<text>Since cloud computing has an abundance of users, the system has to execute a wide range of tasks. Task scheduler methods that are both robust and efficient while delivering the best outcomes are required. The task volume and runtime in the cloud vary rapidly, making task assessment and resource mapping difficult. Security issues, communication delays, and data loss are substantial barriers to scheduling. Furthermore, optimization techniques can be utilized to reduce load and assign tasks so that the user can finish tasks faster. This paper offers a hybrid job scheduling technique for cloud computing using adaptive particle swarm optimization and ant colony optimization particle swarm optimization-ant colony optimization (adaptive PSO-ACO). After rapidly finding the initial solution via particle swarm optimization, the ant colony optimization approach establishes its first pheromone distribution. The suggested hybrid algorithm is compared to standalone PSO and ACO algorithms. Compared to ACO, the percentage decrease is 7.9%. Hybrid method has the lowest total cost, 55% less compared to PSO. Tasks vary when virtual machines (VMs) are constant and VMs vary when tasks are constant. Parameters like final cost, makespan, fitness value, computation time and weighted time are assessed to evaluate the performance of the hybrid task scheduling algorithm.</text>

<text>In this article, the direct current (DC) motor control approach is presented using the sand cat swarm optimization (SCSO) method to obtain the best proportional integral derivative (PID) parameters. DC motors are popular equipment. In addition, DC motors are easy to apply. SCSO is a method that adopts the desert cat’s life in nature when searching for prey. This cat is able to detect low frequencies below 2 kHz and also has an extraordinary ability to dig for prey. This research was carried out using the MATLAB/Simulink application. To obtain the performance of the SCSO method, a comparison method was used, namely particle swarm optimization (PSO), gray wolf optimizer (GWO), whale optimization algorithm (WOA), and aquila optimizer (AO). From the results of the study, it was found that the settling time value and integral total weighted absolute value error (ITAE) value of the SCSO method were the best compared to other methods.</text>

<text>To hide confidential messages from people who are not responsible or who can access the messages, a way is needed to hide the messages. One way to hide messages in transmission is to change the data into something unintelligible by encoding and embedding it using cryptography and steganography techniques. This application was built using the hill cipher algorithm and the Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) method. This algorithm is a symmetric key algorithm which has several advantages in data encryption. The hill chiper algorithm uses a mxm matrix as the encryption and decryption key. Meanwhile, the RC4 symmetric key is in the form of a stream cipher which can process input data as well as messages or information. Input data is generally in the form of bytes or even bits. The results of this research show that hill cipher and RC4 have their respective advantages and disadvantages. However, currently, RC4 is generally considered less safe for use in security-critical scenarios due to its vulnerability to attack. It is highly recommended to use an encryption algorithm such as advanced encryption standard (AES) which is modern and strong and has been tested and proven to be more resilient.</text>

<text>Due to the development of wireless communications, there has been a growth in the use of IoT devices and sensor nodes. A potential power source for powering equipment in remote or inaccessible locations is necessary. This research investigates the feasibility of employing digital television (DTV) signals as an energy harvesting system, with a focus on RF-DC conversion using a voltage multiplier circuit. Commercial 5 and 9 element yagi-uda antennas are used as receiver for ambient DTV signal. The device’s performance is initially evaluated within the laboratory setting, it has been shown that when the RF signal generator is at 660 MHz, the proposed energy harvesting device can generate a maximum DC voltage of 781.3 mV and 1056.4 mV for 5 and 9 element antenna, respectively. This is based on measurement of voltage output when using the input signal from DTV base stations in Thailand. It was found that the voltage output levels decreased gradually with increasing distance ranging from 153.4 V at 0.1 km to 4.5 mV at 10 km for 5 element yagi-uda antenna. In contrast, the 9-element yagi-uda antenna consistently exhibited higher voltage levels, ranging from 354.7 mV at 0.1 km to 12.6 mV at 10 km.</text>

<text>In order to provide solution to limited network resources in heterogeneous wireless networks supporting different applications with distinct quality of service (QoS) requirements, call admission control (CAC) schemes are implemented. This work is aimed at investigating three mostpopular CAC schemes employedin mobile worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMAX), namely dynamic CAC with bandwidth reservation (DCACBR), QoS-aware CAC (QoSACAC), and QoS guaranteed CAC (QoSGCAC) to identify their shortfalls which will form the focus of future research. A general platform is developed and simulated. The simulation was based on the following KPIs: blocking rate, dropping rate, and throughput for new and handoff connections. Simulation results for new connection shows that QoSGCAC outperforms scheme DCACBR and QoSACAC, having 26.9% and 8.56% improvements in throughput and 63.11% and 24.17% in blocking rate respectively. For handoff connection, QoSACAC showed the best performance having 13.25% and 47.84% improvements in throughput and 6.8% and 49.3% in blocking rate as compared to the DCACBR and QoSGCAC, respectively. Result analysis shows that QoSACAC has the best performance however, it admits new connections and degrade existing connections but failed to consider the delay-intolerant service classes. It is recommended that the QoSACAC be further improved.</text>

<text>Histopathological image analysis (HIA) plays an essential role in detecting cancer cell development, but it is time-consuming, prone to inaccuracy, and dependent on pathologist competence. This paper proposes an automated HIA that uses deep learning to improve accuracy and efficiency in liver cancer cell growth. The model uses whole slide image (WSI) input, open computer vision (OpenCV) libraries for image preprocessing, ResNet50 for patch-level feature extraction, and multiple instances learning for image-level classification. The suggested approach accurately distinguishes liver histopathological pictures as cancerous or non-cancerous. Assisting in the early detection of liver cancer cell development with potential invasion or spread.</text>

<text>Radiological imaging generates large data volumes for diagnosing. These data volumes still constitute an immense challenge for individual radiology practices, either when complying with the archive, hacker manipulation or swiftly distributing images among specialists as part of the diagnostic process. Analyzing images through illegal distortions may lead to inaccurate medical decisions. Watermarking techniques can be used to authenticate images, detect, and recover illegal changes made to teleradiology images as well. In this paper, a new blind medical image watermarking joint crypto-compression system is proposed to simultaneously achieve watermarking and compression. A discrete wavelet transform is applied to the medical image to locate different frequency sub-bands. The watermark is scrambled using one-dimensional chaotic map generator with uniform distribution modulo-one transformations for generating highly independent and uniformly distributed random chaotic sequences. A particle crypto-compression algorithm is applied for the insertion step: the scrambled watermark is inserted into the highest singular value derived from the compressed low-frequency sub-band, ensuring a delicate balance between imperceptibility and robustness. From the conducted tests and comparison of the obtained results with other techniques, we concluded that the robustness of the algorithm under various attacks was improved by the excellent value of the NC parameter, especially in the case of compression and geometric attacks.</text>

<text>Social networking is a place where humans can interact using the internet network to be able to disseminate information, discuss, exchange ideas, pour out their hearts, and share activities. Many social networks are popularly used, one of which is Twitter. Information can be received quickly using Twitter. In addition, various government agencies also use Twitter to be able to interact directly with the community so that every government policy is disseminated through this social network. Every government policy neglects to reap the pros and cons of society, both collectively and individually. As a result of the pros and cons, a trial called cyberbullying was recorded. Cyberbullying in various studies has been carried out to change a person’s raw material so that with the application of information technology, identifying cyberbullying needs to be carried out further. The problem of cyberbullying is generally detected using the support vector machine (SVM) method. Cyberbullying detection is conducted in dealing with government policy data such as “cipta kerja” by using the SVM method which is optimized using the cubic kernel function. The accuracy value achieved in SVM uses a linear kernel function of 92.3% while using a cubic linear function of 90%.</text>

<text>We produce the green phosphor Ca14-xEuxMg2[SiO4]8 (CEMSO) to be a part of the white light emitting diodes (WLEDs), short for diodes that generate white illumination. It has wide emission spectra, reaching highest value as 505 nm when excited at the wavelength of 400 nm, which is caused by the 4f 65d–4f 7 shift (excited state to ground state) in an ion of Eu2+. The dipole-dipole interactivity appeared to be main energy shift method for the electric multipolar nature in CEMSO. We determine the critical distance to be 12.9 Å as well as 14.9 Å via a critical Eu2+ concentration and theory of Dexter regarding the energy shift. The CEMSO is integrated into the phosphor compound of yellow-phosphor/silicone for producing the UV-LED (395 nm). The impacts of CEMSO concentrations on UV-LED performances are determined. Significant improvements in chromatic uniformity and luminous output of the WLED are reported. The color rendering index (CRI) is not promoted, but this can be addressed by combining CEMSO green phosphor with red-luminescence materials, for example, red quantum dots or red phosphors.</text>

<text>This paper presents the design of model predictive control (MPC) combined reinforcement learning (RL) applied in an intelligent transportation system (ITS). The car is to follow the reference path by the MPC control, and its parks in the parking by RL has been trained. The MPC controller constantly moves the vehicle along the reference path while the MPC algorithm searches for an empty parking spot. Meanwhile, the reinforcement learning-proximal policy optimization (RL-PPO) control will perform parking on demand if the MPC finds a parking position. This hybrid controller can quickly implement programming on MATLAB software by writing code. Furthermore, this hybrid controller simultaneously performs precise detection and avoidance of obstacles in tight parking spaces. The correctness of the theory is demonstrated through MATLAB/Simulink.</text>
