<text>Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by
increased blood sugar levels which occurs because the pancreas is unable to
secrete insulin. Symptoms of diabetes mellitus cases are increased blood
glucose levels, one action to overcome this is diabetes foot exercises.
Objective: To determine the effectiveness of diabetes mellitus foot exercises
in reducing blood glucose levels. Methods: Descriptive with presentation of
case studies using a nursing care approach, namely assessment, diagnosis,
intervention, implementation and nursing evaluation. Results: After carrying
out nursing actions for 3 x 24 hours, it was found that blood glucose levels
had decreased as evidenced by subjective data: the patient said that the
weakness and tingling in the legs had decreased, objective data: decreased
weakness, GDA examination was 129 mg/dL. Conclusions: There was a
decrease in blood sugar levels after diabetes mellitus foot exercise. There are
differences in the development of decreased blood glucose levels in patients
with diabetes mellitus before and after the application of diabetes mellitus
foot exercise.</text>

<text>Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder in the pancreas organ so that sugar
levels increase due to a decrease in the amount of insulin in the pancreas.
Therapeutic management pharmacology, namely administering insulin and
administering oral hypoglycemic drugs, while non-pharmacological includes
health education, diet, and exercise or physical training such as diabetes foot
exercises. This research uses a case study method using pre and post
methods carried out before and after the intervention. The data collection
location was in the Lavender room at dr. Soebandi Hospital starts on 30
October 2023. Based on these results, it shows a change in blood sugar levels
before and after administering diabetic foot exercise therapy is carried out
for three consecutive days once a day, carried out in the morning 1-2 hours
after breakfast. Diabetic foot exercises that are done regularly are expected
to prevent complications often occurs in patients such as infected wounds
on the feet. The results of the nursing evaluation are related to the diagnosis
of instability in blood glucose levels which indicates changes in the patient's
blood sugar levels where the patient's blood sugar values decreased after
the intervention</text>

<text>In patients with decreased consciousness and a respirator installed in
intensive care unit room, it causes obstruction to discharge of secretions.
Excessive accumulation of secretions in the airways can obstruct the airways
and cause the patient to experience dyspnea. These conditions can cause
ineffective airway hygiene problems. Ineffective airway clearance problems
may occur in patients with pneumonia caused by excessive accumulation of

implementing chest physiotherapy interventions in overcoming the problem
of ineffective airway clearance nursing in patients in the ICU. Case study with
a nursing care approach to patients in the intensive care unit. The sample
used was 1 patient with chest physiotherapy nursing intervention for 3x24
hours in the form of chest physiotherapy. The results showed that
effectiveness of implementing chest physiotherapy interventions in
overcoming the problem of ineffective airway clearance nursing in patients
in the ICU which is carried out in two sessions each shift is effective for
reducing additional rhonchi breath sounds, reducing respiratory frequency,

<text>Patients with fracture conditions often experience complaints of excessive
anxiety, where anxiety is felt due to the pain that is felt and the provision of
invasive or surgical action plans. Preoperative patients will certainly feel
excessive anxiety. Feelings of anxiety will cause stress and cause nursing
problems, namely anxiety. Dhikr therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy
and includes complementary therapy, where this therapy can reduce the
level of anxiety felt by preoperative patients. The purpose of this study was
to analyze the administration of dhikr therapy in patients with preoperative
close fractures of the left distal radius. This research uses the case study
method. This research was conducted in the Seruni room at dr. Soebandi
Regional Public Hospital of Jember. Dhikr therapy is carried out for four
consecutive days with a time of approximately 20 minutes. The results
obtained from this study after administration of anxiety reduction combined
with dhikr therapy obtained the patient's anxiety scale level from VAS-A4 to
the VAS-A0 scale, visualization of anxiety complaints decreased, restless
behavior decreased, and eye contact increased, respiratory rate 16 x/minute,
SpO2 98%, pulse 90 x/minute, and blood pressure 130/80 mmHg. Reducing
anxiety with dhikr therapy can be given to pre-surgery patients, this can
improve health quality, sleep quality, and physical condition.</text>

<text>Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder that can
occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. This
study aims to analyze the relationship between coping skills and posttraumatic stress disorder after the eruption of Mount Semeru in early adults
in Sumber Wuluh Village, Lumajang. Using a cross sectional study method,
the subjects of this research were early adults (26-35 years old) with a
sample of 138 respondents. Sampling uses Cluster Sampling. The results
characteristics respondents in study were early adults aged 26-35 years, the
gender group was mostly female, and the education level was mostly
elementary and middle school. The coping skills in this study used adaptive
coping (65.2%). Post traumatic stress disorder in this study, famale
experienced more PTSD (28.3%), and male did not experience PTSD (25.4%).
The relationship between coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder
was obtained with a P-value of 0.000, less than ɑ<0.05. It can be concluded
that there is a relationship between the two variables, and has a correlation
value of -.622. A negative correlation means that the lower the coping skills
score, the higher the post-traumatic stress disorder score. It can be
concluded that coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder have a
significant relationship with a negative direction.</text>

<text>Patients treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) can experience anxiety due
to the conditions they experience and the care environment. Untreated
anxiety can affect physiological changes or the patient's hemodynamic
status, resulting in worsening conditions. Nursing interventions based on
Indonesian nursing intervention standards (SIKI) using murattal therapy can
be used to overcome patient anxiety. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of murattal therapy on patient anxiety in the ICU of
Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital Tulangan Sidoarjo. The research method used
a Pre-Experiment design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The study
population was all patients treated in the ICU. The sampling technique was
carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, obtaining a sample of 48
patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection used an
anxiety level instrument in accordance with the Standar Luaran Keperawatan
Indonesia (SLKI). While the murattal therapy intervention is given in
accordance with the Indonesian nursing intervention standards (SIKI) which
are given in the form of MP3 audio of the letter ar-rahman. The results of the
study showed a decrease in anxiety scores by 39 points after being given
murattal therapy intervention. The results of the paired T-test obtained a p
value of 0.000, this indicates that there is an effect of murratal therapy on
the anxiety of patients treated in the ICU. Murattal therapy intervention can
be used as a non-pharmacological intervention in overcoming anxiety
problems.</text>
