Objective: To determine the effectiveness of diabetes mellitus foot exercises in reducing blood glucose levels. Methods: Descriptive with presentation of case studies using a nursing care approach, namely assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and nursing evaluation. Results: After carrying out nursing actions for 3 x 24 hours, it was found that blood glucose levels had decreased as evidenced by subjective data: the patient said that the weakness and tingling in the legs had decreased, objective data: decreased weakness, GDA examination was 129 mg/dL. There are differences in the development of decreased blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus before and after the application of diabetes mellitus foot exercise. Dhikr therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy and includes complementary therapy, where this therapy can reduce the level of anxiety felt by preoperative patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the administration of dhikr therapy in patients with preoperative close fractures of the left distal radius. This research uses the case study method. This research was conducted in the Seruni room at dr. Soebandi Regional Public Hospital of Jember. Dhikr therapy is carried out for four consecutive days with a time of approximately 20 minutes. The results obtained from this study after administration of anxiety reduction combined with dhikr therapy obtained the patient's anxiety scale level from VAS-A4 to the VAS-A0 scale, visualization of anxiety complaints decreased, restless behavior decreased, and eye contact increased, respiratory rate 16 x/minute, SpO2 98%, pulse 90 x/minute, and blood pressure 130/80 mmHg. This study aims to analyze the relationship between coping skills and post�traumatic stress disorder after the eruption of Mount Semeru in early adults in Sumber Wuluh Village, Lumajang. Using a cross sectional study method, the subjects of this research were early adults (26-35 years old) with a sample of 138 respondents. Sampling uses Cluster Sampling. The results characteristics respondents in study were early adults aged 26-35 years, the gender group was mostly female, and the education level was mostly elementary and middle school. The coping skills in this study used adaptive coping (65.2%). Post traumatic stress disorder in this study, famale experienced more PTSD (28.3%), and male did not experience PTSD (25.4%). The relationship between coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder was obtained with a P-value of 0.000, less than ɑ<0.05. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the two variables, and has a correlation value of -.622. A negative correlation means that the lower the coping skills score, the higher the post-traumatic stress disorder score. It can be concluded that coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder have a significant relationship with a negative direction. Untreated anxiety can affect physiological changes or the patient's hemodynamic status, resulting in worsening conditions. Nursing interventions based on Indonesian nursing intervention standards (SIKI) using murattal therapy can be used to overcome patient anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murattal therapy on patient anxiety in the ICU of Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital Tulangan Sidoarjo. The research method used a Pre-Experiment design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The study population was all patients treated in the ICU. The sampling technique was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, obtaining a sample of 48 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection used an anxiety level instrument in accordance with the Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI). While the murattal therapy intervention is given in accordance with the Indonesian nursing intervention standards (SIKI) which are given in the form of MP3 audio of the letter ar-rahman. The results of the study showed a decrease in anxiety scores by 39 points after being given murattal therapy intervention. The results of the paired T-test obtained a p value of 0.000, this indicates that there is an effect of murratal therapy on the anxiety of patients treated in the ICU. Murattal therapy intervention can be used as a non-pharmacological intervention in overcoming anxiety problems.
