<text>This research focuses on developing the MADALINE algorithm using quantum computing. Quantum computing uses binary
numbers 0 or 1 or a combination of 0 and 1. The main problem in this research is how to find other alternatives to the
MADALINE algorithm to solve pattern recognition problems with a quantum computing approach. The data used in this study
is heart failure data to predict whether a patient is at risk of death. The data source comes from KAGGLE, consisting of 299
data with 12 symptoms and one target, alive or dead. The result of this study is an alternative to the MADALINE algorithm
using quantum computing. The accuracy of the test results with MADALINE with a learning rate of 0.1 = 100% with 2 epochs.
The accuracy of the test results using a quantum approach with a learning rate of 0.1 is 85.71%. The results of this study can
be an alternative to the MADALINE algorithm with a quantum computing approach, although it has not shown better accuracy
than the classical MADALINE algorithm. Further research is needed to produce better accuracy with larger data.</text>

<text>Inclusive student education has become one of the most important agendas for UNESCO and the Indonesian government.
Developing inclusive children's education is critical to adjust their abilities while attending school. However, most parents and
educators who assist students in selecting their future secondary school after finishing primary school are frequently not aware
of their genuine ability. The problem is mainly because the decision is not based on objective assessments like IQ, average and
mental scores. In this study, we aims to create a school-type decision support system using data mining as a factor analytic
approach in extracting rules for the knowledge model. The system uses some variables as the basic principles for building
school-type classification rules using the ID3 decision tree method. This system can also assist educators in making decisions
based on existing graduate data. Evaluation showed that the proposed system produced an accuracy of 90% by allocating 75%
of data for training and 25% for testing. The accuracy value from evaluation phase stated that the ID3 Decision tree algorithm
have a good peformance. This system also can dynamically create new decision trees based on newly added datasets. Further
research is expected to have more variable and more dynamic system that can have more accurate result for the inclusive
student classification of secondary school.</text>

<text>The problem that occurs in one of the high schools is that there is no online-based English exam system, and they still use
paper for their assessments. This causes teachers to be unable to give exams to students if they do not attend school. The
purpose of this research is to create an online exam system to facilitate exam administration using the Model View
Controller (MVC) to assess online English exams. The analytical method uses the System Usability Scale (SUS), to collect
data using an electronic test (e-Test).Unifield Modeling Language (UML), a visual modeling technique used in designing and
building object-oriented software for E-Test applications. The results showed that the use of the E-test application in a
comparison class in English subjects could improve student learning outcomes to a higher level, from a score of 81.7 to 90.9.
When compared to the control class, there was a slight increase, namely an increase in value from 71.5 to 75.8. This proves
that the E-test application is effectively used by students for english subjects.</text>

<text>Heart related disease is one of deadly non communicable diseases. In order to detect heart related problems, heart rates must
be monitored. Monitoring heart rate can be done with several methods, from stethoscope, to sensors such as PPG and ECG
sensors. However, those monitoring can be impractical as it requires doctor visitations. In order to simplify the process,
smartwatch is used. Those devices are usually equipped with heart rate monitoring sensors, and many others. However, some
previously researched smartwatch-based systems used in monitoring health are cost prohibitive as some requires their own
server, high price of smartwatches used, and cumbersome to use. The goal of this research is to build cost effective heart rate
monitoring using cheap smartwatches. A proposed system using smartwatch and Android device is used alongside with
Whatsapp messaging, with ringtone that plays when emergency situation happened. The message contains GPS location and
emergency condition. The resulting system does not require custom made server and nets an acceptable GPS coordinate
accuracy outdoors, but not so accurate indoors. It also does not require expensive smartwatches. However, the system requires
the device to not be locked due to limitations on Android devices.</text>

<text>The rate of growth in the agricultural sector in Indonesia puts demands on people who work as farmers to maintain and
improve the quality of agriculture. Rice, which is one of the basic needs of the community, is currently the most in demand.
Therefore, the need for rice continues to increase from year to year with the increase in the population of Indonesia. To
maintain the quality and quantity of rice, it is necessary to monitor continuously which for developing countries, there are
limited tools and costs to develop technology to deal with problems of maintaining rice quality, especially diseases in rice. Rice
disease is influenced by various factors, some of which are season, weather, temperature, media, availability of water sources,
and others. The purpose of this research is to prevent diseases in rice from spreading and spreading by making disease
detectors in rice through a deep learning approach using the InceptionV3 method. There are 4 classes of rice diseases
diagnosed, namely bacterial blight, blast, brown spot, and tungro. The total loaded dataset is 5932 images used in this study.
The InceptionV3 model used can learn hidden patterns in the image thanks to the CNN transfer learning method technology
with an accuracy of 97.47%. The results show that InceptionV3 can be one of the choices of various existing CNN methods because of its accuracy</text>

<text>Bank XYZ, one of the digital banking in Indonesia, has a digital product ABC for customers to complete online banking
transactions. Bank XYZ uses Scrum as the methodology for developing ABC. Several problems were found in the process
related to the delay in the release process. The achievement of sprint goals from May to December 2021 is only 6%. This fact
allegedly caused some frequent release delays. To resolve the root causes, mixed-method research was conducted to provide
recommendations for improving the implementation of Scrum. Scrum Maturity Model questionnaires were distributed to
several Scrum teams, followed by interviews with several roles that were used to validate the results. The key process area
rating formula from the Agile Maturity Model was used to decide the maturity level. After the maturity level result was obtained,
recommendation practices were generated from the not well-implemented practice. This case-based research shows that Bank
XYZ reached maturity level 2 for ABC development. Bank XYZ has implemented 78 out of 79 practices, however, 28 practices
need improvement and 1 practice needs to be applied. Objectives of maturity levels group recommendation practices. The
combination of Scrum best practices and empirical practices from previous research generated those practices. This research
intended to give general recommendations on how to improve Scrum implementation and on how to resolve release time
problems by enhancing Scrum in Bank XYZ empirically</text>

<text>The application of information technology (IT) by central and regional governments in public services is intended to efficiently
and effectively improve performance and public services. However, many studies have shown the ineffective application of IT.
In Gorontalo Province, this can be seen in the e-readiness value of Gorontalo Province as a prerequisite for successful IT
implementation, which is still at 58.15 points, which means it is at a moderate level of readiness. This shows that implementing
IT Governance in the local government of Gorontalo Province is still not optimal in terms of performance or public services.
This study aims to identify the design factors that need to be considered when implementing IT Governance to achieve better
public service performance. This study uses a quantitative approach based on a survey method. The results showed six models
at Level 3: BAI06, BAI07, DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05. In addition, four models were at level 4: APO12, APO13, BAI10,
and DSS02. Levels 3 and 4 show that the IT governance capability of the Gorontalo provincial government in each model is
still not optimal. This study recommends that the Gorontalo provincial government evaluate and formulate an effective IT
Governance system by focusing on each model's IT Governance design factors to improve public service performance.</text>

<text>In this research, we utilize sentiment analysis to refine the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the Bukalapak
application, a leading online trading platform in Indonesia. We focus our scrutiny on 4,462 reviews related to the UI within a
larger dataset of 246,947. Nearly a third of these critiques express dissatisfaction, predominantly pointing out issues related
to the UI design and its functionality. The critiques underscore the potency of sentiment analysis as a tool to uncover areas in
user-centric design that need improvement. To address these issues, it is necessary to incorporate user feedback and sentiment
analysis into the design workflow, thus enabling a more in-depth comprehension of user needs and facilitating more effective
service enhancements. Embracing a user-centered methodology allows UI fine-tuning, leading to better functionality and
increased user contentment. Our investigation reveals a positive link between design refinements and usability ratings,
indicating improved user experience satisfaction. To summarize, this research highlights the essential contribution of user
feedback and sentiment analysis in spotting and correcting UI shortfalls, thereby augmenting UX and contributing to the
triumph of platforms like Bukalapak within Indonesia's dynamically changing e-commerce environment.</text>

<text>The general population is concerned with traffic accidents. Driver fatigue is one of the leading causes of car accidents. Several
factors, including nighttime driving, sleep deprivation, alcohol consumption, driving on monotonous roads, and drowsy and
fatigue-inducing drugs, can contribute to fatigue. This study proposes a facial appearance-based driver fatigue detection
system. This is based on the assumption that facial features can be used to identify driver fatigue. We categorize driver
conditions into three groups: normal, talking, and yawning. In this study, we used Adaboost to propose Boosting Local Binary
Patterns (LBP) to improve the image features of fatigue drivers in the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model. The experimental
results indicate that the system's optimal performance achieves an accuracy value of 93.68%, a recall value of 94%, and a
precision value of 94%</text>

<text>Knowledge is a substantial factor in an organization, therefore successful implementation of Knowledge Management (KM)
or Knowledge Management System (KMS) is important thing for many organizations. This applies for both for large companies,
as well as for companies categorized as Small Medium Enterprise (SME). How each companies find solution to deal with KM
problems, how to adopt KMS in their company’s structure, and what the Critical Success Factors (CSF) need to be highlighted
to implement those KMS often vary depending on the size of the organization. Regarding to this issue, this study is aimed to
find out how the adoption approach and CSF in the implementation of KM / KMS in SME. On the other hand, this study also
can improve the state-of-the-art for KM / KMS implementation in SME and the important CSF in implementing it. A systematic
review was performed in this literature review, with the steps as follows: (1) structure the research question, (2) define
inclusion-exclusion criteria, (3) paper quality assessment, and (4) data extraction. The study found that in the last 5 years
from the time when this research is conducted, TABLE 1which is from 2016 to 2021, SME has been using many methods like
training, meeting, sharing session, repository, and research as a part of their KM / KMS adoption approach. We found also in
the last 5 years the CSF for implementing KM / KMS in SME are as follows: organization structure and flexibility, organization
culture towards KM adoption, the quality of the knowledge, and communication within and across areas in the organization.
communication within and across areas of the organization, and team works within and across areas in the organization. SME
can use this research as guideline for implementing KM / KMS in their organization.</text>
