Exclusive breastfeeding allows babies to have good immunity so that they can reduce the risk of allergies, stomach and intestinal infections and constipation. Factors that can affect exclusive breastfeeding include maternal characteristics which include knowledge, education, age, occupation, parity and ethnicity. So that health providers must be able to use appropriate strategies in educating the public, such as in the use of media types for health education.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of YouTube lactation health education (Laktube) on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding.This research was conducted in the working area of Karangjambu Health Center. The type of research used is pre-experimental with one group pretest post-test design. The population in this study were 3rd trimester pregnant women who were in the working area of the Karangjambu Health Center until May 2021, namely 41 people. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique. Pretest-posttest questionnaires and youtube video links are given via whatsapp group. The results showed that YouTube lactation health education (Laktube) had an influence on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding.The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.0001. The results of this study are expected to increase knowledge about the importance of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding so that prospective parents can better prepare for exclusive breastfeeding to their children. Health workers are expected to encourage mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding
