<text>The preliminary study indicated that the implementation of nursing credentials and recredentials in
the hospital was not optimal. Not many studies had investigated the problems that caused the implementation of
nursing credentials and recredentials was not optimal. This study used a case study method. This study used
nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling approach. The participants were three stakeholders in
the hospital. Data collection by interviews. Data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. There are four
themes: The process of implementing credentials and recredentials through training, OSCA exams and
mentoring, has not used OPPE and FPPE, has not been carried out regularly. The implementation of the results
of nursing credentials and recredentials has no reward and has not been used in determining nurse incentives.
Obstacles in the implementation of credentials and recredentials are the nursing committee structure that serves
in other functional areas, not one perception with management, Covid 19 pandemic, and the application of clinical
assignment. Efforts to overcome obstacles by approaching management, using credentials results to determine
nurse incentives, socialization to nurses and management as well as coordinating and cooperating with other
sections. There are barriers in the implementation of nursing credentials and recredentials. Efforts are needed to
overcome obstacles in the implementation of nursing credentials and recredentials. Carry out nursing credentials
and recredentials periodically. It is endeavored that the nursing committee is not concurrent with other functional duties. The results of nursing credentials and recredentials can be used in determining the career path and nurse incentives.</text>

<text>Heart failure patients must follow self-care instructions, including a low-salt diet and fluid restriction. This study aimed to determine the effect of education using booklet media on the average score of adherence to a low-salt diet and fluid restriction in heart failure patients. This research design was quasi-experimental, with the
number of respondents 76 heart failure patients registered at the cardiac outpatient clinic at the Sebelas Maret University Hospital, Surakarta. Data collection used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The results demonstrated that a total of 76 respondents conducted in the study, 58% were male and 42% were female. Most of the respondents were in the age range of 56-65 years. The difference in the
average score of low-salt diet adherence pretest-posttest in the intervention group used the Wilcoxon sign rank test, the mean value was -5.868 (p = 0.001), and in the control group, the mean was 0.316 (p = 0.111). The difference in the average adherence score to fluid restriction pretest-posttest in the intervention group used the
paired sample test, the mean value was -7.289 (p = 0.001), and the control group used the Wilcoxon sign rank test, the mean value was -0.263 (p = 0.095). The study concludes that education using booklet media significantly affects the average score of adherence to a low salt diet and fluid restriction in the intervention group. There was
no significant difference in the control group's mean score of adherence to a low-salt diet and fluid restriction</text>

<text>Dietary adherence to chronic kidney disease (CKD) is an aspect that plays an important role as one
of the keys to successful therapy, preventing condition worsening and rapid stage progression and uremic
syndrome. Providing media aids such as diaries and SMS reminders is one of the methods to increase
compliance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the increase in dietary adherence of CKD patients after
being given diaries and SMS reminders. The method in this study was to use a quasi-experimental design with
a pre-test and post-test case-control. The researcher chose this method because it was in accordance with the
research design being carried out, namely knowing the effect of variables on the two groups and comparing the
treatment group with the control group. The population in this study was 107 patients and the sample in this
study consisted of 44 respondents who were divided into two groups. Sampling using an accidental sampling
technique. Data collection was carried out using a diet adherence questionnaire. Data analysis was performed
by paired t-test and independent t-test. The results of the paired t-test showed that there was an increase in
dietary adherence after the intervention with a p-value of 0.001. The independent t-test showed that there were
differences in dietary adherence in the intervention group and the control group after giving diaries and SMS reminders with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion Diaries and SMS reminders can improve dietary adherence in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis.</text>
