<text>Introduction: The condition of the patient in the intensive room and the
environmental conditions that occur in the intensive room can affect the
quality of the patient's sleep. The purpose of this study was to determine
the factors that influence the quality of sleep of patients in the intensive
care unit.
Methods: This research is a type of quantitative research using descriptive
analytical methods. The time approach used is cross- sectional. The sample
in this study amounted to 90 respondents.
Results: The results showed that the p value of each factor was physical
factor p 0.027, noise p 0.020, lighting p 0.043, and activity p 0.000. The p
value of the 4 factors is smaller than <0.05, thus indicating that physical
variables, noise, lighting and activity have an influence on sleep quality.
The strength of the relationship can be seen from the value of OR (EXP [B]),
seen from the largest to the smallest values are activity (OR: 5,686),
lighting (OR: 2,781), physical (2,040) and noise (OR: 1,491). Based on these
results, the most influencing factor for sleep quality is activity.
Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the factors that affect sleep
quality are physical, noise, lighting, and activity. The most influencing
factor for sleep quality is activity. Recommendations that can be done are
to suppress or reduce factors that affect sleep quality.</text>

<text>Introduction: The blended learning with flipped classrooms combination
may propose a more effective and efficient way to share information in the
course sessions. However, a scientific-based investigation is required to
confirm its effect on knowledge and self-efficacy improvement during the
BLS course learning sessions.
Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test design,
enrolling nurses who were participating in BLS Courses. Participants were
assigned into two groups: a control group with Blended learning (BL) or
conventional learning approach (n=30) and an experimental group with
Blended Learning with Flipped Classroom (BLFC) (n=30). A knowledge
questionnaire from the American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines and
a Self-Efficacy questionnaire of Resuscitation Self-Efficacy Scale (RSES)
were employed to gather the study data. Data were then analyzed using the
SPSS with the mean, median, Wilcoxon, and Mann-Whitney tests.
Results: Wilcoxon test revealed a significant mean difference in knowledge
and self-efficacy in the BL group with a p-value of 0.000 and 0.000,
respectively. Further, the Mann-Whitney test showed mean differences

between groups, with p=0.084 in the knowledge and p=1.000 in the self-
efficacy variable.

Conclusion: Significant changes in knowledge and self-efficacy before and
after the course sessions were observed in the BL and BLFC groups.
However, findings yielded insignificant differences in the mean and
median between groups.</text>

<text>Introduction: Information on risk factors related to stunting is required as
basic information in providing appropriate interventions in reducing the
incidence of stunting. This study aimed to determine the relative risk
factors for stunting.
Methods: The sample of 75 infants was selected by proportional cluster
random sampling. The study design was a descriptive correlation by
analyzing primary data through observation and interviews using
questionnaires and secondary data through Mother and Children
Handbook (MCH) observation. Data analysis uses logistic regression.
Results: Maternal education (p=0.005; OR=0.241), Maternal Occupation
(p=0.005; OR=4.926), Father Occupation (p=0.000; OR=0.137), Maternal
age at pregnancy (p=0.084; OR=1.775), Maternal Hemoglobin level at
pregnancy (p=0.114; OR=2.917), Maternal arm circumference at
pregnancy (p=0.000; OR=7.313), Ante Natal Care frequency (p=0.802;
OR=0.889), Parenting (p=0.000; OR=0.323), Weight at birth (p=0.001;
OR=6.424), Length of breastfeeding (p=0.005; OR=4.219), Age when
starting to get complementary foods (p=0.000; OR=7.313), Dietary habit of
children (p=0.090; OR=0.404), Infection history at children (p=0.001;
OR=0.353).
Conclusion: The risk factors for stunting are maternal education, maternal
occupation, father occupation, maternal arm circumference at pregnancy,
parenting, weight at birth, length of breastfeeding, age when starting to get
complementary foods, and infection history in children. It is expected that
stunting prevention efforts are carried out by controlling the causative
factors.</text>

risk of complications and decrease quality of life. Dietary compliance can
be influenced by motivation, self-efficacy, knowledge, intentions, and
family support. This study aims to analyze the relationship between
perceived risk and expected outcomes with dietary compliance in patients
with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Methods: 150 respondents were obtained from five Primary Health Care in
Surabaya through the cluster sampling method. The instruments used
were a risk perception, a healthy diet-outcome expectation scale, and
dietary compliance questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman’s
Rho statistics (α≤0.05).
Results: Most of the patients had moderate risk perception (67.3%) and
high outcome expectation (48%). There was a significant relationship
between perceived risk (p = 0.000) and expected outcome (p = 0.000) with
dietary compliance in type 2 DM patients.
Conclusion: Diabetic patients' perceptions of their disease and the expected
results have a positive effect on patient adherence to diet. Patients need
accurate information about their disease so that they can create good
perceptions and expectations.</text>

<text>Nurses are the largest workforce within healthcare systems. They are
integral to managing pandemics, but due to pandemics, Nurses encounter
various traumatic situations, mainly due to distressing and stressful work
life. Therefore, nurses must strengthen their resilience in coping with
difficulties, adapting to new strategies, and protecting their work and daily
life. If nurses have sufficient resilience strategies, burnout and the rate of
leaving a job or resigning decrease, posttraumatic growth develops, and
work satisfaction increases. The results showed that psychological
resilience is an essential predictor of perceived stress in nurses. Protecting

the mental health of nursing staff is essential for nurses to combat COVID-

develop, implement, and evaluate interventions designed to enhance
psychological resilience in clinical nurses.</text>

<text>Introduction: The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is so fast,
but since the COVID-19 pandemic, tourist visits have decreased. In the new
normal era, there is a change in behavior to continue to carry out activities
by implementing health protocols. Several tourist attractions began
operating with the implementation of health protocols. The government
issued guidelines for the implementation of Cleanliness, Health, and Safety
Environmental Sustainability (CHSE). CHSE rafting tour is guided to meet
the needs of tourists for clean, healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly
tourism products and services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Payung
Rafting Managers try to implement health protocols to the maximum. This
study was conducted to determine the extent to which Payung Rafting
managers apply the CHSE Guidelines.
Methods: This research is quantitative study with cross sectional design.
Analysis of the fulfillment of the CHSE rafting guidelines at the Payung
Rafting tourist attraction was carried out, using the CHSE rafting
instrument released by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
This activity has been carried out on August 9, 2021.
Results: The results showed that Payung Rafting was able to meet 69% of
the CHSE guidelines, while based on the results of the Pearson Chi-Square
test, a value of 0.119 was obtained with a significance value of 0.730 (p>
0.05).
Conclusion: This study statistically shows there is no difference between
the CHSE guidelines and implementation in Payung Rafting, but descriptive
analysis shows that Payung Rafting can apply 69% of the CHSE guidelines.</text>

<text>Introduction: Strengthening self-efficacy is an alternative to prevent drug
withdrawal in patients with pulmonary TB. Autogenic relaxation,

movement and affirmation (RIMA) therapy can help strengthen self-
efficacy in patients with pulmonary TB so as to prevent drug withdrawal.

The general objective of this study was to determine the role of RIMA
therapy in strengthening the self-efficacy of pulmonary TB patients.
Methods: The design of this research is a quasi-experimental using pre-test
and post-test with control group design. The Respondents were patients
with pulmonary TB in the work area of the Puskesmas Pakis, Malang
Regency, a total of 60 people were determined using purposive sampling.
RIMA therapy was carried out for 2 weeks, and data collection was carried
out using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Wilcoxon Signed Rank test
and Mann-Whitney test with α = 0.05%.
Results: The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of RIMA
therapy on self-efficacy in the experimental group, which is indicated by a

p value = 0.000 (< 0.05). In addition, there is a significant difference in self-
efficacy between the experimental group and the comparison group, which

is indicated by the p value = 0.000 (< 0.05).
Conclusion: RIMA therapy influences increasing self-efficacy of pulmonary
TB patients. Therefore, it is recommended that patients with pulmonary
TB carry out RIMA therapy independently at home to support their
treatment.</text>

<text>Introduction: Nurses experienced high physical workloads, which may
increase the risk of fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints. Nurse’s
workplaces, especially hospitals, have not gained serious concern and
attention for this issue.
Methods: This study was an analytic observational study with a cross
sectional design aimed to analyze the workloads, fatigue, and
musculoskeletal complaints among associate nurses at Bangli General
Hospital, Bali. A total of 46 respondents filled out the research
questionnaire given.
Results: Based on the NASA-TLX calculations, the associate nurses’
workloads are found to be in the moderate level with the largest
indicators on the PD (Physical Demand) and Performance (OP) Scale. By
using the Nordic Body Map Questionnaire, most of the respondents had a
low risk regarding musculoskeletal complaints and the most of
musculoskeletal complaints were felt in the right and left calves, waist
and back. The results of the analysis on the 30 items of self-rating test
questionnaire found that most nurses experienced fatigue in a low
category (57.45%) and only a small percentage of nurses experienced
high fatigue category (8.51%).
Conclusion: Workloads, fatigue, and musculoskeletal complaints need
further investigations to get better understanding of the cause in order to
get better solutions.</text>

susceptible to the infected of the COVID-19 virus, and have a higher risk of
mortality compared to other populations. Steps to prevent transmission
have been taken by the government, such as socializing physical distancing

126 respondents using the Slovin’s formula. Random sampling technique
used with the help of the excel application. The older adult’s group was 63
respondents and the chronic disease group was 63 respondents. The
researcher used 11 questionnaires and multivariate analysis test results
using SEM with SmartPLS.
Results: The results of the multivariate analysis test using SEM (Structural
Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) showed that the
factors that influenced COVID-19 prevention behaviour in the older adult’s
group were knowledge, while in the chronic disease group was social
support and attitude towards COVID-19.
Conclusion: It is hoped that it can improve preventive behaviour against
COVID-19 by understanding what factors are weakening or factors that can
increase the risk of COVID-19 transmission in the elderly and people with
chronic diseases, and can be a policy reference in implementing the
protocol of COVID-19 for the Village Government.</text>
