Hasil penghitungan kebutuhan SDMK unit rekam medis menggunakan metode ABK Kes diperoleh hasil 23 petugas dengan rincian 1 petugas kabag unit rekam medis, 3 petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan, 4 petugas pendaftaran gawat darurat, 3 petugas assembling, 4 petugas coding indexing, 1 petugas analizing reporting, 4 petugas filing dan 3 petugas casemix. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah jumlah petugas unit rekam medis di RSUD Waras Wiris Boyolali saat ini sebanyak 14 petugas serta dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode ABK Kes didapatkan hasil sebanyak 16 petugas sehingga perlu penambahan. Jumlah sampel Remaja Putri SMK Citra Medika Sragen sejumlah 50 responden. Pengumpulan data penelitian adalah menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan melakukan pemeriksaan anemia dengan alat pengukur Hb Digital (Easy Touch GHb). Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang sebagian besar responden berkategori pengetahuan baik 26 responden (52%) dan berkategori pengetahuan tidak baik sejumlah 24 responden (48%) dan remaja putri mengalami anemia sebanyak 27 responden (54%) dan tidak anemia sejumlah 23 responden (46%). Hasil Uji statistik menunjukkan p value 0,003 dengan = 0,05 dengan nilai p   sehingga dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri.
