<text>This study aims to investigate Instagram Ads optimization strategies in increasing brand awareness at CV Media Computindo. In this ever-evolving digital era, Instagram is one of the most popular and effective marketing platforms. Strong brand awareness is very important for CV Media Computindo because it can increase brand exposure in a competitive market. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. The purpose of qualitative descriptive research is to make systematic descriptions, drawings, or drawings as well as the relationships between the phenomena being investigated. 98% ad reach has been obtained, 100% broadcast is male gender, 78% aged 35-44 years and 21.9% aged 45-54 years, the top locations for exposure are West Java 29.4%, East Java 23, 3%, Jakarta 21.5%, Central Java 21.2%, and DI Yogyakarta 4.4%. Shows that Instagram Ads have a significant influence on building brand awareness at CV.Media Computindo.</text>

<text>Urban rail transit plays a pivotal role in the overall urban transportation system, serving as a preferred mode of travel for a growing number of
people in recent years. However, the occurrence of station failures due to emergencies is an inevitable challenge that can significantly impact
the entire transit system. This has led to an increased demand for improved operational resilience and recovery mechanisms within urban rail
transit systems. Addressing how to effectively suppress fault spread and swiftly recover the system post-failure has become a pressing issue. In
this research, we utilized metro network data obtained from Gaode map and employed complex network theory to establish a network topology
model. The study focused on investigating the fault spread dynamics within the metro network, both in scenarios without recovery and with
recovery measures in place. The goal was to understand the underlying patterns and laws governing fault propagation in urban rail transit
systems. By analyzing the data and modeling recovery strategies, we aimed to contribute insights into mitigating the impact of failures and
enhancing the overall reliability of urban rail transit systems. The research concludes with a simulation of four distinct recovery strategies,
providing a comparative analysis of their effectiveness. These findings are crucial for urban planners, transit authorities, and policymakers in
developing strategies to minimize the impact of emergencies on urban rail transit, ensuring a resilient and efficient transportation system for the
growing urban population.</text>

<text>In today's dynamic landscape, the rapid evolution of information technology and the pursuit of excellent technological services have become universal aspirations. Organizations, institutions, and universities are increasingly relying on advanced technology to support their activities, streamline tasks, and enhance business processes. To align with current IT trends, enterprise organizations must adopt centralized methods that prioritize consumers' perspectives on IT services in the context of overall business objectives. XYZ Company exemplifies this approach, having implemented bespoke information technology solutions geared towards managing service activities and processing administrative data efficiently. The Service Operation phase, a crucial lifecycle component encompassing day-to-day IT service management operations, has been a focal point of XYZ Company's endeavors. The research, focusing on three pivotal processes—Event Management, Request Fulfillment, and Problem Management—reveals a pressing need to enhance hardware, software, and infrastructure to meet XYZ Company's evolving requirements for more effective operations. Moreover, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specialized modules for employees emerges as a critical necessity. These strategic enhancements are poised to augment efficiency, ensuring that employees can harness the full potential of information technology in their daily tasks. As XYZ Company navigates the evolving IT landscape, this research underscores the imperative to adapt hardware, software, and procedural frameworks to foster a more effective and streamlined work environment.</text>

<text>In building a system in an IT organisation, it is necessary to have the support of an IT Service that is able to adapt to business needs continuously. IT services mainly run and grow from within the company. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most commonly adopted framework for IT service management. Starting the use of ITIL can be done by identifying areas that can be developed and measuring the current situation. This will help to know the desired future state and be the basis for finding solutions to improve performance based on ITIL. Maturity level measurement is one of the commonly used methods to define the current situation. The purpose of this research is to understand how well a team from a small company is doing business using maturity levels. ITIL's seven-step improvement process was chosen and adapted as a guide to carry out the entire research. The research was conducted by conducting maturity assessments and interviews at a small IT services company. Measurements were carried out twice. At first, it serves to determine the condition before measurement and improvement. Research in the IT Operations division of XYZ revealed that ITIL implementation can increase maturity levels in accordance with company management objectives. In the end, the implications of this research will provide company management with factors and solutions to improve performance based on ITIL implementation.</text>
