used is a collaboration between the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the
Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Through the
process of weighing the criteria with AHP and several stages with TOPSIS, the results are
obtained in the form of preference values and sequences of micro businesses that are eligible
to receive funds. For the category of grants, it was found that the most feasible business to be
financed was Roemah Jamoer Ikram, while for the category of appreciation funds, the most
feasible business to be financed was Amplang 9. Thus, the analysis of supporting micro
business financing using the AHP-TOPSIS method</text>

and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Axia Multi Sarana Kota
South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses
quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The sample used in
this study was a saturated sample, which used the entire population of 50 people
as a sample. ata analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption
tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of
determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was
a positive influence between work discipline and partially employee performance.
t-test of 4.193 > ttable of 1.677 then Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. The
results showed that there was a positive influence between the work environment
and employee performance partially. t test of 8.179 > ttable 1.677 then Ha2 is
accepted and Ho2 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive
influence between the variables of work discipline and work environment on
employee performance simultaneously, where the multiple regression equation Y
= 10.424 + 0.075 X1 + 0.683 X2 means a positive effect, The multiple correlation
test r = 0.767 belongs to the very strong category, the coefficient of determination
is 58.8% and the rest is 41.2% which is influenced by other factors, the F test of F
is calculated 33.601 > the ftable 3.195 means that it can be concluded that the
variables of work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on
employee performance.</text>

<text>The purpose of this research is to test item-based loyalty programs, social marketing, and sales promotion that have an influence on purchase decisions among e-commerce users. Sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling method and the data collection technique used purposive sampling, the sample size was 250 respondents, namely e-commerce users in West Jakarta. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online via the Google Form. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis and the data is processed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that item-based loyalty programs have a significant positive effect on purchase decisions, social marketing has a significant negative effect on purchase decisions, sales promotion has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. Sales promotion, Item-Based Loyalty Program, Social Media Marketing are tools used by companies to increase the level of sales of a product and determine consumer purchasing decisions. The novelties of this study will provide guidelines for future research, design the most effective programs for e-commerce entrepreneurs, and provide empirical results for future research.</text>

<text>Digital Payment transactions are the most widely used today, because they are easier to use, can be done anywhere and anytime and are safer than cash. This provides convenience and security for digital payment users. This study aims to determine the influence of digital payments on consumptive behavior in students of the faculty of economics, Dehasen University Bengkulu. The sample used in this study was class A management students who were in the class of 2021 and 2022 totaling 105 respondents. The data collection method is carried out using a questionnaire that is distributed through an online google form. Regression equation is as follows: Y = 8,985 + 0,680X, The correlation coefficient is obtained r = 0,604 lies between level 0,600 - 0,799 including in strong correlation, R Square of 0,365 means the digital payment conduct variable can be influenced by the consumptive behavior variables of 60,4%. While the remaining 39,4 % can be influenced by other variables not examined by this study. Because the value of α < 0,05 it can be concluded that the digital payment variable partially affect consumptive behavior conduct, meaning the proposed hypothesis acceptable, this means accepting Ha and rejecting Ho.</text>

<text>This research examines the development of research on the topic of firm resilience which is currently very relevant to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic using bibliometric analysis with the support of the VOSviewer application. This study aims to find out: (1) the development of research on firm resilience published in international journals listed on the Scopus database from 1991-2021; (2) publication of international journals on corporate resilience; and (3) a map of the development of international research publications in the field of keyword-based firm resilience. Data collection was carried out through a search through the Scopus website with the keyword "firm resilience", with the categories of article titles, abstracts, keywords for the period 1991-2021. Analysis and visualization of database is carried out using the VOSviewer application. As a result, the citation analysis found 17,028 citations from 1991 to 2021. Ivanov, D. is the most productive researcher of the ten publications. A term author keyword trend analysis found that 3,289 author keywords were used in selected articles containing at least 10 events, yielding 38 author keywords with strong relevance. The term "Covid-19" is the term most used by writers with a total of 87 channels of connections. The country that publishes the most articles on corporate woes is the United States, with 303 articles.</text>

<text>This study aims to analyze the implementation of the direct export policy of tuna in North Sulawesi province. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The information used in this study amounted to 5 people consisting of the head of the Marine and Fisheries Service of North Sulawesi Province, the fish processing unit and the fishing community. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of research data consist of primary data obtained directly through interviews and secondary data taken from books, journals, annual reports as well as literature and other supporting documents. This study focused on aspects of policy implementation consisting of size and objectives, inter-organizational communication resources, characteristics of implementing agencies, socio-political and economic conditions, and attitudes of implementers. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the direct export policy for tuna is prepared to cut export costs which are too expensive due to the existence of an export route that is too long which will automatically affect the quality of the fish where the price of tuna will be affected by the quality of the fish that reaches the destination country, so that it can also affect the distribution process of tuna. In conclusion, the potential for tuna products in North Sulawesi has a significant impact and has a positive direction towards tuna exports between Indonesia and Japan in general and North Sulawesi to Japan or other countries in particular.</text>
