<text>The main problem in raw material inventory control is the importance of
determining the right amount of inventory so that excess or shortage of inventory does not
occur. If there is too much inventory, the company will incur large holding and ordering
costs, and if it is too little, production will be hampered and the company will lose resources.
Therefore, it is necessary to plan and control inventory so as not to affect company profits.
The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation and comparison of raw material
inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just In Time (JIT) methods
at UD. Mitra Nata Perdana in the city of Malang. This type of research is a comparative
research that compares the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with the Just In Time
(JIT) method for the efficiency of inventory costs at UD. Mitra Nata Perdana in the city of
Malang. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The
results showed that there were significant differences between the use of the EOQ and JIT
methods in raw material inventory control. From the results of the analysis and calculations
that have been done it is known that UD. Mitra Nata Perdana is more effective in using the
EOQ method. This is due to the characteristics and production requirements used by UD.
Mitra Nata Perdana in the city of Malang.</text>

<text>Relationship marketing (RM) is an important issue in every business because it is
a key component of long-term business success. Small and Medium Enterprises

find out how important RM is for SMEs during a pandemic. This study uses a
literature review. Database from Pubmed, ProQuest, Ebsco, and Emerald
databases. The keywords used in English are Relationship Marketing, SMEs, and
Programs. The data obtained was manually extracted and analyzed descriptively,
with the criteria of full text articles, research articles, and the last 10 years of
publication period (2013-2022). Found 61 articles related to the research theme,
in which RM can help improve the ability of SMEs to gain competitive advantage
during the pandemic and discover their strengths and weaknesses to develop
critical capabilities for high turbulence and dynamic situations in their
environment, and therefore pave the way for improvement towards greater good.
Programs that can be carried out to deal with the pandemic are: managing
marketing strategies, innovating products, involving the role of the government,
and promoting with social media. The results of the study show that RM has an
important role in improving the capabilities of SMEs by managing the
implementation of marketing strategies in the company.</text>

Human development must focus on the fields of education, agriculture, industry, and trade during this process if it is to achieve its objectives of raising living standards or improving the quality of human life. The Human Progress Index can be used to evaluate the primary indices of human development (IPM). Thus, this study aims to measure and determine the influence of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the trade sector, the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the industrial sector, and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the education services sector. and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector on the Human Development Index (IPM) of the Districs in Solo Region. The method used in this study was panel data regression using secondary data cross section and time series from 7 districs in Solo Region which include Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Sragen, Karanganyar, Boyolali, and Klaten in the last five years from 2016 to 2020. The variables in this study were the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variables in the industrial, education, agricultural, trade and Human Development Index (IPM) sectors obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Solo Region. This study shows that the industrial and education sector variables have a positive effect on the district human development index in Solo Region, while the agricultural and trade sector variables have a negative effect on the district human development index in Solo Region.</text>

<text>This research was undertaken to understand and analyze the impact of leadership style and skill on lecturers' motivation and output. This study was chosen to address the issues and trends relating to job satisfaction. Although several components are involved, the authors have a preliminary hunch that the skill factor and leadership style may impact lecturer motivation and performance, affecting and boosting job satisfaction and lecturer performance. A questionnaire is the tool of choice for gathering data for the study. There were 30 questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Descriptive analysis and questionnaire feasibility tests were employed as data analysis approaches. These tests were previously validated using tests for reliability, validity, multicollinearity, coefficient of determination, and Path Analysis (Path Analysis) with smart-pls software. According to the study's findings, The model depicts SME performance, work environment, job happiness, communication style, and leadership style. The model demonstrates that while leadership style does not affect either job happiness or SME performance, communication and the workplace environment have a significant positive impact. A good work environment and job satisfaction can improve SMEs' performance well. The indirect model shows that what influences enhancing the performance of SMEs through reasonable job satisfaction is good communication and a good and optimal work environment.</text>
