<text>This research is used to determine the magnitude of influence and significance between entrepreneurial knowledge variables and entrepreneurial characteristics to the success of small and medium enterprises in the guitar industry center in Kembangan Village, Baki, Sukoharjo. The population in this study was obtained from village data of 80 guitar speakers in Kembangan Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. Because the population is less than 100 respondents, the sample used is the entire population of 80 who responded as a Guitar Industry Center Business Actor in Kembangan Village, Baki, Sukoharjo. The technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling types. The data analysis technique in this study is a multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Before analyzing data with multiple linear regression, instrument tests and classical assumption tests have been conducted first in concluding this research data so as not to be biased so that research is feasible. From the research results, it is known that entrepreneurial knowledge and characteristics have a positive and significant influence. The Result of Anaisis Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained a result of 0.674 or 67.4%. This means that the ability of independent variables (entrepreneurial knowledge, characteristics) in this study affected dependent variables by 67.4%. The remaining 32.6% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model.</text>

<text>This study aims to determine the effect of the unemployment rate, the rate of economic growth and the human development index on the poverty rate in Sumbawa Regency for the period 2012 – 2021. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method by using secondary data that is time-series data, namely in 2012 – 2021 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency for Sumbawa Regency. Analysis of the data used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study show that only the unemployment rate and the Human Development Index have a significant effect on the poverty level in Sumbawa Regency during 2012-2021. This is due to several things, including the local government of Sumbawa Regency for less than 10 years launching an increase in human capital development with the hope of reducing poverty by investing in education and health. Because these two investments have been more meaningful for the poor in Sumbawa Regency for the last 10 years. With the realization of this, it will greatly help increase productivity and in turn increase income for the people of Sumbawa Regency.</text>

This research approach uses quantitative by using paired sample t-test as a data analysis technique. The population of 14 Islamic commercial banks is also used as a research sample with saturated sampling techniques. Measures of profitability levels used are Return on Assets (ROA), return on Equity (ROE), and Net Operating Margin (NOM). The results showed that there was a significant difference in ROA before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with a downward trend. While ROE and NOM did not make significant differences despite the decline before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.</text>

<text>This study aims to determine the effect of academic ability and actualization design on the results of the actualization of the CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The number of samples as many as 399 participants were taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Academic ability had a positive but not significant effect on the results of the implementation of the actualization of the CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 2) The actualization design has a positive and significant impact on the results of the actualization implementation for the participants of the CPNS Basic Training at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 3) Academic Ability and Actualization Design simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the Results of the Implementation of the Actualization of CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 4) The actualization design significantly positively moderates (strengthens) the relationship between the influence of academic ability on the results of the implementation of the actualization of CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province. The recommendations given are 1) For State Administration Institutions to conduct a more in-depth study or evaluation related to the correlation between the provision of academic material that results in the participants' academic abilities and the implementation of actualization; 2) For the Central Java Province BPSDMD to conduct a study or evaluation of the implementation of the CPNS Basic Training comprehensively and to make an evaluation instrument for the role of the coach; 3) For other researchers, the results of this study can be developed both in terms of location and research variables; 4) For Civil Servants (PNS)to keep trying to find the formulation of effective learning methods and for coaches to continue to improve their role to be more effective.</text>
