<text>Several studies identified the effect of family visits on reducing patient and family anxiety levels.
However, until now there has been no review that synthesizes the results of these studies on this population.
This review aimed to identify the effect of family visit management on the anxiety level of patients and families
in the ICU. This Study used a scoping review method using CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct and search
engines Google Scholar. The keywords used in English were "family visitation OR visits" AND "anxiety
disorders OR anxiety OR generalized anxiety disorder" AND "ICU OR intensive care unit OR critical care."
The criteria for selecting the articles included full-text articles in English and published in 2013-2023. The
study selection process used the PRISMA-ScR flow chart. We found 11 articles discussing the management of
family visits to the anxiety of ICU patients. Based on the results of the analyzed studies, it shows that there are
several types of scheduled visit management (in and out hours), flexible family visitations, limited visits,
regular visits, and online methods. In general, participants in the studies analyzed showed reduced levels of
anxiety and most studies indicated that flexible visits were positively related to satisfaction with the services
provided in the ICU. Furthermore, it is advised that the visiting policies in ICU be modified and that families be given the option to participate in patient care through schedule attendance and involvement.</text>

Indonesian nurses towards non-reported NSI in health services in Saudi Arabia. This study used a qualitative
method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects used typical case sampling of 12 Indonesian nurses
who had work experience regarding NSI. In-depth interviews with structured questions were conducted with
respondents following guidelines for data analysis using a seven step analysis by Colaizzi and Nvivo software.
There were 13 categories from 4 themes found in this research about knowledge, behavior and skills also
management of exposure and post exposure. The behavior of Indonesian nurses towards non-reported needle stick
injury based on experience has been carried out even though on the behavior especially knowledge, attitude and skills also policy on management of needle stick injury needs improvement</text>

<text>Heart failure is a heart disease which has an escalating prevalence. Disease conditions that can cause
a deterioration in quality of life and even death require further treatment through self-care. Knowledge about
self-care can be provided by nurses while the patient is in the hospital even when going home. The purpose of
this systematic review is to determine the application of self-care education in heart failure patients to improve
self-care knowledge and compliance. The research method used a systematic review design using data bases from
ProQuest, EBSCOhost, Scopus, and Science Direct with several keywords used. The results obtained 7 articles
that were reviewed after adjusting the inclusion criteria. The results of the study found that the provision of selfcare education was able to improve self-care compliance in heart failure patients. The conclusion of this study is
that education that is more applicable, interactive and sustainable can improve knowledge and compliance with self-care in heart failure patients</text>

community groups. This research is a qualitative phenomenological study, where the aim is to reduce the
individual experience of a phenomenon into a description that finds the universal essence of the phenomenon. 7
key informants were voluntarily involved in this study. The verbatim data were analyzed for their ethical and
emic meanings using the Colaizzi method. The results of the analysis of the data obtained during the interviews
were able to bring up 6 sub-themes. The six sub-themes raised 3 major themes, namely consumption patterns of
daily sugar intake for the youth age group, understanding the need for change and approaches to reducing sugar intake, and types of approaches in changing sugar consumption patterns for adolescents.</text>

<text>The Community Satisfaction Index is the focus of attention because it is a reference in evaluating health
service policies on the quality of hospital services. Service quality is a determinant factor of patient safety to reduce
the incidence of mortality in hospitals. Crossectional is the research design used. The study was conducted from
April to June 2023, the population is all patients in the hospital in 2023, and Simple random side as a sampling
technique of 136 research subjects. The research variables are performance, expectations, and the Community
Satisfaction Index which consists of nine elements, namely requirements; systems, mechanisms, and procedures;
turnaround time; cost; product specification type of service; competence of the executor; executor behavior;
handling of complaints, suggestions, and inputs. Data collection using questionnaires that have previously been
tested for confirmatory factor analysis. Test questionnaires and analyze research results with gap analysis using
Wilcoxon in the STATA program. The test results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that RMSEA values =
0.04, CFI = 0.99, χ2 / df = 1.05, and TLI = 0.99 showed that the model met goodness-of-fit. The gap analysis shows
that in the 9 elements of the Community Satisfaction Index, 2 elements are not different, namely the competence
of the implementer (z = -1.570, p = 0.116) and the behavior of the implementer (z = -1.414, p = 0.157). It is hoped that the results of the research can be used as material for the evaluation of hospital policies.</text>

urinary incontinence. In the blood sugar level variable, the p value <0.05 showed that there was an effect of blood
sugar levels on the incidence of urinary incontinence with an OR = 4.375 (95% Cl; 1.320-14.504). Blood pressure
on the incidence of urinary incontinence with a value of OR = 4.250 (95% Cl; 0.507-9.993), the variable history

with an OR value of 4.190 (Cl 95%; 0.716-6.698), the parity variable obtained p value > 0.05, there was no effect
of the number of parity on the incidence of urinary incontinence, the variable length of menopause obtained p
value > 0.05 indicating that there was no effect of the length of menopause on the incidence of urinary
incontinence, on the history of hysterectomy variable obtained p value <0.05, there is an influence between the

<text>Gouty arthritis is a condition characterized by joint inflammation due to the accumulation of
monosodium urate crystals in the joint, resulting in severe pain, reduced musculoskeletal ability, and poor QoL.
Therefore, this study aims to identify non-pharmacological pain management in gouty arthritis sufferers. This
study is a narrative review including three databases such as ScienceDirect, Proquest, Pubmed, and the search
engine Google Scholar. It was conducted using keywords such as gouty arthritis, non-pharmacology, and pain
management. The article was sorted by cyclical criteria, and assessment was performed using JBI Critical
Appraisal tools. The results showed that non-pharmacological interventions such as warm compresses using
moringa leaves, lemongrass decoction water, ginger, cinnamon, soursop leaves, and CQBG (compound Qingbi
granules) are effective in reducing gouty arthritis pain and have no side effects. Therefore, this study is expected to provide useful information and insights egarding pain management to health workers, nurses, sufferers, and the general public.</text>

live in disaster-prone areas are the most disadvantaged parties. The community as a disadvantaged party must
be equipped with disaster preparedness, one of which is a disaster risk reduction program. The purpose of this
scooping review is to determine the description of the implementation of the earthquake disaster preparedness
education and training program in the community. This research is a scooping review using Prisma flow chart
in its implementation. The results of this study showed significant results in all articles (n=10) in improving
community preparedness in earthquake disaster risk reduction. The methods used were the latest methods
(virtual reality, animated videos, and games) and manual methods (lectures, discussions, and reading) with
material on disaster concepts, management, and first aid. This research concludes that the role of the community
and the importance of disaster preparedness education for the community is very important to be provided by conducting the latest or modern methods for more effective results.</text>
