of the Finance department, Director, Deputy Director and Manager of Research
and Knowledge in managing institutions in order to achieve the principle of
accountability through social interaction and the motives of their actions. This
research method uses qualitative proximity to the phenomenological method of
Schutz's sociology. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews,
observations and documentation. Interviews were conducted with six employees
who worked at The Prakarsa. Observations are made unstructured.
Documentation in the form of field notes, photos, information boards in each
division containing financial reports and project budgets. Data analysis
combines interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA) techniques with Schütz's
phenomenology. The data analysis stage includes coding (interpretation,
condensation and categorization of themes) and analysis. The interpretation of
the results uses the Schutz concept of sociality, namely social interaction and the
motives of actions. The results of the analysis show that: first, the accountability
process in financial management is carried out by employees. Employees who
are actually individuals who position themselves as related actors in a social
process in the world of work. In other words, this indicate that employees in
achieving accountability for financial management through sociality in the
motives of actions and social interactions. Second, the motives for actions
carried out with an honest attitude in carrying out work, prudent in acting,
innovative in work, facing internal and external challenges by presenting reports
transparent finance, the importance of finding donors and submitting financial
reports both to the public and internally. Meanwhile, social interaction is
carried out with other parts and interested third parties. Because basically
accountability establishes a connection to all parties related to the organization.</text>

<text>One of the areas faced with the problem of HR recruitment for the National Police is the jurisdiction of the Riau Islands Police. Riau Islands Police has a border area that feels that it has not received justice because of its geographical location far from the regional committee (Panda) of Riau Islands. Long distances become an obstacle when regional sons participate in the recruitment and selection of candidates for police officers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of affirmative action policy in the proactive recruitment program for the border area in the implementation of the selection of police non-commissioned officers at the Riau Islands Regional Police in 2020. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the principles and values of Affirmative Action have the potential and opportunity to bridge the socio-cultural problems that arise, while ensuring the representation and proportion of human resources in a deal in the population, geography, and culture characteristics of the community in the Polri organization. The principles and values of Affirmative Action have a significant impact on the quality of performance. The high workload and risk of working as a police officer must be balanced with strong driving factors and create a significant impact, especially in the aspect of member welfare. Even though in practice, the Riau Islands Regional Police is still faced with obstacles to the lack of interest in prospective registrants in the border area.</text>

<text>The Oil Palm companies create one of the most significant contributions to Indonesia's economic development. However, company performance in oil palm companies falls short of expectations, which is related to how they are accountable to their shareholders. Thus, the study's objective is to investigate the effects of female directors, board process, and board equity ownership on performance in Indonesian oil palm companies. The findings reveal a connection between female director, board process, and company performance. Furthermore, the moderating role of board equity ownership weakens the link between female director and firm performance. Admittedly, the indirect relationship revealed that board equity ownership strengthens the relations between board process and company performance, especially in Indonesian oil palm companies. According to the author's knowledge, a few studies have been conducted in oil palm companies, and it provides a prominent issue in corporate governance mechanisms, particularly on-board equity ownership, the majority of which is held by family members.</text>

<text>This study aims to analyze the work culture of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN)
in the Regional Food Service of North Sulawesi Province. The research design
used in this study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach.
This qualitative research method is used to examine the natural condition of the
object. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and
documentation. According to the findings of the study, the work habits of state
civil apparatus in the food service of North Sulawesi Province were influenced
by office-hours-related discipline, seniority, and closeness to the leadership. In
the pattern of work, the attitude of the State Civil Apparatus places itself as the
person closest to the leadership, both direct and higher leadership, so that
individual performance has an impact on the performance of agencies in
providing public services. As part of the work culture, the State Civil Apparatus
carries out its primary responsibilities and functions in accordance with
regulations established by both the Ministry and the governor of North Sulawesi
province regarding the implementation of work that must be carried out by the
State Civil Apparatus. The values embraced in carrying out work as a state civil
apparatus in the regional food service of the province of North Sulawesi as a
whole are related to the regulations on the state civil apparatus that are based on
law number 5 of 2014.</text>

The population of this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 periods. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method, with the provisions of a manufacturing company, having complete financial statements, not using foreign currency in financial statements, experiencing successive profits. The classical assumption test gives the results of all variables normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity, autocorrelation and no heteroscedasticity. The high squared R test and the Model test or F test stated that it was good.Multiple regression analysis was used in this study. The results achieved are that the variables Capital Structure, Solvability, Profitability, Managerial Ownership, Intellectual Capital, Growth and Cash Ownership have an effect on Firm Value</text>
