<text>Stunting under five in children is caused by multifactors, namely maternal knowledge of nutrition,
nutritional consumption during pregnancy, limited access to services, inadequate access to sanitation and clean
water. The impacts of stunting include a decrease in intelligence, vulnerability to diseases, hampering economic
growth and work productivity and exacerbating inequality. The aim of this research is to determine the
relationship between maternal knowledge of toddler nutrition, maternal knowledge and attitudes towards
stunting. This is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out by giving
out a 39-items questionnaire. The research population was mothers of toddlers who were treated at the Bandar
Lampung Adventist Hospital. Research sampling was carried out using simple random sampling. Bivariate
analysis was performed using a correlation formula, namely Pearson r. Data were analyzed using the chi-square
test which was processed using SPSS. The results showed that maternal knowledge of toddler nutrition was
related to maternal knowledge about stunting with a significant value of 0.007 (p<0.05). Maternal knowledge of toddler nutrition is related to maternal attitudes of stunting with a significant value of 0.009 (p<0.05).</text>

<text>The treatment undergone by patients causes various side effects that affect psychological and
resilience. Low resilience can impact the treatment process and, if left unchecked, can lead to higher
mortality rates due to cancer. High resilience indicates the ability to adapt well to the side effects of
ongoing treatment. This study aims to investigate the relationship between various types of treatments
and resilience in breast cancer patients. The study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional
method. Sample calculation using the Lemeshow proportion estimation formula resulted in 112
respondents selected through purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, namely
breast cancer patients undergoing treatment: surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormone
therapy at Kemenkes RS Persahabatan. Respondent characteristics were assessed using observation
sheets, and resilience was measured using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 25 (CD-RISC 25). All
variables in this study are categorical; thus, chi-square analysis and, for contingency tables larger than
2x2 with expected frequencies less than 5, Fisher's exact test were applied. The results of this study
showed a significant relationship between the type of treatment and resilience in breast cancer patients,
with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05). Similarly, one of the respondent characteristics based on cancer stage
showed a significant relationship with resilience (p = 0.016). Breast cancer patients undergoing
treatment showed very high resilience levels, which were estimated based on age, duration of
treatment, marital status, education level, and cancer stage. Breast cancer patients undergoing
treatment require support during their chosen or ongoing treatment to maintain high resilience.</text>

<text>The high rate of increase in mortality due to breast cancer shows the need for lifestyle modifications to
reduce the mortality rate due to breast cancer. an increase in pain which results in a decrease in quality of life so
that it can reduce compliance with patient treatment which hurts prognosis and death due to cancer. So it is
important to target quality of life in breast cancer patients. Something closely related to a better quality of life is
lifestyle, lifestyle modifications need to be made to maintain the lives of breast cancer patients. This research uses
quantitative methods using a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach to determine the relationship
between lifestyle and quality of life in breast cancer patients. Researchers used the pearson correlation test if the
data is normally distributed (>0.05) and use the spearman correlation test if the data is not normally distributed
(<0.05), this test is used to see whether there is a relationship between lifestyle and the quality of life of breast
cancer patients. The research was conducted at the RSUD Kota Bogor with the total 116 respondents by filling
in the Lifestyle Questionnaire Related to Cancer and the EORTC QLQ-30 quality of life instrument for breast
cancer patients and the results of the two were correlated with a p-value <0.001, r = 0.88. Analysis of the
relationship carried out on 8 lifestyle factors with 3 quality of life scales, was found that 5 lifestyle factors were
interconnected with the quality of life scale. Overall, quality of life influences the lifestyle of breast cancer patients
in Bogor City Regional Hospital with a strong positive relationship. This research can help clinicians in the development and management of cancer to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.</text>

Hygiene questionnaire used was adopted from WHO publications. The ANOVA revealed a significant
effect of Level of Knowledge on Level of Practice (F(1, 152) = 3.416, p = 0.006). Specifically, for each unit

findings emphasise the need for targeted interventions and training programmes aimed at bridging the knowledge-practice divide and eventually raising hand hygiene compliance in the medical setting</text>

<text>Health services in the health professions can be used as business opportunities, building a
culture of entrepreneurship and expanding professional roles into entrepreneurial health workers.
Independent nursing practice is the practice of individual or group nurses in independent practice
settings outside of health care facilities. Independent practice is a form of nursing that aims to
standardise care for clients who need assistance because of ignorance, inability or unwillingness to
meet their basic needs and care for themselves. Through the implementation of independent practice,
nurses carry out their roles and functions in accordance with their authority. The purpose of this
systematic review is to describe the opportunities and challenges of independent nursing practice.
Methods: The research design used PRISMA systematic review. Journals were obtained from
ProQuest and Google Scholar 2019-2023 database searches, full text, open access. Results: Based on
the collected journals, independent nursing practice is a form of building an entrepreneurial culture
and expanding professional roles to become entrepreneurial health workers. The motivation of nurses
in independent practice is to improve the welfare of nurses, which can increase motivation. Nurses
in independent practice face challenges because they are limited by the authority, responsibility and
accountability that must be carried out in order to provide professional care</text>

<text>Both excessive and insufficient workloads can cause stress among employees. It has been
established that as tasks take longer to complete, employee happiness tends to decrease, which can
significantly impact their overall health and mental well-being. The primary objective of this study is
to examine the relationship between age and working conditions concerning job stress among
registered nurses in a government hospital in Sabah. The quantitative survey approach was employed,
involving 60 registered nurses with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Purposive sampling was
utilized to ensure a sample that would provide comprehensive insights and discoveries into the factors
influencing job stress among nurses in this specific setting. The analysis indicated that there was no
statistically significant relationship between age, working conditions as demographics, and job stress
(p = 0.499). The average stress level reported by respondents was 15.7 ± 2.32379 on a scale where higher
scores indicate greater stress. This finding suggests that the observed demographic characteristics,
including age and specific working conditions, did not correlate with higher or lower levels of job stress
among the nurses surveyed. Based on the survey results, it can be concluded that age and the specific
working conditions studied do not appear to significantly influence the experience of job stress among
registered nurses at the government hospital in Sabah. This implies that other factors not explored in
this study may have a more pronounced impact on job stress levels within this population. Future
research could explore additional variables or consider different methodologies to further understand the complexities of job stress among healthcare professionals</text>

<text>Older age can be followed by an aging process that shows a decrease in physical function due to various
degenerative problems that reduce immunity and therefore the older adults vulnerable to infectious diseases.
Health literacy can improve the physical function of older adults to use self management agents, obtain social
support, get access to health services, and to increase their quality of life. The paper aims to obtain evidence of the
impact of health literacy on improving the health status and functional or physical well-being of older adults
living in community and clinical settings. This paper used some databases Proquest databases: PubMed, Sage
Journal, Scopus, Ebscohost, Science Direct, and Taylor & Francis. There are 11 articles published in 2014 and
2024 that were reviewed using the PRISMA method. This review found that there are different types of health
literacy media (print and digital), and there are combinations of health literacy with physical activity
interventions to deliver health information to older people. Standardized health literacy media in terms of
readability and ease of use, such as video/web/electronic, game-based, digital, and mobile-based, and health literacy
interventions combined with planned physical activities can increase knowledge, self-efficacy, cognitive function, quality of life, and reduce frailty scores, fall risk, and depression scores.</text>
