Metode penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasi. Populasi berupa dokumen rekam medis asuhan keperawatan di tiap bangsal sejumlah 3161 dokumen. Teknik sampel dengan Proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 rekam medis dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan pasien rawat inap. Analisis data menggunakan uji rank spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mayoritas dokumen rekam medis pasien paling banyak dengan kategori dewasa akhir usia 36 - 45 tahun sejumlah 39 (39%), jenis kelamin perempuan 90 (90%) dan lama kerja perawat paling banyak dengan rentang 1- 5 tahun sejumlah 41 (41%). Level perawat klinis mayoritas dengan PK III sejumlah 45 (45%). Kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan mayoritas dengan kategori tidak lengkap sejumlah 52 (52%). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara level perawat klinis dengan pelaksanaan kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Swasta Tipe C di Klampok Banjarnegara Tahun 2023, dengan p-value 0,00 (<0,05) dan r 0,510 (hubungan kuat). Dari hasil penelitian ini perlu dilakukan review bagi perawat klinis terkait dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan khususnya di rawat inap. Informan penelitian berjumlah 17 orang yang berada di wilayah Sleman, Kulon Progo dan Gunung Kidul. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari data yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa proses program yang dilakukan dengan 3 strategi, Pendekatan terhadap pemerintah dengan melakukan advokasi dan kolaborasi. Pendekatan terhadap disabilitas psikososial dan keluarganya melalui mobilisasi kelompok swabantu (self help group), kunjungan rumah, pemberian dukungan stimulan, kegiatan terapi aktivitas kelompok. Pendekatan terhadap masyarakat melalui peningkatan kapasitas, edukasi dan sosialisasi. Program yang dikerjakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, perubahan pemaknaan hidup dan dukungan kebijakan. Tantangan yang dihadapi masih ada stigma di masyarakat dan terbatasnya dukungan pemangku kepentingan. Therefore, there is a need for pain management both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Apart from collaborating with doctors in administering analgesics, nurses need to take independent action. One of them is music therapy which is easy to do, inexpensive, non-invasive, does not require special assistance and has no side effects. Main Symptoms: Patients with the main symptom of acute pain with a pain scale of 7 received music therapy for 3 days, twice a day in the morning and evening. After 3 days of intervention, the acute pain decreased from a scale of 7 to a scale of 0. Conclusion: Music therapy can be applied to reduce the pain scale in post-laparotomy surgery patients. Suggestion: It is hoped that future researchers will conduct more specific research regarding the choice of type of music. The hamlet lacks an elderly integrated health post (posyandu) and access to healthcare services such as community health centers (Puskesmas) is quite distant, approximately ± 6 km, resulting in the elderly not receiving regular health checks, health screenings, or health education. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical health status and the quality of life of the elderly in Padangan Hamlet, Banjarejo Village, Gunungkidul Regency. A quantitative method with a correlational research design was employed. The sample consisted of 41 participants selected through an incidental sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The questionnaire for quality of life was adapted from the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, while the questionnaire for physical health status was developed by the researcher based on theory. Both questionnaires underwent validity and reliability tests. Bivariate analysis using Spearman Rank test. The Spearman Rank statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The aim of this research is to prevent the occurrence of diseases that require long-term rehabilitation. So the author conducted research to reduce hypertension in the elderly. Method: This research is experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. A total of 12 elderly participants with hypertension were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research was conducted during 1 exercise at the Den Jayen swimming pool, Bantul. Results: The results of this study showed that there was a decrease in systolic pressure of 1.83 mmHg and a decrease in diastolic pressure of 4.2 mmHg. Conclusion: It can be concluded that aquatic therapy can be used to lower blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. Changes in cardiovascular systems along with increased age in the elderly aggravate the condition. If hypertension occurs in the elderly, routine blood pressure control is required. The results of interviews with five elderly people revealed three people said they did not do regular check-ups. This study aims to find out the relationship between hypertension check-up compliance behavior and blood pressure. This was a correlation analysis study with a cross-sectional approach. The measuring instrument was a modified questionnaire of check-up compliance with a validity value of 0.379 to 0.722 and a reliability value of 0.846. The total sampling technique was employed. The sample was 78 people. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test. Most respondents' characteristics were dominated by age 60-74 (93.3%), female (69.2%), with junior high school education (43.6%), and housewife (62.85). The result showed that the p-value was 0.001<0.05, with a correlation relationship of 0.603. There is a relationship between hypertension check-up compliance behavior and blood pressure. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran sikap mahasiswi tingkat IV dalam menghadapi siklus menstruasi tidak teratur di STIKES Bethesda Yakkum Yogyakarta. Metode: Desain penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan didapatkan 30 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sikap. Analisis univariat menggunakan rumus pearson product moment secara komputerisasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap mahasiswi tingkat IV dalam menghadapi siklus menstruasi tidak teratur yaitu sikap positif sebanyak 28 responden (93,3%) dan sikap negatif 2 responden (6,7%). Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan sikap mahasiswi tingkat IV dalam menghadapi siklus menstruasi tidak teratur di STIKES Bethesda Yakkum Yogyakarta Tahun 2023 adalah sebagian besar positif. The author provides an intervention by providing tempe porridge to restore gastrointestinal motility function and the nutritional needs for digestive tract problems. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food that is easy to find and rich in nutrients. Babies with nursing problems gastrointestinal dysfunction motility have signs and symptoms: decreased or absent bowel peristaltic sound, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention or flatulence. The intervention by providing tempeh porridge diet, was given 3 times a day with a minimum target of giving half portions gradually, considering that the patient is experiencing digestive disorders. Actual output obtained for three days providing tempeh porridge diet, there was a decrease in intestinal peristaltic sounds, abdominal distention decrease, decrease in the frequency, consistency and volume of diarrhea decrease in nausea and decrease in vomiting. Providing tempeh porridge diet to the nursing problem of gastrointestinal dysfunction motility caused by food intolerance can be recommended as one of the dishes in nutrition management interventions: providing foods high in protein calories. The dominant signs in children with bronchopneumonia are coughing, dyspnea, additional sounds such as rhonchi, wheezing and wheezing. Therefore, in children with bronchopneumonia there will be problems with ineffective airway clearance nursing. The impact of impaired airway clearance is ineffective if not treated immediately, resulting in ventilation imbalance and changes in the alveolar membrane. Non-pharmacological measures to overcome airway clearance disorders are not as effective as chest physiotherapy. The aim of the research was to carry out chest physiotherapy on children with cases of bronchopneumonia in theImpatient Room of One of the Private Hospital in Semarang. Patient An. A, aged 6 years, said he had a cough with phlegm and shortness of breath. The standard treatment that can be given to patients who have pneumonia is chest physiotherapy. Evaluation of ineffective road cleaning for 3 x 24 hours resulted in the mother saying her child was still coughing up phlegm, rumbling breath sounds, the mother said she could do chest physiotherapy, the phlegm was reduced. Sleep pattern disturbances were obtained as a result of the mother saying her child was able to sleep soundly and was not fussy. The knowledge deficit was obtained as a result of the mother being calmer and more understanding about her child's illness. Nurses gain knowledge regarding the prevention of bronchopneumonia in patients. Prevention that can be done is by applying chest physiotherapy therapy.
