                <text>One of the mechanical energy harvesters, piezoelectric energy harvesters (PEHs), produces electricity in response to an external load, which leads to stress and strain in the cantilever beam. The study focused on performance PEH due to collisions between micro windmill blades and PEH substrate. The substrate has dimensions of 10 cm × 6 cm × 1 mm in length, width, and thickness, respectively. Experimental setup was in wind tunnel with a cross-section of 250 mm × 250 mm and blower to generated wind flow inside the tunnel. The wind speeds were set up at 6, 7, and 8 m/s, and then three ratios, namely 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, were analyzed in output voltage and the deflection. The performance of energy harvesting in a ratio of 1:1 and wind speed of 8 m/s produces a deflection of 2.05 cm, the highest voltage of 12.67 volts, and an effective voltage of 5.62 volts. It was found that ratio 1:1 has a greater mass weight and cross-section than others, leading to more curvature in the PEH beam when the collision occurs. Besides that, the high speed of the micro windmill rotation causes collisions between the blades and PEH to become more frequent.</text>

Our research overcomes these hurdles by integrating a system developed through the Kanban methodology, with the blockchain serving as the central repository for all election data. This approach boosts transparency and security, using public-private key pairs for each transaction, and simplifying blockchain access. Organizers initiate elections and define eligible voters; this data is then securely moved to the Ethereum blockchain. Voters can effortlessly use the system, casting votes and accessing real-time, unalterable results. Various communication protocols ensure system stability, with simulated cyberattacks showcasing its security. After exhaustive testing and refinement, areas for further enhancement have been identified. This innovative system offers unmatched transparency and trust in the voting process, marking a considerable leap for trustworthy elections, especially in small to medium-sized settings.</text>

As the demand for real-time object detection continues to rise, many researchers have dedicated their efforts to developing effective and trustworthy algorithms for pedestrian recognition. By integrating learning complexity-aware cascades with an enhanced you only look once (YOLO) algorithm, the paper presents a real-time system for identifying both items and pedestrians. The performance of the proposed approach is evaluated using the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Toyota Technological Institute (KITTI) pedestrian dataset across both the v4 and v8 versions of the YOLO framework. Prioritizing both speed and accuracy, the enhanced YOLO algorithm outperforms its baseline counterpart. The demonstrated superiority of the suggested technique on the KITTI pedestrian dataset underscores its effectiveness in real-world contexts. Furthermore, the complexity-aware learning cascades contribute to a streamlined detection model without compromising performance. When applied to scenarios requiring real-time identification of objects and individuals, the proposed method consistently delivers promising outcomes.</text>

                <text>Over time, there has been a continuous surge in the demand for electrical energy, necessitating the development of larger and more intricate electrical power networks. These extensive networks pose a significant challenge, primarily in the form of considerable loss of electrical energy, which, if not effectively addressed, may lead to persistent and imperceptible losses. In response to this challenge, this research proposes the application of quantum binary particle swarm optimization (QBPSO) for the coordinated management of on-load tap changers (OLTC) in loaded transformers within a distribution network, with a specific emphasis on reducing power losses. The experimental results demonstrate that the implementation of QBPSO results in a reduction of power loss from 21.756107 kW to 19.157321 kW and an increase in the average voltage from 19.00467941 kV to 19.93068 kV in a 20 kV 34-bus distribution network. This has the potential to significantly enhance overall system efficiency.</text>

                <text>Social networking is a place where humans can interact using the internet network to be able to disseminate information, discuss, exchange ideas, pour out their hearts, and share activities. Many social networks are popularly used, one of which is Twitter. Information can be received quickly using Twitter. In addition, various government agencies also use Twitter to be able to interact directly with the community so that every government policy is disseminated through this social network. Every government policy neglects to reap the pros and cons of society, both collectively and individually. As a result of the pros and cons, a trial called cyberbullying was recorded. Cyberbullying in various studies has been carried out to change a person’s raw material so that with the application of information technology, identifying cyberbullying needs to be carried out further. The problem of cyberbullying is generally detected using the support vector machine (SVM) method. Cyberbullying detection is conducted in dealing with government policy data such as “cipta kerja” by using the SVM method which is optimized using the cubic kernel function. The accuracy value achieved in SVM uses a linear kernel function of 92.3% while using a cubic linear function of 90%.</text>

                <text>To hide confidential messages from people who are not responsible or who can access the messages, a way is needed to hide the messages. One way to hide messages in transmission is to change the data into something unintelligible by encoding and embedding it using cryptography and steganography techniques. This application was built using the hill cipher algorithm and the Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) method. This algorithm is a symmetric key algorithm which has several advantages in data encryption. The hill chiper algorithm uses a mxm matrix as the encryption and decryption key. Meanwhile, the RC4 symmetric key is in the form of a stream cipher which can process input data as well as messages or information. Input data is generally in the form of bytes or even bits. The results of this research show that hill cipher and RC4 have their respective advantages and disadvantages. However, currently, RC4 is generally considered less safe for use in security-critical scenarios due to its vulnerability to attack. It is highly recommended to use an encryption algorithm such as advanced encryption standard (AES) which is modern and strong and has been tested and proven to be more resilient.</text>

                <text>Radiological imaging generates large data volumes for diagnosing. These data volumes still constitute an immense challenge for individual radiology practices, either when complying with the archive, hacker manipulation or swiftly distributing images among specialists as part of the diagnostic process. Analyzing images through illegal distortions may lead to inaccurate medical decisions. Watermarking techniques can be used to authenticate images, detect, and recover illegal changes made to teleradiology images as well. In this paper, a new blind medical image watermarking joint crypto-compression system is proposed to simultaneously achieve watermarking and compression. A discrete wavelet transform is applied to the medical image to locate different frequency sub-bands. The watermark is scrambled using one-dimensional chaotic map generator with uniform distribution modulo-one transformations for generating highly independent and uniformly distributed random chaotic sequences. A particle crypto-compression algorithm is applied for the insertion step: the scrambled watermark is inserted into the highest singular value derived from the compressed low-frequency sub-band, ensuring a delicate balance between imperceptibility and robustness. From the conducted tests and comparison of the obtained results with other techniques, we concluded that the robustness of the algorithm under various attacks was improved by the excellent value of the NC parameter, especially in the case of compression and geometric attacks.</text>

                <text>Terahertz (THz) technology is the utilization of electromagnetic waves with frequencies in the range of 0.1 to 10 terahertz. This frequency range is also known as the submillimeter range, lying between the microwave and infrared regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. Terahertz technology has numerous applications in various fields, such as communications, spectroscopy, imaging, and sensing. In communications, terahertz waves can transmit large amounts of data over short distances and potentially revolutionize wireless communication networks. Recently, scientists and researchers have been concentrating on terahertz technology as it continues to evolve. In this paper, we design and simulate a rectangular-shaped patch nanoantenna with a line-feeding technique; the proposed antenna is based on three layers: a perfect electric conductor (PEC) patch, a silicon substrate layer, and a fully PEC ground plane layer. The main aim is to study the impact of altering the nanoantenna’s parameters, including shape, size, ground plane, feed line, and patch nanostructures, on its behavior. The simulated antenna operates in triple-bands of frequrncywhich are 571.85, 715.66, and 905.05 THz. As a result, the applications of this terahertz frequency band are within the visible range.</text>

                <text>We produce the green phosphor Ca14-xEuxMg2[SiO4]8 (CEMSO) to be a part of the white light emitting diodes (WLEDs), short for diodes that generate white illumination. It has wide emission spectra, reaching highest value as 505 nm when excited at the wavelength of 400 nm, which is caused by the 4f 65d–4f 7 shift (excited state to ground state) in an ion of Eu2+. The dipole-dipole interactivity appeared to be main energy shift method for the electric multipolar nature in CEMSO. We determine the critical distance to be 12.9 Å as well as 14.9 Å via a critical Eu2+ concentration and theory of Dexter regarding the energy shift. The CEMSO is integrated into the phosphor compound of yellow-phosphor/silicone for producing the UV-LED (395 nm). The impacts of CEMSO concentrations on UV-LED performances are determined. Significant improvements in chromatic uniformity and luminous output of the WLED are reported. The color rendering index (CRI) is not promoted, but this can be addressed by combining CEMSO green phosphor with red-luminescence materials, for example, red quantum dots or red phosphors.</text>

                <text>The field of image and 3-dimensional (3D) data segmentation is growing fast and&#13;
has many uses, like in medicine, and robotics. In this article, we explain how&#13;
computers understand and divide images and 3D data. We compare different&#13;
ways of doing this in 2D and 3D, and look at the computer methods used. We&#13;
also discuss recent work and what they discovered. This article gives a broad&#13;
overview of what’s happening in this area of computer science. It explains the&#13;
goals of the research, how they do it, and what they’ve found out. It’s a useful&#13;
guide for researchers to understand what’s happening now and what challenges&#13;
