<text> Internal protective factors are factors that come from the individual to support a resilient condition
due to the hemodialysis process. The hemodialysis process causes many changes to patients with chronic kidney
failure, such as changes in eating, drinking and activity patterns. These factors are the main factor that arises
from oneself so it will bring motivation in the process of life going forward. This research is a scoping review
which aims to determine the internal protective factors which can affect the resilience of hemodialysis patients.
Articles are filtered from science direct, Scopus, PubMed, and Proquest. The keywords used are “factors” AND
“Resilience” AND “hemodialysis patient”. The articles used are articles published from 2019-2023. The articles
included are full articles, in English, using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods. The analysis used in
this review is the analytical method of Arksey and O'Malley in 6 stages. There were 7 articles analyzed at the
end of the search. The protective internal factors obtained are the ability to regulate emotions, optimism, selfesteem, strength and self-confidence as well as spiritual well being. These factors have a positive influence in
realizing the resilient condition of hemodialysis patients. This research can be continued with the application of nursing interventions to improve the internal ability of hemodialysis patients to achieve a resilient condition.</text>

<text>Noising of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) machine, high mortality rate, instability of other patients'
conditions, and limited information may increase anxiety for ICU patients. Anxiety has an impact on declining
health. Anxiety detains patients from sleeping, increases blood pressure, and slows healing. To manage patients'
anxiety, pharmacological and non-pharmacological techniques were widely used. Using combined
pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy is more effective. This study aimed to describe the
implementation of non-pharmacological therapy: foot reflexology, and 4-7-8 breathing as a substitution for
pharmacological interventions for ICU patients. The method used was a nursing practice based on
evidence-based nursing. The interventions were selected from three evidence-based references found in PubMed.
The participant was three ICU patients who were 26-55 years old, SBP ≥ 140 mmHg, DBP ≥ 90 mmHg, HR≥60
bpm, RR 12-26 bpm, SpO2 95-100%, first time admitt ed to ICU, maximum nasal cannula installed, >4 hours
admission to ICU, and GCS E4V5M6. The evaluation was carried out through the HADS and vital signs. The
combination of foot reflexology and 4-7-8 breathing reduce anxiety and improve the patient's vital signs and oxygen saturation. These interventions may be beneficial to other ICU patients facing anxiety. Further investigations are needed</text>

in its implementation. The results of this study showed significant results in all articles (n=10) in improving
community preparedness in earthquake disaster risk reduction. The methods used were the latest methods
(virtual reality, animated videos, and games) and manual methods (lectures, discussions, and reading) with
material on disaster concepts, management, and first aid. This research concludes that the role of the community

community groups. This research is a qualitative phenomenological study, where the aim is to reduce the
individual experience of a phenomenon into a description that finds the universal essence of the phenomenon. 7
key informants were voluntarily involved in this study. The verbatim data were analyzed for their ethical and
emic meanings using the Colaizzi method. The results of the analysis of the data obtained during the interviews
were able to bring up 6 sub-themes. The six sub-themes raised 3 major themes, namely consumption patterns of
daily sugar intake for the youth age group, understanding the need for change and approaches to reducing sugar intake, and types of approaches in changing sugar consumption patterns for adolescents.</text>

Indonesian nurses towards non-reported NSI in health services in Saudi Arabia. This study used a qualitative
method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects used typical case sampling of 12 Indonesian nurses
who had work experience regarding NSI. In-depth interviews with structured questions were conducted with
respondents following guidelines for data analysis using a seven step analysis by Colaizzi and Nvivo software.
There were 13 categories from 4 themes found in this research about knowledge, behavior and skills also
management of exposure and post exposure. The behavior of Indonesian nurses towards non-reported needle stick
injury based on experience has been carried out even though on the behavior especially knowledge, attitude and skills also policy on management of needle stick injury needs improvement</text>

of the number of parity on the incidence of urinary incontinence, the variable length of menopause obtained p
value > 0.05 indicating that there was no effect of the length of menopause on the incidence of urinary

<text>The Community Satisfaction Index is the focus of attention because it is a reference in evaluating health
service policies on the quality of hospital services. Service quality is a determinant factor of patient safety to reduce
the incidence of mortality in hospitals. Crossectional is the research design used. The study was conducted from
April to June 2023, the population is all patients in the hospital in 2023, and Simple random side as a sampling
technique of 136 research subjects. The research variables are performance, expectations, and the Community
Satisfaction Index which consists of nine elements, namely requirements; systems, mechanisms, and procedures;
turnaround time; cost; product specification type of service; competence of the executor; executor behavior;
handling of complaints, suggestions, and inputs. Data collection using questionnaires that have previously been
tested for confirmatory factor analysis. Test questionnaires and analyze research results with gap analysis using
Wilcoxon in the STATA program. The test results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that RMSEA values =
0.04, CFI = 0.99, χ2 / df = 1.05, and TLI = 0.99 showed that the model met goodness-of-fit. The gap analysis shows
that in the 9 elements of the Community Satisfaction Index, 2 elements are not different, namely the competence
of the implementer (z = -1.570, p = 0.116) and the behavior of the implementer (z = -1.414, p = 0.157). It is hoped that the results of the research can be used as material for the evaluation of hospital policies.</text>
