Miss Poe Vietnam Eatery is a business that is engaged in food that offers Vietnamese food. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought Miss Poe Vietnam Eatery products more than once. The sample in this study amounted to 170 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that distributed online. In this study, the data obtained was processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program as a tool. The results of this study are: (1) service quality has a significant effect on Miss Poe Vietnam Eatery’s consumer loyalty. (2) product quality has a significant effect on Miss Poe Vietnam Eatery’s consumer loyalty. (3) Promotion has a significant effect on Miss Poe Vietnam Eatery’s consumer loyalty.</text>

                <text>Bangladesh is one of the high-risk countries of the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequent losses. The main objectives of this research were to find out the livelihood challenges and coping strategies of agricultural workers during pandemic situation. This study was conducted targeting lower income group of people (temporary agricultural worker, casual agricultural workers). As the nature of the research was qualitative, the researcher used convenience sampling to select respondents because this is the most common non-probability sampling strategy where respondents were selected in an ad hoc fashion based on their accessibility. However, the researcher has taken 60 respondents as sample in analyzing data, descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage) of responses are estimated. Scores of livelihood challenges are the means of a 4-point Likert-type scale used. From this study find that most of the respondents did small business but they did not get any help or small loan from NGO. Most of the respondents drive rickshaw, auto as their off day. Due to closing of school, respondents’ children engage themselves to earning activities.</text>

                <text>During the Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel sector was severely affected by around 95% of hoteliers who laid off their employees or gave unpaid leave. Employees have an active role in setting plans, systems, processes, and goals to be achieved. In order for the hotel sector to survive, high employee performance is needed, to determine the level of employee performance, it is necessary to analyze work motivation and emotional intelligence. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, where the population in this study is one of the 3 star hotel employees. The results in this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.</text>

                <text>Water is an essential need for human survival. However, access to safe drinking water remains a global challenge, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) province. This condition makes the bottled drinking water (AMDK) industry increasingly in demand because the need for drinking water continues to rise along with population growth. Apart from being widely consumed by the public, AMDK can be contaminated due to changes in environmental conditions. Therefore, the government monitors these products strictly to protect public health while at the same time encouraging product competitiveness. One of the Provincial Office of Indonesian FDA Kupang scopes of tasks in the food control function is post-market vigilance. Food safety inspections of AMDK production facilities in NTT showed low compliance with the Good Processed Food Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) standards. This study aims to develop the best alternative strategy to improve food business operators (FBOs) compliance with food safety regulations. The combination of Value-Focused Thinking (VFT) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods is used for the decision-making process. The VFT method is used to determine the criteria and sub-criteria of the selection process and make alternative strategies to achieve the organization's values and goals. Based on an assessment by AHP analysis, the first priority strategy for improving compliance in food safety is education with a weight value of 0.462, followed by engagement (0.251), enforcement (0.185), and incentive (0.102).</text>

                <text>The financial technology (fintech) companies utilize social media for many purposes. The increasing of digitalization in the fintech companies make consumers easier to make a purchase or an investment. This condition provides a phenomenon in which young generation is willing to invest their funds through fintech system. The purpose of this study is to examine whether social media marketing influences the intention of the young generation in investing. A total of 208 respondents coming from millennial generation involved in this study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze this research with the results showing that perceived relevance, informativeness, and utilitarian motivation have significant effect on millennial generation's intention to invest. In addition, perceived relevance and informativeness also influence utilitarian motivation.</text>

The data collection method in this research is by using a questionnaire. The type of research used is quantitative research. The variables of this study consist of three independent variables, namely Work Discipline, Work Empowerment and Work Motivation and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The results of this study are the Anova test produces an F count of 136,121&gt; F table 2.87 with a significance level (probability number) of 0.05. F count&gt; F table then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Then the regression coefficient of Work Discipline, Work Empowerment and Work Motivation together has a significant effect on Employee Performance variables.</text>

                <text>The purpose of the study was to look at the influence of work discipline, education levels, and incentives on employee performance. Respondents in this study were members of the security unit at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Batam Branch. The population in this study was as many as 70 respondents. The samples in this study were determined using saturated samples, where all the populations in the study were sampled. The results of this study are that partial work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the level of education has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, education level, and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. The R Square score in this study was 84.6%, this means that work discipline, education level, and incentives were able to affect employee performance by 84.6%, while the remaining 15.4% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.</text>

                <text>The efficiency of translating capital toward economic growth has been contested in Indonesia, especially when the economic policies could not achieve economic growth targets. In addition, budget allocation for education sector as a human capital investment is substantial and needs to be assessed its the impact on the economic growth. This research examines relationship between capital efficiency measured by the incremental capital output ratio (ICOR) and education spending on economic growth using 2015 to 2019 data for 34 provinces in Indonesia. Analyses were performed using Pearson correlation and panel data regression. The results show that ICOR has a negative correlation with economic growth for majority of provinces. Regression results show that ICOR negatively affects economic growth, while education spending positively affects economic growth, as expected by theory. The results suggest that the government policy to induce economic growth can be achieved by increasing capital efficiency through reducing the value of ICOR and by allocating the education spending.</text>
