Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik keluarga dengan frekuensi kekambuhan pada pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan jenis penelitian non eksperimental menggunakan rancangan crosssectional. Sampel terdiri dari 35 responden keluarga pasien dengan skizofrenia yang dipilih dengan cara purposive samplingyang memenuhi kriteria inklusi antara lain pasien ulangan dengan indikasi rawat inap, pasien yang didampingi oleh keluarga/penanggungjawab, pasien dengan diagnosis skizofrenia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik keluarga dan rekam medis pasien skizofrenia yang mengalami kekambuhan. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Spearman Rank, didapatkan hasil bahwa karakteristik keluarga tingkat pendidikan (p value = 0.01), pekerjaan (p value = 0.03), dan penghasilan (p value = 0.03) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p value < 0.05) dengan frekuensi kekambuhan pasien dengan skizofrenia. Bagi peneliti lainyang akan melakukan penelitian sejenis, diharapkan mencari intervensi yang diterapkan untuk keluarga dengan skizofrenia sehingga dapat mengurangi frekuensi kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia. Caregiver burden conceptualized as multidimensional concept encompassing the emotional, physical, and socioeconomic aspects of the impact of caregiving role. This study aims to review articles and journals about the level of burden and characteristics that have an impact on the burden of elderly caregivers with dementia. A literature review with a search for relevant articles was published between 2015-2020 using databases PubMed, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Oxford Academic Journals. Keywords used to retrieve literature include caregiver burden and dementia. The results is nineteen articles that met the inclusion criteria and were identified in this literature review. Most family caregivers were identified as having a moderate level of caregiving burden that depends on various factors including characteristics of elderly with dementia, sociodemographic characteristics of caregivers, and characteristics of care itself. The conclussion of this, mostly caregivers reported in this review were more likely to experience a moderate level of caregiving burden with the presence of behavior problems, neuropsychiatric symptoms and dependence on daily care in elderly with dementia are the main characteristics that predict the burden. Keadaan ini meyebabkan seseorang yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19 akan mengalami banyak gangguan psikologis seperti kecemasan, hal ini akan mempengaruhi sistem imun dan lamanya proses penyembuhan pada pasien. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengidentifikasi efek dari aromaterapi lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis) dan terapi musik dalam mengatasi kecemasan pada pasien COVID-19 secara kajian literatur. Metode dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan literature review. Artikel didapatkan melalui situs pencarian: Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, NCBl, dan, ProQuest. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pencarian yaitu berbahasa indonesia dan inggris dengan rentang tahun publikasi tahun 2015-2020. Didapatkan 8 jurnal utama yang dijadikan rujukan, dari jurnal tersebut didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa lemon balm memiliki kandungan anxyolitic yang mampu memperbaiki keadaan gangguan tidur (insomnia) pada klien dengan kecemasan, dan ditemukan bahwa terapi musik dapat mengurangi kecemasan pada pasien yang terpasang ventilator. Intervensi aromaterapi berbahan dasar lemon balm dan terapi musik merupakan upaya efektif dalam mengatasi kecemasan pada pasien COVID-19.
