Data curah hujan Kota Palembang dari tahun 2015 s.d 2023 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini. Berdasrkan implementasi predeksi dengan Fuzzy Time Series Chen dan Lee diperolehan prediksi yang dapat mendekati data aktualnya, Hasil perhitungan nilai error dari RMSE dan SMAPE untuk model Chen sebesar 122.472 dan 56.41%, sedangkan perhitungan nilai error dari perhitungan RMSE dan SMAPE untuk model Lee sebesar 123.578 dan 57%, Nilai error ini menunjukkan bahwa perolehan prediksi curah hujan kota Palembang memiliki kinerja yang mendekati baik dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series Chen dan Lee. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut digunakan metode fastText yang melakukan pencarian term agar memiliki relasi kesamaan antar kata dengan ontologi. Dan metode Wu-Palmer adalah metode untuk mengukur kemiripan dan keterkaitan makna semantik kata dengan representasi pengetahuan dalam ontologi. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari preprocessing (Casefolding, Tokenizing, Stopword Removal, Lemmatization), Query Processing (Query Reduction dan Remove Duplicate Query), Word Embedding dengan FastText dan Semantic Similarity dengan metode Wu-Palmer. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari penelitian hasil dari tugas akhir mahasiswa teknik informatika Fasilkom Unsri dengan jumlah data sebanyak 200 penelitian. Hasil dari klasifikasi ini didapatkan 178 dari 200 topik yang diklasifikasi sesuai dengan data aktual dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 89,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem secara umum mampu melakukan klasifikasi dengan baik. Dalam upaya memilih kader terbaik, DPD PDI Perjuangan Sumatera Selatan selama ini mengandalkan sistem penilaian berdasarkan partisipasi kader dalam berbagai kegiatan. Namun, metode yang digunakan masih memiliki kelemahan, yaitu penyamarataan pemberian poin tanpa mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan dari setiap jenis kegiatan. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya objektivitas dalam proses pemilihan kader terbaik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menawarkan solusi berupa sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang mengintegrasikan bobot, kriteria, dan subkriteria dalam penilaian kader. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah Weighted Product (WP), yang memungkinkan perhitungan lebih adil dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan dari setiap kriteria dan subkriteria. Hasil dari implementasi metode WP menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi dan transparansi dalam pemilihan kader terbaik, karena sistem ini dapat memberikan nilai yang lebih proporsional berdasarkan kontribusi nyata dari setiap kader. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu DPD PDI Perjuangan Sumatera Selatan dalam melakukan evaluasi kader secara lebih objektif dan efektif.
