Description
The advancement of information technology plays a significant role across various sectors, including employee
performance management. PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil faces challenges in recording employees' daily work
activities, which are still done manually, making them prone to errors and inefficiencies. To address this issue,
this study designed and developed a web-based employee performance target monitoring information system
using the Laravel framework and the Waterfall method. The system includes features for recording employee
work activities, task data management by administrators, and performance achievement Reporting. The system
was developed using Visual Studio Code as the text editor, with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for the
user interface, Laravel as the backend framework, and TablePlus as the database tool. System testing was
conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions work according to the specified
requirements. The results show that the system successfully improves the efficiency, accuracy, and validity of
employee performance data recording. With structured and integrated data, the system supports faster and more effective managerial decision-making
