Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian layanan MTM terhadap penurunan gula darah dan meningkatnya kualitas hidup pasien diabetes melitus di Puskesmas X, Surabaya Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner MMAS-8, SF-36, serta lembar monitoring penggunaan obat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan kategori glukosa darah >200 mg/dL yang semula berjumlah 32 orang menurun menjadi 16 orang. Sedangkan pada pasien kontrol menunjukkan bahwa pasien dengan kategori glukosa darah >200 mg/dL hanya mengalami sedikit penurunan dari 32 orang menjadi 26 orang serta pada hasil kualitas hidup pasien pada kelompok MTM menunjukkan bahwa pada katerogi kualitas hidup baik yang semula berjumlah 14 orang meningkat menjadi 21 orang. Sedangkan pada pasien kontrol dengan kategori kualitas hidup baik yang semula berjumlah 15 orang hanya meningkat menjadi 18 orang. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah MTM mempengaruhi penurunan kadar gula darah pasien diabetes melitus terdapat peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien dengan MTM dibandingkan dengan pasien kontrol. Study ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi terapi penggunaan antibiotik yang digunakan pada pasien pediatrik serta mengevaluasi penggunaan antibiotik yang digunakan pada pasien demam tifoid ditinjau dari aspek tepat diagnosis, tepat pasien, tepat jenis antibiotik, tepat regimen dosis dan tepat lama pemberian (5T). Metode yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan deskripstif kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan data retrospektif (Rekam Medis) pasien pediatrik rawat inap RSU Harapan Ibu Purbalingga dengan 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan klasifikasi jenis kelamin pasien laki-laki berjumlah 55 pasien sedangkan pasien perempuan berjumlah 45 pasien. Klasifikasi rentang umur 1-5 tahun memiliki jumlah paling banyak dengan persentase 41%. Golongan sefalosforin adalah jenis antibiotik yang umumnya dipakai (72%) Sementara itu, kelompok antibiotik lain yang digunakan untuk mengatasi demam tifoid pada anak-anak adalah kelompok penicillin (28%). Berdasarkan analisis kerasionalan obat didapatkan bahwa persentase tepat diagnosis sebesar 100%, tepat pasien sebesar 100%, tepat jenis antibiotik sebesar 100%, tepat regimen dosis sebesar 84%, tepat lama pemberian sebesar 100%. In October 2022, BPOM released a public warning after discovering the presence of phenylbutazone and dexamethasone in a muscle pain relief jamu product. The purpose of this research is to establish a valid method for identifying phenylbutazone and dexamethasone in jamu pegal linu. In this study, the method was applied to 10 brands of muscle pain relief jamu samples. The samples were extracted with methanol and then spotted in a quantity of 5 μl on a silica gel 60 F254 plate, eluted with a selected mobile phase, namely ethyl acetate: methanol: ammonia (8.5:1:0.5, v/v/v). Spots were observed with a densitometry at λ240 nm. Phenylbutazone appeared at Rf 0.33, and dexamethasone at Rf 0.77, with a resolution value (Rs) of 5,8. The detection limits for phenylbutazone were 8,5307 μg/ml (0,1706 mg/600 mg capsule) and for dexamethasone, 8,7611 μg/ml (0,1752/600 mg capsule). The results revealed that two samples tested positive for both phenylbutazone and dexamethasone, while six samples tested positive for dexamethasone. Stunting is a condition where a toddler's weight is smaller or his height is shorter than that of toddlers his age. Stunting cases in Pati Regency still exist with a prevalence of 20.6% in 18 village loci. Stunting cases that occur in Pati Regency are mostly caused by parents' wrong parenting patterns. If this problem is not addressed immediately, it can result in children experiencing mental, psychomotor and intellectual disabilities, and can affect the level of human resources in these fields. Therefore, the campaign needs to be carried out through public service advertisements. The research method in this design is qualitative with data collection using interviews and literature studies. The analytical method used is framing analysis which is used to find the main statement of the advertisement. The results of this research are in the form of a basic advertising statement in the form of an appeal to mothers with children in Pati district that they need to re-examine their hereditary beliefs. If there are parenting beliefs that conflict with health theory, then the mother must have the courage to stop that parenting pattern.
