The high rate of pulmonary TB disease is an important problem. treatment of TB cases is very complex, starting from the problem of lack of knowledge, access to treatment, social stigma, confidentiality issues, job loss, social support and long treatment periods that are considered as barriers to treatment adherence. This study aims to determine the Relationship of Family Functions in Health Care on Compliance in Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients at the Curug Health
Center, Klari District, Karawang Regency in 2022. The research design used a quantitative analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. The statistical test used is the chi_square test. the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an effective relationship between family function and adherence to pulmonary TB treatment (p=0.000).
