<text>The OVO application, despite having a large user base in Indonesia, has received low ratings compared to other digital wallet
apps on the Google Play Store and App Store. Users frequently complain about the user experience, which greatly affects their
overall satisfaction. This study evaluates the user experience and usability of the OVO application using the User Experience
Questionnaire (UEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The UEQ results show that efficiency is excellent (1.55), while
attractiveness, perspicuity, dependability, and stimulation are above average (1.56, 1.67, 1.33, and 1.16, respectively).
However, the novelty aspect falls below average (0.64), indicating a need for improvement. The SUS score is 77.53, classifying
the app as "Acceptable" with a "C" grade and an overall "Good" rating. Addressing the identified shortcomings can enhance
the user experience and usability, ultimately improving user satisfaction. This study contributes valuable empirical data to the
field, offering insights for researchers and practitioners in assessing the user experience and usability of mobile applications.</text>

<text>Libraries are social institutions that provide information services that can be accessed publicly to meet the information needs
of librarians. Based on the results of a survey conducted on 58 students who have visited the library of the Electrical and
Computer Engineering Department of Universitas Syiah Kuala, an information system was needed that provided research book
information related to the author's name, year of writing, field concentration, and abstract of the research book and there was
a division of categories based on field concentration, and there was an online borrowing feature. Based on these problems,
this study aims to implement an Android application system with IoT-based lending lockers using the SDLC (system
development life cycle) Prototyping method. This study produces an application with a locker-based online lending feature,
several other features as the user desires, and 1 prototype lending locker. The locker-based online lending system integrated
with ESP32-WROOM-32 can connect with Firebase storage and send locker key codes to Firebase so the application can
access them. Through experiments and tests conducted on the application, it is obtained that the application can access the
locker key code and display it to the user. The application has also been validated using black-box and white-box testing and
can be accepted by users based on System Usability Scale (SUS) average score with a very feasible interpretation category</text>

<text>Collaborative Filtering is a method to be used in recommendation systems. Collaborative Filtering works by analyzing rating
data patterns. It is also used to make predictions of user interest. This process begins with collecting data and analyzing large
amounts of information about the behavior, activities, and tendencies of users. The results of the analysis are used to predict
what users like based on similarities with other users. In addition, Collaborative Filtering is able to produce recommendations
with better quality than recommendation systems based on content and demographics. However, Collaborative Filtering still
faces scalability and sparsity problems. It is because the data is always evolving so that it becomes big data, besides that there
are many data with incomplete conditions or many vacancies are found. Therefore, the purpose of this study proposed a
clustering and ranking based approach. The cluster algorithm used K-Means. Meanwhile, the WP-Rank method was used for
ranking based. The experimental results showed that the running time was faster with an average execution time of 0.15 second
by clustering. In addition, it was able to improve the quality of recommendations as indicated by an increase in the value of
NDCG at k=22, the average value of NDCG was 0.82, so that the recommendations produced had more quality and more
appropriate with user interests.</text>

<text>The Internet of Things (IoT) is a complex technology with various applications that have become a vital part of our everyday
life. The amount of Internet of Things and linked devices continues to rise. In terms of bandwidth, service availability, security
controls, cyber-attacks and privacy problems, transporting the huge data created by these IoT devices to the cloud offers
concern and challenges comprising of intermittent connection, service unavailability, data loss at rest, in use and in motion,
unhardened device and server, unpatched device and server and exploitation vulnerabilities. Mobile computing (MC) is a
strategic solution to tackle these difficulties by offering flexible data processing and storage to end users, increase security
controls and with customized IoT devices for varied geographic locations. This paper is providing a complete description of
the IoT architecture's components. After that, it elaborates on similar security threats and potential cyber-attacks in the context
of mobile computing-based IoT and suggested solutions. In conclusion, we provide a secure mobile-computing-based
architecture design for IoT applications.</text>

<text>The Covid-19 pandemic has kept almost everyone at home and forced them to do activity online using their mobile gadgets.
Penetration of internet and mobile use are increased as lockdowns or restrictions on meeting face to face are getting used to.
This has become a new market for cyber criminals to carry out their actions, such as spreading Social Engineering, sending
Phishing, doing Account Take Over, and ending in theft of money in Financial Mobile Applications. Application protection
with OTP SMS and Magic Link SMS still has vulnerabilities with several examples of cases that have occurred. For this reason,
this problem was raised to find a solution by utilizing the Mobile Network Infrastructure. The research methodology used is a
quantitative experiment and literature review of previous studies to compare the uniqueness of this study. The experiment was
carried out by comparing the compatibility between the phone numbers registered in the application and the phone numbers
used on smartphones. Every time a user signs in or signs up, the Financial Mobile Application will perform Mobile Network
Verification to cellular operators via API. Verification is carried out by utilizing the header enrichment in the background of
the application process that installed on the user's smartphone or tablet to the Mobile Network Verification Server. Then the
Financial Mobile Applications can find out, the user is using a valid or invalid phone number. Thus, the target account cannot
be taken over, because the cyber criminal's mobile gadget does not have the phone number which is attached in the victim’s
mobile gadget. This proof was carried out with four test case scenarios with 10 trials each with the sign-up and sign-in
processes on the same phone number and differed between devices and applications. The results obtained from the four test
case scenarios and each of the 10 trials were 100% successful as expected results. It is hoped that this kind of protection model
can reduce losses experienced by Financial Mobile Application users due to Account Take Over</text>

<text>Speaker recognition is a field of research that continues to this day. Various methods have been developed to detect the human
voice with greater precision and accuracy. Research on human speech recognition that is quite challenging is accent
recognition. Detecting various types of human accents with different accents and ethnicities with high accuracy is a research
that is quite difficult to do. According to the results of the research on the data preprocessing stage, feature extraction and the
selection of the right classification method play a very important role in determining the accuracy results. This study uses a
preprocessing approach with normalizing features combined with MFCC as a method for performing feature extraction and
Neural Network (NN) which is a classification method that works based on the workings of the human brain. Research results
obtained using the normalize feature with MFCC and Neural Network for multi-accent speaker recognition, the accuracy
performance reaches 82.68%, precision is 83% and recall is 82.88%.</text>

<text>The number of published academic papers has been increasing rapidly from year to year. However, this increase in
publications must be linear by an emphasis on quality. In order to ensure that academic papers meet the required standard of
quality, the process of peer review is necessary. The main goal of reviewer assignment is to find the appropriate reviewer who
can conduct a review based on their field of research. However, there are potential obstacles when there is a conflict of interest
in the process. This study aims to develop a method for assigning reviewers that overcomes such obstacles. Our approach
involves combining the Latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), classification, and link prediction methods. LDA is used to find
topics from the research data of prospective reviewers, to ensure that the assigned reviewers are well-suited to the submitted
paper. This data used as training data for classification using Random Forest. Finally, link prediction implemented to make
reviewer recommendations. We evaluated and compared our proposed method with previous research that used Cosine
similarity for the last step in recommendation, using Mean Average Precision (MAP). Our proposed method achieved a MAP
value of 0.87, which was an improvement compared to the previous approach. These results suggest that our approach has the
potential to improve the effectiveness of academic peer review.</text>

<text>Previous studies have shown the existence of misrepresentation regarding various religious identities in Indonesian media.
Misrepresentations of other marginalized identities in natural language processing (NLP) datasets have been recorded to
inflict harm against such marginalized identities, in cases such as automated content moderation, and as such must be
mitigated. In this paper, we analyze, for the first time, several Indonesian NLP datasets to see whether they contain unwanted
bias and the effects of debiasing on them. We find that two, out of three, datasets analyzed in this study contain unwanted bias,
whose effects trickle down to downstream performance under the form of allocation and representation harm. The results of
debiasing at the dataset level, as a response to the biases previously discovered, are consistently positive for the respective
dataset. Nevertheless, depending on the dataset and embedding used to train the model, they vary highly at the downstream
performance level. In particular, the same debiasing technique can decrease bias on a combination of datasets and embedding,
yet increase bias on another, particularly in the case of representation harm.</text>

<text>Fire accidents are disasters that often occur compared to other fire disasters such as floods, landslides, earthquakes or tsunamis.
Fires can occur at any time and no one knows for sure when a fire accident will occur. The impact of a fire disaster is not only
material that can disappear human lives. The causative factors of fire disasters often occur due to human negligence and fires often
occur in houses where the occupants have left them. Labuhanbatu University at night will be left by the owner and all lecturers and
educational staff, only guarded by 2 security people with this condition it is very dangerous when a fire occurs in one of the buildings.
The purpose of this research is to focus on making a fire detection system at Labuhanbatu University based on the internet of things
to provide early warning on safety. The system uses three sensors namely temperature sensor, gas sensor, and fire sensor. This
research is an R&D research using the ADDIE model with the following stages Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,
Evaluation. The results of the fire sensor test were 90% successful, the results of the sensor test as soon as possible were 90%
successful and the temperature sensor test results were 90% successful. This fire detection system can minimize or minimize the
occurrence of fire accidents and losses because it is based on the internet of things providing early information when a fire occurs
to education staff and lecturers at Labuhanabtu University. Overall this fire warning system can function properly</text>
