Respondents in this study were mother and child pairs. The population of respondents was 30 respondents and a
sample of 20 respondents, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The research instrument is a prescreening development questionnaire (KPSP). Data analysis uses the Wilcoxon parametric test. The results of the
study obtained a significance value of the pre-test and post-test values of 0.002, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of providing toddler development stimulation video education on increasing development milestones.
