Sistem ini menerapkan logika fuzzy Tsukamoto dengan menggunakan intensitas suhu dan kelembaban sebagai parameter sistem. Perangkat yang digunakan untuk mendukung sistem ini di antaranya adalah NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroller dan penghubung ke internet, dan sensor DHT22 sebagai sensor suhu dan kelembaban. Output yang dikeluarkan melalui pemanas dan kipas yang diatur dengan Pulse Width Modulation. Data yang diperoleh sensor diunggah ke database melalui internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan yaitu pembuatan alat monitoring suhu dan kelembaban tempe sangat membantu para produsen tempe dalam monitoring suhu dan kelembaban tempe secara real-time. Suhu fermentasi tempe yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 30-36℃ dengan kelembaban antara 60-70 %RH. Dengan adanya sistem alat monitoring suhu dan kelembaban otomatis produsen tempe dapat melakukan fermentasi tempe lebih cepat menjadi 16 jam.
