                <text>This study’s primary goals were to look at the antecedent factors influencing customer satisfaction (service quality, food quality, physical environment quality, price fairness, and brand image) and then evaluate the causality between customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fast-food restaurant segment. In this research, 480 questionnaires were delivered to six brand fast-food restaurant customers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, using a self-administered questionnaire method and a convenience sampling methodology, leaving 403 (=83.95 percent) of the total sample size viable for this research. The acquired data were then analyzed utilizing the statistical software SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 26 Graphics in accordance with structural equation modeling (SEM) and qualitative approaches. Before conducting SEM, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to check the data's goodness-of-fit to the model, convergent and discriminant validity, and indicator and composite reliability. It was revealed that except for the service quality and the physical environment quality, brand image was shown to be the most significantly positive antecedent of consumer satisfaction, followed by food quality and pricing fairness. Customer satisfaction then affected the amount of customer loyalty. The study findings made significant advances to current theories and management implications, specifically when assessing success determinants in fast-food restaurants.</text>

The purpose of this study was to determine whether motivation had an effect on employee performance at Nugraha EkakurirTrack, Ltd in Surakarta. Hasibuhan's theory (2010) and Robbins (2011) state that performance is the result of work achieved based on motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sample 70 employees of Nugraha Ekakurir, Ltd Surakarta route was taken by census with a saturated sampling technique. Questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. The data obtained were analysed by linear regression test, t test, and R^2 test. Regression test shows that motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Nugraha Ekakurir Track, Ltd in Surakarta. In relation to the t test, it shows that the motivation variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Nugraha Ekakurir Track, Ltd in Surakarta. Meanwhile, the results of the R2 test obtained the number 0.656 or 65.6% of employee performance is influenced by motivation, the remaining 34.4% is influenced by variables outside the study. The results of this study are useful as guidelines and recommendations and references for management practitioners, and researchers, especially those related to Human Resource research.</text>

                <text>A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve its human resource capabilities, because it is a main factor for improving performance. The important things that need to be considered include; Safe, profitable and satisfactory working conditions also contribute to increasing employee motivation on work. In addition, work content is also no less important to measure employee performance.Original work content is the contents of the work or task given to employees and it is one of the supporting factors that provide smoothness of work motivation. The purpose of this study were to: (1) analyze and explain the effect of working conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) knowing and analyzing the mediation effect of discipline in the influence of work conditions and work content on employee performance. This research was conducted at the employees of the former Surakarta Residency Office of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri and Sragen, which are usually sacrificed (Subo Suko Wono Sraten or Solo Raya), each of which has 25 employees, so that the total total is 125 employees. Then each region was taken by 15 employees as respondents. The Path analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable mediated by the mediation variable. The results of the study found that (1) there is a positive influence and significant work conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) there is a direct influence that is better than working conditions and work content on employee performance than must be mediated by discipline.</text>

                <text>The purpose of this study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on firm value of dividend policy as an intervening variable. This have a look at uses quantitative methods by collecting secondary data, specifically financial statements and annual reports of companies in the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a total sample of 26 companies. This study uses path analysis using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 statistical tool. The results of the study prove that profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, leverage has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a positive and significant on firm value, dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, dividend policy is not able to mediate profitability on firm value, liquidity has no direct effect on firm value through dividend policy, dividend policy has an indirect effect of leverage on firm value in the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period.</text>

Data collected through the distribution of questionnaires were distributed online using SPSS version 26. The results of this study are: (1) Digital Marketing partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention, (2) Promotion partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention, (3) Service quality partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention, and (4) Digital marketing, promotion, service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase intention.</text>

                <text>Poverty is a condition involving the inability to meet economic prosperity as a minimum requirement of a certain standard of living. Poverty is also a problem that is influenced by various interrelated factors. This study aims to analyze simultaneously and partially the effect of unemployment, education and population on the poverty level in the regency/city of Bali Province in the 2015-2020 period, as well as to analyze the variables with the dominant contribution in reducing poverty levels. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of the analysis show that unemployment, education and population simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in the regency/city of Bali Province in the 2015-2020 period. The results show that 1) unemployment has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level. 2) education has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level and 3) the population has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level. The population has a dominant influence on the poverty level in regency/city in Bali Province in the 2015-2020 period compared to unemployment and education.</text>

Data collected through the distribution of questionnaires were distributed online using SPSS version 26. The results of this study are: (1) Digital Marketing partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention, (2) Promotion partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention, (3) Service quality partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention, and (4) Digital marketing, promotion, service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase intention.</text>
