<text>Chili is an important agricultural commodity in Indonesia and plays a significant role in the nation's economic growth. Its
demand by households and industries reaches up to 61%. However, this high demand also means that monitoring efforts need
to be intensified, particularly for chili plant diseases that can greatly impact yields. If these diseases are not promptly
addressed, they can lead to a decrease in production levels, which can negatively affect the economy. With technological
advancements, automatic monitoring using image processing is now highly feasible, making monitoring more efficient and
effective. Common chili plant diseases include Chili leaf yellowing disease, Chili leaf curling disease, and cercospora leaf
spots and Magnesium Deficiency with symptoms that can be observed through the shape and color of the leaves. This research
aims to classify chili plant diseases by comparing the CNN algorithm and the pre-trained MobileNetV2 based model
performance using Confussion Matrix. The study shows that the MobileNetV2 model, trained with a learning rate of 0.001,
produces a more optimal model with an accuracy of 90% and based on the calculation of the confusion matrix, the average
percentage values for recall, precision, and F1 score are 92%. These findings highlight the potential of image processing and
pre-trained models to support efforts to monitor plant diseases and improve chili production.</text>

<text>The number of published academic papers has been increasing rapidly from year to year. However, this increase in
publications must be linear by an emphasis on quality. In order to ensure that academic papers meet the required standard of
quality, the process of peer review is necessary. The main goal of reviewer assignment is to find the appropriate reviewer who
can conduct a review based on their field of research. However, there are potential obstacles when there is a conflict of interest
in the process. This study aims to develop a method for assigning reviewers that overcomes such obstacles. Our approach
involves combining the Latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), classification, and link prediction methods. LDA is used to find
topics from the research data of prospective reviewers, to ensure that the assigned reviewers are well-suited to the submitted
paper. This data used as training data for classification using Random Forest. Finally, link prediction implemented to make
reviewer recommendations. We evaluated and compared our proposed method with previous research that used Cosine
similarity for the last step in recommendation, using Mean Average Precision (MAP). Our proposed method achieved a MAP
value of 0.87, which was an improvement compared to the previous approach. These results suggest that our approach has the
potential to improve the effectiveness of academic peer review.</text>

research is qualitative approach through descriptive analysis, while the analysis employed C.45 Tree algorithm classification.
Manual calculations utilizing the tree algorithm formula revealed that the majority of students require XL-sized clothing. On
the X5 (Shoulder length) characteristic, the maximum entropy and information gain values were obtained at 0.212642462.
According to the forecast, the shoulder length attribute is the first calculation in developing a decision tree scheme since it has
the largest entropy and information gain value. Lastly, the findings of this study analysis can be used as a mapping prediction
to make decisions on the size of the student group's clothing</text>

<text>The application of smart-city, which promises better city management in helping to improve people's quality of life, is still
inhibited due to the high cost of infrastructure investment. In several Smart cities, it takes at least $ 30 - 40 billion to convert
a conventional town into a smart city, Include for Data collection infrastructure, i.e., cellular data subscription and WiFi
Infrastructure. Alternatively, low-power wide-area networks (LPWAN) could be considered, but it needs more bandwidth to
serve data transmission in a smart city. Vehicle Delay Tolerant Network (VDTN) is one part of DTN that employs vehicles as
a communication infrastructure that allows communication in challenging conditions and could make it an alternative network
for Data Collection in Smart City. This paper proposes a Surabaya Smart City scenario with VDTN as a data collection. The
scenario consists of 40 wireless sensors and 50 to 200 vehicles (car and bus) with 5 Road Side Units that forward data from
the sensor to the monitoring server. Furthermore, to increase the VDTN performance, we improve our proposed routing
protocol, Spray and Hop Distance (SNHD), with two sprays method (Adaptive and Simple) and multiple sources and
destinations data collection support. The evaluation was done by simulation-based comparison with an increase in the number
of vehicles to determine the impact of vehicle density on data collection performance in terms of delivery probability, Latency
Average, and Overhead Ratio. Based on the simulation results, the simple spray method in SNHD and A-SNHD outperformed
the well-known VDTN routing protocol, i.e., Epidemic and Spray and Wait. Moreover, when the number of cars is increased
from 50 to 200, the performance of VDTN does not increase significantly as network density increases. It means that VDTN
only requires a small number of vehicles for use as a low-cost alternative network for smart city. We also evaluate the impact
of data size on the performance of all routing protocols in general</text>

<text>The Covid-19 pandemic has kept almost everyone at home and forced them to do activity online using their mobile gadgets.
Penetration of internet and mobile use are increased as lockdowns or restrictions on meeting face to face are getting used to.
This has become a new market for cyber criminals to carry out their actions, such as spreading Social Engineering, sending
Phishing, doing Account Take Over, and ending in theft of money in Financial Mobile Applications. Application protection
with OTP SMS and Magic Link SMS still has vulnerabilities with several examples of cases that have occurred. For this reason,
this problem was raised to find a solution by utilizing the Mobile Network Infrastructure. The research methodology used is a
quantitative experiment and literature review of previous studies to compare the uniqueness of this study. The experiment was
carried out by comparing the compatibility between the phone numbers registered in the application and the phone numbers
used on smartphones. Every time a user signs in or signs up, the Financial Mobile Application will perform Mobile Network
Verification to cellular operators via API. Verification is carried out by utilizing the header enrichment in the background of
the application process that installed on the user's smartphone or tablet to the Mobile Network Verification Server. Then the
Financial Mobile Applications can find out, the user is using a valid or invalid phone number. Thus, the target account cannot
be taken over, because the cyber criminal's mobile gadget does not have the phone number which is attached in the victim’s
mobile gadget. This proof was carried out with four test case scenarios with 10 trials each with the sign-up and sign-in
processes on the same phone number and differed between devices and applications. The results obtained from the four test
case scenarios and each of the 10 trials were 100% successful as expected results. It is hoped that this kind of protection model
can reduce losses experienced by Financial Mobile Application users due to Account Take Over</text>

<text>The OVO application, despite having a large user base in Indonesia, has received low ratings compared to other digital wallet
apps on the Google Play Store and App Store. Users frequently complain about the user experience, which greatly affects their
overall satisfaction. This study evaluates the user experience and usability of the OVO application using the User Experience
Questionnaire (UEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The UEQ results show that efficiency is excellent (1.55), while
attractiveness, perspicuity, dependability, and stimulation are above average (1.56, 1.67, 1.33, and 1.16, respectively).
However, the novelty aspect falls below average (0.64), indicating a need for improvement. The SUS score is 77.53, classifying
the app as "Acceptable" with a "C" grade and an overall "Good" rating. Addressing the identified shortcomings can enhance
the user experience and usability, ultimately improving user satisfaction. This study contributes valuable empirical data to the
field, offering insights for researchers and practitioners in assessing the user experience and usability of mobile applications.</text>

<text>A brand-new illness known as COVID 19 was identified in 2019 but has yet to infect humans (World Health Organization,
2019). This group of viruses can infect mammals including humans as well as birds and cause sickness. People commonly
contract coronaviruses from the flu and other minor respiratory ailments, but they can also spread serious diseases like SARS,
MERS, and the deadly COVID-19. So that there are no more casualties, this number must be decreased. It is crucial to
understand the variables that can truly reduce the danger of death and gauge the propensity for recovery in Covid-19 patients.
Several techniques in data mining can be used to forecast patient recovery rates depending on various characteristics. This
study's criteria included gender, age, province, and status. The Naive Bayes (NB) and Pso-based Naive Bayes algorithms are
compared in this study using patient datasets to determine whether strategy is more accurate. The findings of this study reveal
that using the NB method has a 94.07% accuracy rate, a precision value of 14%, a recall value of 1%, and an AUC value of
0.613, according to the study's data. The accuracy rate of PSO-based Naive Bayes is 95.56%, the precision is 25%, the recall
is 1%, and the AUC is 0.540.</text>

<text>The Internet of Things (IoT) is a complex technology with various applications that have become a vital part of our everyday
life. The amount of Internet of Things and linked devices continues to rise. In terms of bandwidth, service availability, security
controls, cyber-attacks and privacy problems, transporting the huge data created by these IoT devices to the cloud offers
concern and challenges comprising of intermittent connection, service unavailability, data loss at rest, in use and in motion,
unhardened device and server, unpatched device and server and exploitation vulnerabilities. Mobile computing (MC) is a
strategic solution to tackle these difficulties by offering flexible data processing and storage to end users, increase security
controls and with customized IoT devices for varied geographic locations. This paper is providing a complete description of
the IoT architecture's components. After that, it elaborates on similar security threats and potential cyber-attacks in the context
of mobile computing-based IoT and suggested solutions. In conclusion, we provide a secure mobile-computing-based
architecture design for IoT applications.</text>

<text>Crude oil is one of the most traded non-food products or commodities in the world. In Indonesia, crude oil will still be a
contributor to the Gross Domestic Product in 2021. Excessive consumption of fuel oil (BBM) in Indonesia has resulted in a
scarcity of crude oil, especially diesel. Forecasting the price of Brent crude oil is an important effort to anticipate fluctuations
in the price of fuel oil. The Cascade Forward Neural Network (CFNN) method is proposed to forecast fuel prices because of
its superiority in fluctuating data types. The data used in this research is the price of Brent crude oil in the period January
2008 to December 2022. The CFNN method will be evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to choose
the best architectural model. The best Architectural Model is used to predict the next 12 months. After 10 architectural model
trials, 2-6-1 became the best model with a MAPE data training value of 6.3473% and MAPE data testing of 9.4689%.
Forecasting results for Brent crude oil for the next 12 months tend to experience a downward trend until December 2023.</text>
