<text>Family support is an element that is very closely related to old age. Increased self -efficacy will control
symptoms, medication and lifestyle so that patients are able to adapt to their conditions. This study will analyze
the relationship between self-efficacy and family support with self - care in the elderly with type II Diabetes
Mellitus at Cipondoh Health Center, Tangerang City. The research design is a quantitative study with a crosssectional approach. Sampling using purposive sampling with a total of 167 respondents. Data collection used the
self-efficacy for diabetes scale questionnaire, The Hensarling's Diabetes Family Support Scale (HDFSS) and
Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire (DSMQ). Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test stated that there
was a relationship between self-efficacy and self-care in type II DM patients, namely (p=0.016) the OR value of
2,474 meant that self-efficacy had a chance of 2,474 times good self-care. There is a relationship between family
support and self-care (p=0.004) with an OR value of 4,033 meaning that family support with a good chance has
4,033 times good self-care. Multivariate analysis shows that the variable most related to self-care is family support
with OR= 3.682. It is hoped that health workers at the Cipondoh Health Center in Tangerang City will improve health promotion through Posbindu PTM activities, both in the form of education about self-efficacy and family support, which can be done by involving the family.</text>

<text>The prevalence of Covid-19 patients’ visits at health care centers in the past one and a half years has
resulted in an increase in the need for a nurses workforce. Ironically, on the other hand, there is a decrease in the
demand and supply of homecare nurses. This study aims to explore the impact of Covid-19 on homecare nurses
and offer solutions in the form of maximizing the role of homecare nurses in the pandemic era by using a document
review. The study used an analytical review with a descriptive design. The literature was drawn from Google
Scholar, ResearchGate, Pubmed, SagePub, and Semantic Scholar. With the PRISMA analysis strategy, the
documents in the database (n=160), which deserve to be reviewed (n=47), and those that meet the requirements
for review (n=10). The output: the pandemic caused a shortage of nurses and a moderate level of stress among
nurses, where agencies experienced a decrease in demand for homecare nurses. The conclusion of this research is
to maximize the role of homecare nurses in the pandemic era, it is necessary to have specific guidelines or protocols regarding COVID-19 prevention and management of homecare or for a long-term care system.</text>

<text>Nurses are the backbone of the health system and constitute the largest professional group of the health
system. Nurses must be prepared as competently during their academic and practical education to respond to the health
requirements of the community. Nursing education is negatively affected by an increasing number of nursing
students, a lack of sufficient and eligible clinical settings, the inadequate number of clinical instructors, and faced to
challenges of health systems such as outbreaks. As a result, there is a need for new learning approaches to increase the
quality of nursing education. Purpose of this research was to assess the effect of game-based learning on nursing
students' motivation and learning strategies. A quasi-experimental study was conducted from November 2019 to
January 2020, 74 nursing students participated in the study. The Sociodemographic Characteristics Question Form
and Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire were used for data collection tool. The mean age of nursing
students is 21.45±0.62. 85.1% of them are women. When the students' mean of the Motivation Scale pretest and
posttest subscales were compared, a statistically significant difference was found (p=0.01). There were statistically
significant differences between the pretest and posttest Learning Strategies Scale subscale scores, nursing students
obtained higher mean scores from critical thinking, help seeking, peer learning, metacognitive self-regulation subscales
at the posttest (p=0.01). As a result of this study, it was found that Game-Based Learning is a useful method to increase motivation and enhance the learning strategies of nursing students.</text>

<text>Stress experienced by the elderly has an impact on various problems such as difficulty sleeping,
discomfort, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. The quality of sleep also has several aspects such as sleep
duration, sleep literacy, and subjective aspects of sleep. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship
between stress and sleep quality in the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses an analytical
observational cross-sectional approach. The sample obtained as many as 111 respondents by means of convenience
sampling. This study shows the most stress level is moderate stress (45.9%), most respondents' sleep quality level
is good sleep quality (94.6%), the subjective sleep quality level is mostly adequate poor (45.0%), the longest
respondent's sleep duration is <5 hours (40.5%), the respondent's sleep latency is at most 31-60 minutes (76.6%),
the most respondent's sleep efficiency is >85% (67.6% ), the most respondents' sleep disorders were 10-18 (71.2%),
the most respondents' sleep dysfunction was 3-4 (57.7%), the respondents had never used sleeping pills in the last
month (92.8%), and there was a significant relationship between stress and sleep quality in the elderly during the
Covid-19 pandemic with a p-value = 0.001. There is a significant relationship between stress and sleep quality in
the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic, so it is hoped that the puskesmas such as the person in charge of the elderly at the Senen Sub District Health Center will carry out activities or socialization to the elderly regarding improving sleep quality and ways to deal with stress</text>

<text>The prevalence of hypertension and chronic kidney disease continues to increase worldwide and has
the potential to experience more significant cardiovascular disease. Older patients have also reported an
association between a modest decrease in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and an increase in systolic blood
pressure. As the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) increases with age, multiple complications can occur,
including hypertension, diabetes, and other cardiovascular diseases. Multimorbidity is defined as the condition of
having two or more chronic morbidities. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between blood pressure and
multimorbidity with the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of chronic renal failure patients at RST Dompet Dhuafa
Parung, Bogor. This research is retrospective research with the Consecutive Sampling method. Data was taken
through a medical record in 112 samples of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis from January
2021 to March 2022. The results of the Spearman correlation test showed a p-value 0.025 in the relationship
between systolic blood pressure and GFR and a p-value 0.008 in the relationship between blood pressure diastolic
with GFR. At the same time, the results of Kendall’s Tau_B correlation test showed a p-value 0.212 in the
relationship between the number of comorbidities and GFR. It can be seen that there is a relationship between
systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, and GFR. Whereas, there is no relationship between the number of comorbidities and GFR in chronic renal failure patients in RST Dompet Dhuafa Parung Bogor.</text>

<text> Digital documentation as legal ethics in reporting nursing care is a way to save and evaluate the actions
taken by nurses. Digital documentation has several advantages rather than manual documentation, including
increased communication between nurses, and medical workers as well as the effectiveness of time in making
nursing care documentation better. This study aims to create Android-based digital documentation which can be
used as a guide in providing palliative nursing care for cancer patients with a focus on physical and social
problems. The research design used in this research was research and development (R&D) with a quantitative
approach and ADDIE development model. The trial of this application was conducted on 15 nursing students
with a purposive sampling technique. The Blackbox and application eligibility test got an 83 score which showed
that this application is categorized as excellent, acceptable, and suitable for use. Documentation is an important
part of making nursing care which must be learned and mastered by nurses through lectures. Studying
documentation from assessment to evaluation can improve the professional ability of prospective nurses in providing real implementation to patients. This application can be a useful tool for nurses as a medium for learning nursing care documentation.</text>
