<text> In the modern era, digital technology is widely found and used by people because it is easy to access.
The use of digital technology-based interventions on psychosis problems can increase cost-effectiveness because
patients do not have to go to hospitals or clinics for treatment. The literature study aimed to identify the use of
digital technology in the management of schizophrenia. The research method used the PICO with the keyword
using in Indonesian and English "Patients and Families AND Digital Technology AND Control of Psychosis
Patients' Symptoms" in the period 2011-2021, Indonesian and English, full-text literature, original research,
focused on digital technology schizophrenia and individual and family sample populations. The results of the
search for articles in the literature study found 12 articles that were relevant to the main topic. The study results
showed that digital technology affects the care process for schizophrenics and is also useful for families as
caregivers. Using digital technology, actions that can be done are psychoeducation, behavior change, prevention
strategies, and good handling interventions. The implementation of digital technology measures provides comprehensive benefits and easy access through both the web and the application.</text>

<text>Women's long journey as cancer survivors makes them need husband's support. However, it was
found that the wife felt the support received was less effective and the husband did not fulfill his wishes, even
though the husband considered the support provided to be adapted to his wife's needs. So there is a difference in
understanding related to the support given by the husband with the support received by the wife. This study
aims to determine the definition of husband's support for his wife as a cancer survivor from the husband's
perspective. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The samples obtained were
7 people. Data collection techniques using interviews and field notes. The data analysis used is the Miles and
Huberman model. The results of the study found 3 themes, namely the definition of husband's support, the
reason for the husband to provide support and the form of support. 6 participants know the definition of
husband's support and the rest do not know. There is one reason the husband provides support. The form of
support provided by the husband is instrumental, informative, emotional, appreciation, monitoring, prioritizing
and trusting the wife. Each husband has a different perspective both in defining support, reasons for giving
support and efforts to support his wife. Nurses and wives are expected to understand each other's perspectives because the differences that occur cannot be generalized.</text>

<text>Health workers have a high risk of being exposed to COVID-19. The lack of knowledge of health workers,
especially nurses, can lead to increased stress during the pandemic. Therefore, there is a need for preventive and
promotive efforts in the form of new habit adaptation. Online health promotion can be used to improve public
health optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion on new health
adaptation which was conducted online. The research design used pre-experimental with one group pre-post test
design. Nurses at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital who have attended the Mental Health and Psychosocial
Support (DKJPS) training on adapting new habits online for 3 days were given a pretest on the first day of
implementation of new habit adaptation and a post test on the 56th day. The samples used were 82 nurses and
146 nuclear family nurses who were selected using purposive sampling that met the inclusion criteria, that is
nurses from the Bali Province Mental Hospital and their nuclear families aged > 15 years. Data collection was
carried out from August 25, 2021 to October 26, 2021 using the New Habit Adaptation questionnaire in reference
to the DKJPS manual book. The analysis used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of the analysis showed
that the p value value > 0.05 showed that there was an effect of online health promotion on the new habit
adaptation. The results of this study prove that online health promotion affects the implementation of new habit adaptation in an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.</text>

<text>The stage of adolescent development is a unique stage of development, adolescents must face changes
both physically, cognitively, and emotionally that can cause stress and trigger a unique behavior in adolescents.
Today's Muslim youth are many who follow the Islamic boarding school program. This causes the development
of adolescents that are less than optimal, if they cannot adapt to the life of the Islamic boarding school, so that it
can interfere with the learning process in the Islamic boarding school. And furthermore, their mental health will
be disturbed in their adolescent development, such as being less independent, unable to make decisions and having
difficulty interacting with peers. One of the efforts to deal with developmental problems faced by adolescents is
the therapeutic group therapy (TKT) approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of therapeutic
group therapy on the ability of adolescents to stimulate identity development in high school students at the
Ibadurrahman Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya City. The design used is "Quasi experimental pre and posttest without control group". The population in this study were all students at the Ibadurrahman Islamic Boarding
School, Tasikmalaya City, amounting to 374 respondents with a sample size of 80 students. Analysis using pairedt test (T-test paired). Respondents were divided into 6 groups, with each group totaling 13-14 students. The
implementation of TKT for each group is carried out every week with a time of 60 minutes. The results showed a
significance value of = 0.001 , there is a significant difference in the average ability to stimulate identity development scores between before and after TKT treatment. This TKT can be done as a therapy to improve adolescent development.</text>

<text>Self-management has a vital role in treating Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patients to manage
themselves and maintain the ability of body functions. Self-management can be seen in how heart failure patients
perform compliance actions in treatment and the patient's ability to know changes in behaviour towards the
patient's health status. In addition, it is crucial for people with congestive heart failure to learn about their disease
to relieve the signs and symptoms. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge of heart
failure care and self-management compliance in CHF patients. This method uses a quantitative correlation
research type to determine the relationship between the two variables using an analytical cross-sectional study
approach. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling from March to April 2021 at the heart poly Hospital
of UNS Surakarta to 100 respondents. Sample criteria: Respondents with a diagnosis of CHF who checked their
health at the heart polyclinic of UNS Surakarta Hospital, aged >17 years, patients with NYHA classification 1-
3, and willing to be respondents. The research instrument used a demographic questionnaire, knowledge of heart
failure care and the Self Care Heart Failure Index (SCHFI) to determine the self-care knowledge of CHF patients
and adherence to self-management. The results obtained through the chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.010,
meaning there is a relationship between knowledge of heart failure care and self-management compliance.
Knowledge of heart failure care can affect the level of compliance of CHF patients because CHF patients need selfmanagement compliance to minimize symptoms of recurrence or worsening of signs and symptoms and reduce the impact of re-hospitalization.</text>

<text>Anxiety occurs in a patient with acute asthma, worsens the symptoms and the conditions and can be
at risk of death if not well controlled. The Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) technique reduces anxiety levels
in asthmatics patients. This study aimed to analyze the effect of giving PMR on the anxiety level of asthma
patients in the Emergency Room (ER). Methods: This quantitative study uses a pre-experimental design with a
group pretest-posttest. Samples were obtained through the purposive sampling of 26 adult patients who
experienced acute asthma attacks and came to the ER. The instrument used was a Beck Inventory Anxiety (BAI)
questionnaire, and the study was analyzed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: A pre-test intervention
found that 46.15% of patients experienced severe anxiety, 46.15% with moderate anxiety, and 7.69% with mild
anxiety. After being given the intervention, it changed to 57.69% of patients experienced mild anxiety, 42.31%
with moderate anxiety, and none experienced severe anxiety. PMR reduced the anxiety level of asthma attack
patients with a p-value of 0.001 (p-value <0.05) and a Z-value of -4.134. Conclusion: PMR can be given as an effort to reduce the anxiety level of patients experiencing asthma attacks. Further research with larger samples is recommended.</text>

violent behavior and hallucinations. This research was descriptive analytic study. The sample was obtained with
a total sampling of 48 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a checklist of
predisposing and precipitation factors and analyzed by frequency distribution. The predisposing factors found
that caused schizophrenic clients to experience the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations were history of
previous mental disorders (72.9%), unpleasant experiences and negative self-concept (100%) and the condition
of clients who did not work (79.2%). Most of the precipitation factors found were drug withdrawal (50%), problem
solving was 41.7%, and not working which reached 66.7%. Clients with schizophrenia who are at risk of violent
behavior and hallucinations can be managed properly by considering the predisposition and precipitation that triggers the client to experience schizophrenia and relapse.</text>
