<text>Bullying on nursing students occurred in more than half of the population. The incidents of bullying
left negative impacts on the victims physically, psychologically, and socially. This study identifies the bullying
case on nursing care students during academic learning and the roles of the students when bullying occurred.
This descriptive quantitative study applied a survey design. This study used Adolescent Peer Relations
Instrument (APRI), distributed via Google Form. The respondents were nursing program students that selected
convenience sampling. The sample applied some inclusion criteria: the students had to undergo face-to-face
learning and online learning. The sampling stage resulted in 207 respondents from three grades. The study
analyzed the data with univariate analysis, in the forms of percentages and frequencies. Verbal bullying occurred
with a percentage of 31.4%, social bullying with a percentage of 12.16%, and physical bullying with a percentage
of 2.32%. The researchers found that 151 respondents, 78.74%, were bullying victims. A percentage of 93.23%
of respondents, 193 respondents were women. A percentage of 85.71%, 12 respondents out of 14 respondents,
were male. A percentage of 0.96%, 2 respondents, committed the bullying action. A percentage of 45.89%, 95
respondents defended the victims. 100 respondents or 48.45% of participant in this study were outsiders when
bullying happened. This study concluded that most students ever experienced bullying cases with the most incidents of verbal bullying. Most students played the role of outsiders during the incidents of bullying.</text>

in the nursing room. Nurses lack of knowledge factors can lead to HAIs. Therefore, it’s important for nursing
students who have not practiced or have practiced in hospitals to understand how to prevent HAIs. The aim of
this study was to analyze the difference in knowledge levels of academic nursing students and professional nursing
students in prevention. This study used descriptive design with comparative analysis. Total participant is 298
nursing students consisted of 196 academic nursing students and 102 professional nursing students were
gathered with total sampling technique and statistic test used Mann Whitney. The results showed there aren’t a
difference in knowledge level of the academic nursing students and professional nursing students, on the indicator
of knowledge about HAIs (p= 0,619), on the indicator of knowledge about standard precautiom (p= 0,459), and
there is a difference on the indicator of knowledge about hand hygiene (p= 0.001). Almost all respondents have
good knowledge about HAIs. Knowledge of HAIs is very important to learn, with the aim that nursing students can avoid exposure to HAIs, and can apply HAIs prevention and control when practicing in healthcare settings.</text>

communication technology (ICT) for EBP is essential. However, how EBP is supported and how ICT is utilized
in health care providers is unknown. Aim: This study aims to explore stakeholders’ insights regarding the
implementation of EBP and the use of ICT. A qualitative study with the semi-structured face-to-face interview
was used to obtain the aim. Using purposive sampling, eleven management representatives from public and
private hospitals, clinics, and health offices in Depok city, Indonesia were asked about EBP and ICT. Data were
recorded, transcribed, and analyzed thematically. Five themes emerged from this study. EBP services
availability and accessibility showed ICT sources were adequate, but still need improvement in the library and
Education and Training Department (ETD); Healthcare workforce represented doctors and nurses who hardly
generate research although permitted by the stakeholders; Health information systems such as clinical cases
forums in hospitals were established, but current evidence was rarely discussed; Funding for research and
training related to EBP were not allocated; Leadership and governance showed there were limited policies on
EBP and clinical instructors available in hospitals but focused on supporting training and student practices.
Although EBP implementation needs improvement, the stakeholders in this study mostly support EBP and
enable ICT for EBP purposes. Advocacy on policy and resource arrangements is urged to support information
initiatives.</text>

<text>Nurses are frontliners during the COVID-19 pandemic and are vulnerable to ethical challenges when
caring for patients with COVID-19. The ethical challenge of nurses is basically due to the gap between nursing
practice and nursing goals. This study aims to identify empirical evidence related to the ethical challenges nurses
face when caring for COVID-19 patients. This research method uses a literature study that analyzes articles from
five international reputable databases such as CINAHL, Pubmed, Proquest, Science Direct, and search engines
Google Scholar. The keywords used to facilitate the search for articles were 'COVID-19', 'critical care nursing',
'intensive care nursing', 'intensive care nurses', 'critical nurses', 'intensive care nurses', 'caring', 'ethical
challenges', 'ethical issues', 'ethic dilemmas', ethical challenges', 'ethical issues', and 'ethical dilemmas'. with
the help of boolean operators and then the articles are selected gradually using PRISMA. From the search results
obtained 7 articles that deserve to be analyzed. There are three themes related to ethical challenges that occur,
namely ethical challenges in the nursing care process, ethical challenges in nursing professionals, and ethical
challenges in health interprofessional relationships. Ethical challenges cause nurse discomfort at work, and can
even cause job stress. Regarding these results, nurses need to get support to overcome ethical dilemmas that occur
through the provision of resources according to needs, preparation of SOPs regarding the roles and duties of nurses, as well as increasing knowledge regarding the care of COVID-19 patients.</text>

<text>Tropical diseases are associated with tropical regions, but global access travel, climate change, and
environmental factors affecting disease vectors may spread to non-endemic countries. This review reinforces the
view of nurses' roles and challenges to providing care for tropical diseases. This scoping review search included:
SCOPUS, PubMed, EBSCO Medline, Science Direct, and citation search: Google Scholar. Studies included if
the population was nurses or part of a multidisciplinary or provider intervention on tropical diseases and
original English articles between 2011 and 2021 with various methods. From 773 studies identified, 23 met the
inclusion criteria. Three themes emerged: 1) nurses role as health providers, educators, motivators, leaders,
collaboration, and coordination; 2) providing safe working and job satisfaction; and 3) The role of organizations,
health systems, and policymakers. There were also three challenges: 1) lack of skills, knowledge, and training for
nurses, 2) the stigma of tropical diseases, 3) sociocultural approach. The role and practice of nursing in tropical
diseases vary across healthcare settings, influenced by nurses' stigma, knowledge, training, job safety, and
satisfaction. Nurse lack knowledge and training compared to other health workers. Potential to increase nurseparticipation with a sociocultural approach and involving nurse's leadership roles require further research</text>

violent behavior and hallucinations. This research was descriptive analytic study. The sample was obtained with
a total sampling of 48 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a checklist of
predisposing and precipitation factors and analyzed by frequency distribution. The predisposing factors found
that caused schizophrenic clients to experience the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations were history of
previous mental disorders (72.9%), unpleasant experiences and negative self-concept (100%) and the condition
of clients who did not work (79.2%). Most of the precipitation factors found were drug withdrawal (50%), problem
solving was 41.7%, and not working which reached 66.7%. Clients with schizophrenia who are at risk of violent
behavior and hallucinations can be managed properly by considering the predisposition and precipitation that triggers the client to experience schizophrenia and relapse.</text>

at risk of death if not well controlled. The Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) technique reduces anxiety levels
in asthmatics patients. This study aimed to analyze the effect of giving PMR on the anxiety level of asthma
patients in the Emergency Room (ER). Methods: This quantitative study uses a pre-experimental design with a
group pretest-posttest. Samples were obtained through the purposive sampling of 26 adult patients who
experienced acute asthma attacks and came to the ER. The instrument used was a Beck Inventory Anxiety (BAI)
questionnaire, and the study was analyzed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: A pre-test intervention
found that 46.15% of patients experienced severe anxiety, 46.15% with moderate anxiety, and 7.69% with mild
anxiety. After being given the intervention, it changed to 57.69% of patients experienced mild anxiety, 42.31%
with moderate anxiety, and none experienced severe anxiety. PMR reduced the anxiety level of asthma attack
patients with a p-value of 0.001 (p-value <0.05) and a Z-value of -4.134. Conclusion: PMR can be given as an effort to reduce the anxiety level of patients experiencing asthma attacks. Further research with larger samples is recommended.</text>
