<text>Taxpayer compliance is critical for creating orderly tax payments in Indonesia. Several factors can influence taxpayer compliance. Individual or internal taxpayers, as well as foreign taxpayers, can provide these factors. The goal of this study was to look into the impact of taxpayer awareness, knowledge, and tax audits on taxpayer compliance. The data used in this study are primary data gathered from questionnaires sent to employees of the Surakarta City Revenue, Financial Management, and Regional Assets Office (BPPKAD). The sample size is limited to 60 responders. Purposive sampling is utilized, which means that the sample technique is determined by particular factors. The validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, and statistical test t test were employed in this study. The SPSS for Windows version 24 program was used for hypothesis testing. Data analysis results reveal that taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, and tax audit all have an impact on taxpayer compliance. Each variable of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, and tax audit has an impact on taxpayer compliance to some extent. This research will be utilized as a reference for future decision making, particularly in an effort to promote taxpayer compliance.</text>

not been resolved until now in various cities in Indonesia, including . Plastic bottle
waste is increasing in number along with the increasing use of plastic bottles for
packaging of beverage products. This waste problem is also faced by the City of
Bandar Lampung, which is the third largest waste producer in Sumatera. Efforts that
can be made to overcome these problems are to manage and reduce them. The
purpose of this study to examine and analyze the effect of environmental concern,
and environmental attitude on green product purchase intention. This research
method uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were
users/consumers of Tupperware drinking bottles in Bandar Lampung. The samples of
this study were men and women, at least 17 years old, had used Tupperware drinking
bottles for at least 1 year. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling
technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis
technique with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS.. The results show that
environmental concern does not affect the purchase intention of green products, but
environmental attitudes had affect to green product purchase intention.</text>

To achieve this, a modified LODGSERV scale is used as research instrument with total of 24 attributes used in questionnaire. In order to collect data, the questionnaire is distributed to guests who have stayed in Hotel X. The collected data is analyze using Improvement Gap Analysis to identify the highest priority level of the attributes that matter most to the hotel’s guest satisfaction. Based on the IGA matrix, there are 7 attributes that have the highest priority level for improvement. Furthermore, these attributes are identified by using fishbone diagram to obtain the root problem of each attribute. According to the root problems obtained, there are 15 suggestions for improvement are given to Hotel X.</text>

The target of this study was Shopee users that located in Semarang City. The population of this study covered Shopee users in Semarang City with 96 respondents as sample. Research data was taken from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This is categorized as quantitative research with census technique sampling. Data that had been collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2 software. The results of this study shows that Online Customer Review has a significant effect on Brand Perception and Purchasing Intention, while Brand Perception has a significant effect on Purchasing Intention. Brand Perception variables was able to mediate the relationship between the effect of Online Customer Review towards Purchasing Intention.</text>
