<text>Introduction: Chronic renal failure (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible decline in
kidney function, causing accumulation of urea and creatinine and a decrease in GFR to
around 60 ml/minute/1.73 m2. Objective: Able to carry out comprehensive nursing care for
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients with hypervolemia nursing problems at the
Yogyakarta Regional Private Hospital. Method: This case study is a case report taken
through a series of nursing processes in the form of assessment, formulating nursing
problems, planning interventions, implementing interventions and finally carrying out
nursing assessments. Results: Researchers show that hypertension and diabetes are the
main causes of CKD. Case studies explain that patients with CKD usually experience
swelling or edema and the nursing problem of hypervolemia. Conclusion: After providing
nursing intervention, for this diagnosis, the author has provided intervention by educating
patients and families about CKD, fluid restrictions and diet for CKD sufferers. With the
results of the evaluation, patients and families have understood and demonstrated CKD,
fluid restrictions and the diet of CKD sufferers.

<text>Introduction: ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is a condition that occurs when

coronary blood flow experiences a sudden decrease due to the occlusion of a thrombus in a pre-
existing alekrosclerotic plaque which can result in myocyte cell death. In general, STEMI occurs

due to atherosclerotic anterior arteries or other causes that can create an imbalance between
oxygen supply and demand in the myocardium. Method: case report on the implementation of
comprehensive nursing care in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction with acute pain
nursing problems at the Yogyakarta Regional Private Hospital. Results and discussion:
application of nursing care carried out on st elevation myocardial infarction patients with acute
pain nursing problems at the Yogyakarta Special Region Private Hospital, when the research
started on 13-14 May 2024 at the Yogyakarta Special Region Private Hospital. Data collection
techniques use interview, observation and physical examination methods, as well as
documentation studies. Conclusions and suggestions: with comprehensive nursing care, it is
hoped that patients can avoid further complications and achieve optimal recovery.

decrease in thirst with warm water gargling and improved sleep quality with chamomile aromatherapy,
therefore warm water gargling therapy and chamomile aromatherapy can be applied in hospitals as a
nurse's independent action in chronic renal failure patients with thirst problems.

horons that can stimulate sleep and reduce the hormone cartisol. The research design used is descriptive
quantitative with a case study design with a case study approach through the butterfly hug action by asking
the patient to cross their arms in the form of hugging the patient's upper arm asking the patient to suggest
thoughts by emptying the mind and imagining a preferred place then doing deep breathing techniques and
patting the upper arm with a slow tempo repeat until the patient falls asleep. The result of the intervention
was a decreased sleep pattern disorder with the patient lying down from 20-30 minutes to 5 minutes carried
out for three days. Advice for nurses is that this intervention can be a non-pharmacological alternative to
reduce sleep disturbances in anaemic patients.

<text>Background: Stroke is a serious medical condition and can cause impaired mobility and a high risk
of pressure sores. Prevention of pressure sores is an important focus in the care of non-hemorrhagic
stroke patients. One intervention that can be done is the use of olive oil to help maintain skin
moisture and prevent pressure damage. Through this study, it is hoped that alternative nursing
interventions can be found that are more natural and effective in maintaining the skin health of
patients at risk of pressure sores. Main Symptoms: Weakness in the left arm and leg, accompanied
by headache, slurred speech, muscle strength 5/5 in the right extremity and 2/2 in the left extremity.
Norton scale showed a score of 11. Methods: This type of final scientific work is descriptive
qualitative with a case study design. The population was non haemorrhagic stroke patients with
pressure sore prevention. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of one
person. The main focus in this intervention is the prevention of pressure sores through the provision
of natural moisturizers in the form of olive oil. Results: After implementing the intervention for 5x24
hours, the patient showed positive results. The patient's skin remained intact with no signs of redness
or pressure sores, and there were no complications related to the skin condition. Conclusion:
Routine use of olive oil in patients can reduce the incidence of pressure sores in non haemorrhagic
stroke patients.

<text>Introduction: Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta has a stroke service unit, one of which is a special inpatient
room for stroke patients located in the SICU Room. Stroke in this room mostly has problems with
ineffective airway clearance as evidenced by excessive sputum that is difficult for patients to expel. Chest
physiotherapy is a method used to increase oxygen saturation levels, in addition chest physiotherapy
also aims to remove phlegm that is difficult to expel. Objective: To determine the Effect of Chest
Physiotherapy on Ineffective Airway Clearance in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke Patients. Method:
Implementation of chest physiotherapy carried out for 3-5 minutes for three days, percussion can be
done manually by patting the chest wall above the specified lung area by vibrating, shaking, or pressing
the chest wall during expiration, chest percussion is done by cupping the hands so that there is an air
cushion between the researcher's hands and the patient. Results: Chest physiotherapy has been shown
to help overcome ineffective airway clearance in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who experience
decreased consciousness. Conclusion: Chest physiotherapy intervention has been proven to help
overcome the problem of ineffective airway clearance where the action results in airway patency
characterized by normal breathing frequency, regular breathing rhythm, no additional breath sounds
and can maximize sputum discharge assisted by suction. Suggestion: Chest physiotherapy intervention

can be applied in hospitals as an action that can help overcome ineffective airway clearance in non-
hemorrhagic stroke patients.

<text>Introduction: Hypertension is a chronic disease with an increase in arterial blood
pressure above 140/90 mmHg. Research Method: A case study (case report) was
conducted on 18-20 November 2024. The number of samples in this case report was
1 hypertensive patient. The instrument in this final scientific work is the Numerical
Rating Scale (NRS). Results: Researchers provided nursing intervention using the
SSBM technique, the intervention was carried out on November 19 and 20 2024
according to the SOP for 5 minutes with the results obtained before the SSBM was
carried out on a pain scale of 4 and after the action was carried out a scale of 3
(mild pain). Conclusion: SSBM therapy can reduce the pain scale in hypertensive
patients. Suggestion: SSBM therapy is carried out if you experience pain.
Key words: SSBM, pain, hypertension.</text>

<text>Background: A problem that often arises in patients who are attached to an endotracheal tube is the
clearing of the airway due to the accumulation of sputum or foreign objects in the airway. Most of the
patients who are treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) room experience respiratory failure and then
are attached to an endotracheal tube for a long period of time and often experience complications, one
of which is increased sputum. Thus, the measures that can be taken are a combination of nebulizers and
non-pharmacological actions of chest physiotherapy with suction which has the effect of releasing
phlegm and can clear the airway. Main symptoms: patients with respiratory failure accompanied by
additional ronchi breathing sounds in both lung lobes are heard, there is sputum in the circuit.
Therapeutic intervention: the administration of the nebulizer is carried out for 15 minutes, then for chest
physiotherapy it is carried out for 10 minutes using the clapping technique simultaneously with the
nebulizer, then paused and suction is performed for 15 seconds, this intervention is carried out for three
consecutive days. Outcome: after intervention during the day, it is expected to reduce sputum
production. Conclusion: There is an increase in oxygen saturation and a decrease in sputum production
after a combination of nebulizer and chest physiotherapy with open suction.
