<text>The purpose of this research is to predict monthly inflation in the city of Yogyakarta with a simple and easy forecasting model that has high accuracy. The model used is the exponential smoothing-state space or known as the error, trend, and seasonal (ETS) model. This model does not have statistical assumptions, it is easy to analyze using R-package statistics which is an open-source program. This ETS model is built with a combination of trend and non-trend, seasonal and non-seasonal models as well as an additive or multiplicative errors. The monthly inflation data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the city of Yogyakarta from January 2015 to December 2021 with a total of 84 data. The results of this research obtained that the most suitable ETS model for predicting monthly inflation in the city of Yogyakarta is the ETS model (A, N, A). The ETS model (A, N, A) means that the error is additive (A), does not contain a trend (N) and seasonality is additive, so it is written as ETS (A, N, A). The ETS model (A, N, A) obtained in this research has an Akaike information criteria (AIC) value of 145.1996 with an RMSE forecasting accuracy value of 0.2166014 and a MAPE of 127.1662. The results of the forecasting for the next three periods show that the monthly inflation value of Yogyakarta is quite stable, there is an increase and decrease or it fluctuates slightly and is still below 10%.</text>

This study uses independent variables, namely infrastructure, administrative services and teacher competence. The dependent variable is student satisfaction. The sample of this study were students of the Surakarta Special Program Batik Middle School with the Non Probability Sampling technique with the type of Purposive Sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire which was distributed directly to students with 16 questions. This study uses data analysis methods, namely Descriptive Analysis Method, Validity and Reliability Test, Statistical Analysis Method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing F Test, t test and Determination Test (R2). The results showed that infrastructure, administrative services and teacher competence had an effect on student satisfaction simultaneously. Partially, administrative services and teacher competence have an effect on student satisfaction, while infrastructure has no effect. This shows that the infrastructure facilities at the Surakarta Special Program Batik Junior High School are still not good so it needs to be improved.</text>

<text>The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality, relationship marketing, and perceptions of customer loyalty in BMT Sejahtera. This study uses a quantitative approach to the population of members in the BMT Sejahtera, a sample taken using the calculation of solving formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models. T-test result of the study showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty with at count>t table (5,737>1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the value of the t table and the magnitude of the significant value of the P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.00<0.05). Then relational relationship marketing partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a value of t count>t table (2,022>1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the table value and the value of the significant value of P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.046<0.05). Then the perception partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty with t count >t table (2,231 > 1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the table value and the significance value of the P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.028<0.05). Then f test shows a significance value of 0.000 because the P-Value significance value obtained is less than the value (0.000<0.05). Then it can be concluded that Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, and Perception simultaneously affect Customer Loyalty. 662). <text>Technological developments, competitive economics climate and demanding competition have led the investment industry to experienced rapid and continuous development in the last few decades.
Some of the rapid and continuous key developments are transformation in financial microstructures, development of investment strategies, the progression in computing capacity and the new trend of the investment performance of pioneers in algorithmic traders surpassing that of the human, discretionary investors (Jansen, Stefan 2017)
These four key factors have driven the investment company and hedge fund to develop algorithmic trading methods even further to achieve a more stable and reliable profit over time.
Therefore, to manifest aforementioned concerns, this research will conduct the process of building hybrid machine learning in Dow Jones Industrial Average stocks by using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) Method to improve the investment profitability using phyton programming language.
The Result of this research shows that the prediction made by the software has acceptable rate of errors. The several measurements of errors used are namely, Median Absolute Error, Mean Absolute Percentage Error and Median Absolute Percentage Error.</text>

<text>Lack of knowledge of prospective customers about the ins and outs of the Islamic bank system has an impact on changes in interest in saving, which initially intended to save in Islamic banks changed to conventional banks. So far, prospective customers think that saving at conventional banks is simpler than Islamic banks, because Islamic banks themselves prioritize the halal of all transactions carried out and keep away from the name of the usury system. This is what causes the change in the mindset of prospective customers in making decisions about determining where he will raise funds. This study aims to see the extent of the influence of knowledge, social and psychological environment of students on saving interest in Islamic banks. The method in collecting data in this study was through distributing questionnaires to Al Muayyad Islamic Boarding School graduates. The results of this study indicate that knowledge, social and psychological factors together have a significant effect on students' interest in saving in Islamic banks, partial results indicate that knowledge and psychology have a significant effect, while the social environment has no significant effect.</text>

<text>Numerous studies found mixed evidence on the effects of firm-related factors
toward the conditional distribution of TFP performance done in a crosscountry,
industry, and firm-level perspectives abroad. Unfortunately, there is
still relatively little evidence to support these findings in the context of the
Philippines. Thus, this study analyzed whether the conditional distribution of
firm-level TFP performance varies according to the size of the firms, and
forms of ownership, and examined the impact of firm-related factors such as
firm size, form of ownership, R&D intensity, capital intensity, and export
intensity on the conditional distribution of manufacturing firms’ TFP
performance. The study utilized the comprehensive firm-level data gathered
from the World Bank Enterprise Survey conducted in 2015 across selected
manufacturing firms in the Philippines, and incorporated ordinary least
squares regression and simultaneous quantile regression models in the
estimation analyses. Empirical findings revealed that the conditional
distribution of firm-level TFP performance marginally varies across selected
manufacturing firms while these firms solely focus on domestic operations
supported by capital outlays with less engagement in R&D activities. Lastly,
capital intensity and firms’ form of ownership were found to have statistically
significant effects on the conditional distribution of firm-level TFP
performance observed across all quantiles.</text>
