<text>The Emergency Unit (ER) is a part of the hospital that provides rapid treatment for patients according
to the severity of their condition. Response time is the speed of the medical team in the ER in treating patients,
starting from the moment the patient arrives until medical action is given. Fast and precise response time can
reduce the complications that can arise and the patient's cost burden. The number of patients and the number of
nurses that are not comparable can affect the response time of nurses. Research observing and comparing response
times is still minimal. This study aims to determine the difference in service response time in the ER in two
hospitals with second-level health facilities. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive comparative
approach. The research method uses observation and questionnaire methods. Data collection directly using the
stopwatch tool. Sampling was done using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used the difference
between two means tests with Mann-Whitney. Observations were carried out on nurses in the emergency room
totaling 52 observations in each hospital for three months. The analysis results show a value of P = 0.688, where
this probability value is more than 0.05, so the hypothesis fails to be rejected, so it can be concluded that
statistically there is no significant difference in the Response Time of nurses in the two Emergency Units. Nurses must provide a response time according to the regulations set by the Ministry of Health, namely less than five minutes.</text>

<text>As a specific breastfeeding practice, the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia
remains below the intended indicator. Education about breastfeeding techniques aims to increase
success in providing exclusive breastfeeding by increasing mothers' knowledge and skills in
breastfeeding their babies. The goal of this study is to find out how the Jambi City Health Center's
breastfeeding education program affects moms' confidence and nursing behavior. Mothers who had
just given birth or were nursing their babies participated in this study. Using a control group and a
quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-test measures, the study used a quantitative
methodology. Using accidental sampling, 25 respondents from the treatment and control groups made
up the sample. The variables measured are maternal behavior and self-efficacy. The measuring
instruments used were the breastfeeding action instrument and the BSES-FS. The treatment group's
behavioral results produced a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) according to statistical analysis using the
Wilcoxon test, while the control group's p-value was 0.629 (>0.05). In a similar vein, the treatment
group's p-value for self-efficacy outcomes was 0.001 (<0.05), but the control group's was 0.122 (>0.05).
These findings imply that nursing moms' behavior and self-efficacy are significantly impacted by
teaching packages on breastfeeding procedures delivered by video and booklet medium. In particular,
compared to the control group that did not get the intervention, the treatment group, who did receive
the intervention, exhibited improved behavior and greater levels of self-efficacy.</text>

<text>Indonesian foreign nurses working in Saudi Arabia have not been surveyed regarding
workload and job satisfaction in the healthcare setting. Understanding the workload at hospital that
influences job satisfaction provides an overview of the nurse’s existence at work. This study aimed to
determine the prevalence of workload, and job satisfaction of Indonesian nurses in Saudi Arabia. A
cross sectional study using self- administered questionnaire by Nasa Task Load Index (NASA-TLX)
was used to analyze the workload, and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) for the
satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods and univariate statistics by SPSS version
26. A total of 132 nurses participated in this research. Five departments, including intensive care unit
(ICU), emergency department (ER), operating room (OR), hemodialysis (HD), and ward department
(WD) reported high workload levels (61-80 points). Job satisfaction in five departments was neutral
category, while the ward department showed dissatisfied category. The analysis of nurses characteristic
revealed that the majority were age 31-40 years old (46.2%), length of work was 1-5 years (54.5%), and
worked in the outpatient department (42.4%). The study suggests that healthcare management and
policymaker should implement program to improve job satisfaction and reduce workload, especially
foreign nurses working in critical areas, including the five departments mentioned.</text>

<text>One of the most common children's dental health problems is dental caries. Childhood is the
beginning of behavior formation, therefore it is hoped that parents can educate their children to behave
correctly in maintaining healthy teeth and mouth. This research used descriptive survey research
methods. The design of this research is cross sectional. The research was conducted at MIS Cempaka
Putih and MIS Sungai Baru, South Kalimantan. The population in this study was all students in grades
4-6 at MIS Cempaka Putih and MIS Sungai Baru, there are 41 people. The sampling technique in this
research used the total sampling method. The variables in this study are children's dental health
behavior and the DMF-T index. The data that has been collected will be processed through editing,
coding, tabulation and descriptive data analysis. This research was conducted at MIS Cempaka Putih
and MIS Sungai Baru Banjarmasin in February 2022. Respondents were 10-12 years old. The dental
health behavior of children in the good category was 14 people (34.15%), 15 people (36.58%), and 12
people less (29.27%). DMF-T index in the very high category was 3 people (7.32%), high was 4 people
(9.76%), medium was 18 people (43.90%), low was 13 people (31.70%), and very low 3 people (7.32%).
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the dental health behavior of children in grades
