<text>Choosing the optimal smartphone for streaming needs is a challenge for users amidst the rapid development of technology and the variety
of choices on the market. The need for high performance in streaming, such as large battery capacity, adequate RAM, fast processor, highquality screen, and stable network support, drives the need for an objective and measurable recommendation system. This study aims to
develop a smartphone selection recommendation system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)
method that focuses on streaming activity needs. The research process involves the stages of problem identification, collecting datasets from
various trusted sources, preprocessing data to ensure completeness and consistency, and implementing the TOPSIS method through data
normalization, weighting criteria, determining positive and negative ideal solutions, to calculating preference scores and alternative
rankings. The dataset used includes 252 smartphones from popular brands in Indonesia such as Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Apple, Realme, and
Xiaomi, with specifications relevant to streaming. The results of the TOPSIS method implementation show that smartphones such as the
iQOO Z9 Turbo Endurance, Redmi Turbo4, and Neo7 SE are ranked at the top with high preference scores, indicating the best combination
of price, battery capacity, RAM, and network connectivity. The recommendation categories are arranged based on market segments, such
as flagship, mid-range, budget-friendly , and based on each brand, to provide flexibility in selection. In general, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Realme
dominate the best category, while Samsung and Oppo remain competitive in the middle class, and Apple maintains its stability in the premium
ecosystem. The recommendation system is expected to help users make faster and more precise decisions according to technical needs and
budget constraints in choosing a smartphone for high-quality streaming activities.</text>

<text>Many users face significant challenges when trying to select the most suitable moisturizer for their skin. This difficulty often
arises due to the overwhelming variety of available products on the market, combined with a lack of personalized information that
could guide users toward the best choice. To address this issue, the present study aims to develop a recommendation system based on
the Content-Based Filtering approach, which is specifically designed to align the benefits of moisturizer products with the unique needs
of users' skin types. The data for this study were collected manually from 17 moisturizer products featured on the Sociolla e-commerce
platform. Each product was carefully analyzed according to the descriptive information provided, including the benefits claimed and
the skin types for which the product is recommended. The methodology involved several important steps: preprocessing the text from
product descriptions, applying TF-IDF to assign term weights, and calculating cosine similarity scores between the user’s skin profile
and product attributes. The analysis revealed that products such as D10 and D6, which yielded the highest similarity values, are strongly
aligned with particular skin types. The resulting system demonstrates its ability to generate relevant and personalized product
suggestions without the need for prior user preference data. This study concludes that using descriptive content as the foundation for
recommendation logic can significantly enhance accuracy and targeting. Future enhancements may involve expanding the product
database, integrating user-generated reviews, and leveraging machine learning techniques to produce even more adaptive and
intelligent recommendations.</text>

problems can vary, ranging from unintuitive interface design, confusing navigation, to information that is difficult to find. This can
have an impact on inadequate user experience, which in turn can reduce the effectiveness of the website as a medium for communication

used to identify usability problems in website development is Heuristic Evaluation. The evaluation results showed several usability
problems in the aspects of System status visibility, Consistency and standards, Helping users recognize, diagnose, and recover from

<text> Water quality is a critical determinant of ecosystem sustainability and the productivity of freshwater aquaculture. This study
performed a systematic literature review (SLR) to assess the impact of water quality on the growth, health, and yield of freshwater fish.
The research examines contemporary technical advancements, such as Internet of Things (IoT) systems, unmanned aerial vehicles
(UAVs), machine learning prediction models, and biotechnological methods for monitoring and managing water quality. The literature
selection procedure employed the PRISMA framework and encompassed 136 articles sourced from the SCOPUS database. Following
rigorous screening processes, three primary publications were chosen for additional examination. The review findings indicate that
parameters like dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, ammonia, and temperature significantly influence fish health and production.
Contemporary technologies, such IoT and UAVs, have demonstrated their capacity to enhance the effectiveness of water quality
monitoring, whilst biotechnology provides novel options for the sustainable treatment of aquaculture waste. This research offers
significant insights for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners in the advancement of more efficient and sustainable aquaculture
