In recent years, smartphone use has significantly expanded, and the majority of daily tasks are now completed with the help of smartphones. Therefore, excessive use results in improper posture, which then results in several musculoskeletal pains. Hence, it is crucial to assess the relationship between smartphone addiction and musculoskeletal pain. Similarly, the length-tension relationship between the intrinsic and extrinsic hand muscles might also getaltered due to the repetitive movement of the hand muscles.
