Description
Fintech syariah merupakan salah satu layanan dari Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Fintech syariah bertujuan untuk mempermudah setiap layanan keuangan syariah, salah satunya yaitu kegiatan investasi dan peminjaman modal berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat membantu pihak pemilik ide bisnis dalam mencari investor maupun sebaliknya dan berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI). Penelitian ini melaui tiga tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data dan informasi, pembuatan aplikasi berbasis AI dan analisis. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan dengan cara menginventaris semua pihak pemilik ide bisnis dan investor serta studi pustaka. Termasuk di dalamnya adalah landasan hukum yang dapat melindungi user, salah satunya yaitu UU nomor 30 tahun 2000 yang mengatur mengenai “Rahasia Dagang”. Pembuatan aplikasi GOBUS (Go Business) berlandaskan prinsip syariah berbasis AI dimulai dari tahapan pembuatan alur user, desain aplikasi (UI/UX) hingga penerapan aplikasi di playstore. Tahap analisis digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana aplikasi GOBUS dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi GOBUS berlandaskan syariah yang memiliki beberapa fitur seperti single investor dan multipe investor serta setiap proses validasi diakukan secara otomatis akibat pengintegrasian AI.
Sharia fintech is one of the services of Islamic Financial Institutions. Sharia fintech aims to facilitate every sharia financial service, one of which is sharia-based investment and capital lending activities. This study aims to produce applications that can help business idea owners in finding investors and vice versa and based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research goes through three stages, namely data and information collection, AI-based application creation and analysis. The collection of data and information is carried out by taking an inventory of all parties, business idea owners and investors, as well as literature review. This includes the legal basis that can protect users, one of which is Law number 30 of 2000 which regulates "Trade Secrets". The creation of the GOBUS (Go Business) application based on AI-based sharia principles starts from the stages of creating user flows, application design (UI/UX) to application application in the Playstore. The analysis stage is used to measure the extent to which the GOBUS application can run well. The results of the research are the sharia-based GOBUS application which has several features such as single investor and multiple investor and each validation process is carried out automatically due to the integration of AI.
