<text>The country has been facing the Covid-19 crisis that has affected the rest of the world in this
decade. Numerous approaches and alternatives are implemented by the government to overcome this
pandemic either controlled or stopped utterly. In order for the government to succeed, the emphasis on
breaking the chain of infection of Covid-19 and the direction of the Movement Control Order (MCO)
must be strengthened. Thus, the main goal of this study is to identify the level of patient’s knowledge
regarding Covid-19 and Movement Control Order as well as to analyze the relationship between the level of
knowledge about Covid-19 and Movement Control Order among patients who come for treatment at the
Kinarut Health clinic. Methodology: This study applies the quantitative research methodology, specifically
surveys through questionnaires, whereas the sampling method used is systematic sampling with 200 patients
involved within the Kinarut area. Analysis of instrument evaluation and sampling technique is also
discussed in this study. Analysis: The finding showed that the patients' knowledge level about Covid-19 was
at a moderate level with a mean value = 3.610, Standard Deviation (SD)= 0.345. The level of knowledge
relating to Movement Control Order (MCO) is also at a moderate level with a mean value = 3.610, S = 0.345.
Result: The correlation analysis showed that there is a strong relationship between the level of knowledge
about Covid-19 and also the level of knowledge of the Movement Control Order, with a correlation value of
r = 0.71, p> 0.05. Thus, the results of this analysis show that there is a strong relationship between the
variables of the knowledge level of Covid-19 and Movement Control Order in breaking the chain of infection Covid-19, particularly among patients who are living around Kinarut.</text>

<text>Cardiac arrest is the sudden cessation of a person’s cardiac activity and is often fatal if corrective lifesaving interventions are not performed quickly. The American Heart Association advocates the need for high CPR
competency among healthcare providers to increase the cardiac arrest survival rate. This study aimed to determine
the knowledge and practice of nursing students on the acquisition and retention of CPR. A quantitative
descriptive-correlation design was used, and a sample of 76 nursing students of Universiti Malaysia Sabah were
recruited via a non-probability purposive technique. Data were collected using an online survey questionnaire
that consists of 3 sections: Demographic, knowledge of CPR, and practice of CPR. They were analyzed using the
correlation method. The results of this study are about the knowledge and practice of CPR. Nursing students'
knowledge of the acquisition of CPR could be higher (39.36%), as is their practice (31.95%). The correlation coefficient between knowledge and practice is insignificant (rho = -0.073, p 0.531).In this study, both the knowledge and practice of CPR are independent.</text>

physiological processes that occur in the elderly; one that often occurs is a decrease in the function of the
musculoskeletal system, such as complaints of joint pain, decreased muscle strength, and decreased balance, which
can cause the risk of falling. The management that can be done to prevent falls while minimizing side effects is
using non-pharmacological therapies, one of which is the Otago Exercise. This case study aims to explain how the
impact of Otago Exercise is to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. The writing method used in this study is
a case study conducted on the elderly Mrs. S. The results of nursing care after carrying out the Otago Exercise
Program showed an increase in the risk of falling in the elderly from 32 to 39. This Otago Exercise has been proven
to be effective and can be done to prevent the risk of losing. The elderly can implement the Otago Exercise Program on an ongoing basis accompanied by officers at the orphanage to avoid falls and maintain a balance so that joint function and posture remain good</text>

<text>Heart failure is caused by the heart's inability to maintain normal blood flow. Some patients
with heart failure expressed that they needed nurses' help with their physical, psychological, and
spiritual problems. Spiritual Well-Being and its components play an essential role in a person's
declining quality of life and have been linked to various other health factors. This research aims to
determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and the quality of life of heart failure patients.
The sample for this research was 100 respondents taken using the accidental sampling technique. Data
analysis uses the chi-square correlation test if the test conditions are met. If the test requirements are
not met, use the alternative Fisher exact test. The instruments used in this research were the Spiritual
Needs Questionnaire (SpNQ) and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ).
The results of this study illustrate that there is no relationship between quality-of-life scores and all
aspects of the spiritual needs of heart failure patients (p> 0.05). The analysis showed that NYHA
functional status (p= 0.044) and ejection fraction (r= -0.205, p= 0.041) influenced the spiritual needs of
heart failure patients. The results of this study indicate that the patient's spiritual needs are not related
to the general quality of life score but have a significant relationship with the physiological dimensions of quality of life, ejection fraction, and NYHA functional status.</text>

<text>One of the health problems experienced by patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is poor sleep quality.
Poor sleep quality is an important factor in poor blood sugar regulation. This study aims to determine the
predictors of sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at a private hospital in Yogyakarta. This
research used a cross-sectional approach on 150 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients recruited at the Endocrine Clinic
at a private hospital in Yogyakarta. The questionnaires used in this research were demographic data
questionnaires, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data
analysis was carried out using Multiple hierarchical linear regression. The research results show that the average stress score of respondents in this study was 16.13 (SD = 4.59), which is in the medium category. Global PSQI
showed respondents experienced poor sleep quality (mean = 5.33, SD = 1.79). The Perceived Stress Scale score
contributed 23.6% to the sleep quality score. The higher the respondent's stress level, the lower the respondent's
sleep quality. Nurses can develop interventions to improve the sleep quality of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.</text>

when undergoing chemotherapy, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, peripheral neuropathy,
alopecia, pain, and fatigue. Fatigue is a condition that occurs in patients because the bone marrow stops producing
red blood cells during the chemotherapy process. Fatigue can be severe when patients experience pain, depression,
and lack of sleep. Fatigue management can be done with non-pharmacological therapy, one of the therapy is
massage therapy. Massage therapy can be a manual stimulation of tissues in the body to improve blood circulation,
relax muscles, reduce pain, reduce fatigue, and improve sleep quality. Massage therapy can overcome anxiety and
reduce fatigue significantly. This study aims to analyze the effect of massage therapy on fatigue in cancer patients
undergoing chemotherapy. The researchers used several databases such as Pubmed and Science Direct. A total of
9 articles were analyzed. In the article, there are several massage therapy interventions used to overcome fatigue
in cancer patients including acupressure, reflexology, Thai massage, back massage, and progressive muscle
relaxation. Based on several journals that have been analyzed, it can be concluded that the provision of massage therapy interventions can reduce fatigue in cancer patients.</text>

<text>Natural disasters continue to increase globally yearly. Over 1.6 billion people live in disaster-prone
areas, conflict zones, and displacement areas. The impacts of disasters highlight the importance of disaster
preparedness to minimize errors in disaster triage management. However, nurses' knowledge and skills in
implementing initial triage procedures are still adequate. This scooping review aims to find an overview of
implementing disaster triage education and training programs. This research is a scooping review using the
Prisma flow chart in its implementation. This study showed significant results in all articles (n = 14) in increasing
knowledge, attitudes, skills, awareness, preparedness, accuracy, and learning motivation in conducting disaster
triage. The methods used are simulation methods (live, virtual reality, and screen-based) and training and
education methods (lectures, discussions, videos, roleplay, and games) with material on disaster triage, START
triage, and SALT triage concepts. This study concluded that disaster triage education for nurses and nursing students is very important to be provided by carrying out the latest methods so that the results are more effective..</text>

<text>The Covid pandemic has ended, but health workers, especially nurses in Saudi Arabia, are still
experiencing burnout due to high workloads. This study aims to analyze burnout and job satisfaction related to
intention to leave among Indonesian nurses in health services in Saudi Arabia. This research used a qualitative
method with a case-study approach. The research subjects used purposive sampling with a typical case of 12
Indonesian nurses who worked in health services and terminated their work contracts in Saudi Arabia. This
research used data triangulation, source triangulation, and peer debriefing. In-depth interviews conducted at a
predetermined place, data analysis follows 7 steps of Colaizzi's analysis. The results showed that burnout was
closely related to emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low appreciation for one's abilities. Indonesian
nurses who worked in health services in Saudi Arabia were happy and did not experience burnout. Meanwhile,
job satisfaction or nurse satisfaction in dealing with work situations and environments is related to internal factors such as salary and rights to work facilities, while externally, it is related to self-development and professionalism.</text>

<text>Cancer can cause pain, weakness, sleep problems, and fatigue, and affect functional limitations that
affect daily life. One of the most common and frequently complained symptoms in cancer patients is sleep
disturbance. This paper aims to determine the effect of self-care to overcome sleep disorders in cancer patients. The
author uses several databases, such as Scopus, SpringerLink, and Sage Journal. Clinical Key Nursing for use in
the search for relevant articles. There are a total of 8 articles have been analyzed where several self-care
interventions are used to treat sleep disorders in cancer patients, including mindfulness, exercise, yoga, dance,
and personal psychotherapy. most of them showed results in a decrease in sleep disturbances in cancer patients,
but there was one article that did not show significant results related to sleep disturbances. All the articles found
were forms of intervention from self-care. There are three articles related to insomnia, one related to sleep quality,
and four others related to sleep disturbance. Based on several journals that have been analyzed, it can be concluded
that the provision of self-care interventions can affect the incidence of sleep disorders in cancer patients. A practical and secure method, exemplified by self-care practices, seeks to enhance sleep quality, general comfort, and the patient's overall quality of life.</text>
